I guess those screen issues and restarts are coming from the power supply. It probably can't handle the graphics card... since it's pretty bottom-tier 😬
Oof, that power supply is pretty terrible; it can only put out 144W for the CPU and GPU combined. There's no way it's going to run any decent graphics card, for sure.
Man, you might want to swap out the power supply too. It’ll probably handle a GTX 750 Ti, GTX 950, or even a GTX 960, but... honestly, it's just some cheap junk from $67.
Random Access Memory should be fine.
For an SSD, you could grab a 128GB SanDisk Z400s for about $110 or a 256GB one for roughly $177.
I guess it's an ASRock H110M-HDS, s1151 socket. It’s an Intel Core i3-6100 (3MB Cache, 3.80 GHz) on the s1151 socket, comes in the box. I guess it'll do. So, I'm looking at this ASUS STRIX-R7370-DC2OC-2GD5-GAMING card. It’s got 2 GB of DDR5 and a 256-bit bus, running at about 1050/5600 MHz, I think. It’s a Zalman Z1 mid tower case. Dimensions are roughly 199mm wide, 432mm high, and 457mm deep. It supports both standard ATX and Micro ATX motherboards, I guess. It's a Fortron 400W unit, specifically the HEXA plus 400. It features a 12cm fan, uses Active PFC, and I think the efficiency is rated at over 80%. It’s an Edimax EW-7612PIn V2 wireless card, using PCI Express. It supports IEEE 802.11b/g/n and comes with those two high-gain 3dBi antennas. I guess that should be enough for basic stuff. Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD, 3.5", 7200RPM, 64MB Cache, SATA3, ST1000DM003 Crucial DDR4 8GB (1x8GB) PC3-17000 2133MHz CL15, CT8G4DFS8213.

16GB is probably overkill, especially for those specific games and just general everyday use. Plus, it’s so easy to upgrade later on. I usually hate putting an i3 in a build, but I guess this might be one of those rare exceptions where it actually makes sense because of certain titles.
It’s also eight years old... so it won't support Haswell or those Skylake sleep states.
Other than that...
We already put the super Flower in the build, so I guess there isn't much point in debating it anymore, unless we're just sticking to our guns about how bad the VS series is.
The Gigabyte B700H is actually a pretty solid power supply. It feels similar to the Hyper m 700 w, though I guess the internal components are a bit higher quality.
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB, 64MB, 7200rpm. The EVGA GeForce GTX 970 is a solid little card. The SanDisk X400 256GB SSD—it's a 2.5” 7mm drive with SATA 6 Gbit/s speeds. You’re looking at about 540 MB/s read and 520 MB/s write. I guess that's decent enough for most basic setups. The Zalman mid tower case in black, specifically the ZAL-R1 model. Kingmax 1x8GB DDR4 2133 GLJG, KIN-8GB DDR4 2133 It’s an Intel Core i5 6500, I guess. Intel Core i5 6500 with Corsair SF550 The ASRock Z170A-X1.
All things considered: $2515 I suppose there isn't much to say about Centro. Maybe it's just one of those things.
Yeah, I guess 2012 was a bit of a gap, but you have to remember the GT 740 is basically just a downclocked GTX 650. Plus, this R7 250 512 SP has a core speed of 925MHz compared to the reference 800MHz, on top of what you mentioned. IMO, the GT 740 probably should be another 30-$13 cheaper to really justify that difference, but I don't think it's a mistake if someone decides to grab it 🙂
