Who's talking about what? You city elites arguing about identity?
Group identity is the very last thing we should be debating here. You've changed it so many times that you’ve completely lost yourselves in the process... you don't even know if you're going to be those rough-and-tumble northern types—beer, fights, and grit—or just some pale imitation of Southerners with massive banners and 200 guys standing on placards with streamers draped over the North Stand.
Are there going to be 200 real ones because anyone who isn't with us can go to hell, or are you going to pivot toward mass appeal and a "positive image" just to pull in the crowds, so that alongside the 200 real fans, you'll have 2,000 former "posers" tagging along.
Will we adopt this new ultra trend of wearing plaid, or are we going to stick to the old school and our sacred traditions?!
Are we going to light flares because it's a middle finger to repression, or are we going to quit that nonsense because it's just a predictable pattern. I mean, there was one year where flares were lit at every away game just to make certain individuals look like martyrs, but once those same people realized they were the ones taking all the heat and backed off, suddenly it wasn't a "pattern" anymore.
Tell me any part of this isn't true; go ahead, try to deny it. If you're just going to keep arguing in the same pathetic way you always do, then don't even bother replying.
Once again, you've drifted so much trying to define who you are that you are truly the last group that has any right to complain, lecture us, or act superior.
Best regards and a message to everyone: LONG LIVE THE FANS!
