And despite all that, nine years later, "nobody knows" who killed Pokrovac. Mamic and Suker became best buddies, Dinin wife keeps insisting her husband was taken out by some soccer mafia, and the institutions? They couldn't care less!
What mafia are we even talking about? Malaysian? Brazilian? How many soccer mafias do we actually have here?
By the way, back then, the "brand" was conveniently unavailable to the media because he had flown out of the country! 🤣

Also, you can read in the text that Pokrovac was also involved with Hajduk. He moved young Niko Kranjcar (who left Mamic's agency to join Pokrovac's along with his dad Cic) over to Hajduk. He was instrumental in bringing Ciro Blazevic to the Hajduk bench and provided significant financial support to the club itself.
So, besides what I mentioned in my first post, killing Dino Pokrovac dealt a massive blow to Hajduk, their only real competition for Real Madrid. 🤔
Furthermore, I'll quote the author:
'Mamic was almost panicking over Pokrovac and privately remarked that he was a dangerous individual you shouldn't cross. Later, their relationship normalized, which essentially means they kept their distance, but at least no one was making threats against anyone.'
