If you're still running Windows 7, Chrome is going to start flagging sites as unsafe. It’s a certificate issue—you basically have to refresh it to fix it.
Just use Opera; it's way better than Chrome anyway.
I honestly don't get why people still hoard movies and series. Like, are you actually going to watch all that? You've got Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime... there's always something to watch without needing terabytes of files sitting around. And don't even get me started on music—you've got Deezer or whatever Spotify is pushing these days.
The only reason I have extra drives is for my game library from Steam, Epic, or Origin...
All my photos are tucked away in the cloud.
The funniest part is seeing people with entire archives of installation files on a disc—mostly ancient, outdated versions of random media players or, of course, Nero.
Just the Windows install itself, plus all the bells and whistles, eats up about 25GB. Then you throw in your apps and you're looking at another 20 or 25 easy. Add in the local and roaming files, temp folders, updates, and whatever else—you'll hit 80GB before you know it. In my book, you need at least a 240GB SSD... anything less is just pointless. Today, partitioning isn't even necessary; it’s a total myth. Back in the Windows XP days, you’d lose everything if the OS died, but things don't work like that anymore.
Look, you aren't going to lose your data—this isn't Windows XP. Even if Windows completely crashes, you just reinstall it without touching your files, and everything will be sitting right there in the Windows.old folder.
80GB is nothing. You install a few programs, run a couple of Windows updates, let the temp files pile up, and suddenly your roaming and local folders are eating everything. I run my main drive at 240GB, keep all my games on separate disks, and even then I’ve only got about 30GB left over.
Your humble, disgraced, and totally guilty servant, Richard Lee47, is addressing you. I was rightfully and legally sentenced on 11/12/21 at 2:00 AM EST. My term is set to run until 11/19/21 at 2:00 AM EST.
I’ve accepted my punishment as fair and just; I have absolutely zero complaints regarding my penalty or how the rules were applied.
It has been exactly 116.5 hours since this unfortunate incident and subsequent enforcement process. Since I’ve already served more than two-thirds of my sentence, I am formally petitioning this court for early release in accordance with standard parole laws.
I’ve been a model prisoner—calm, orderly, and living off a steady diet of cabbage, kale, and the occasional cauliflower. I’ve also spent my time educating myself by reading classic literature and biographies, trying to make the most of this righteous, fair, and deserved incarceration. I did, however, briefly lose my cool and yell at someone, which I realize goes against the dignified vision of this prestigious establishment.
Mitigating factors include my age, my financial situation, my clean record, my exemplary behavior, my confession, and my sincere desire to reform and reintegrate into society.
Aggravating factors? Just the crime itself.
Therefore, I implore this Honorable Appeals Court to grant this humiliated and degraded servant, Richard Lee47, early release, converting my remaining sentence to probation—provided I stay out of trouble for the next six months.
Respectfully yours, your lowly, debased, and shamed servant, Richard Lee47

Honestly, you’ve got a better shot going after her in civil court than filing criminal charges. Proving fraud is going to be an uphill battle since you handed over the cash willingly—it's hard to argue someone swindled you when you just gave them the money. Same goes for the fake bank confirmation; that receipt isn't an official document.
Years upon years of court dates just waiting to happen. If you file a criminal complaint first, then try to sue for damages once the appeals are done, you're looking at massive legal fees for a result that’s honestly a toss-up. For instance, if there isn't a specific number linked to your subscription and you're just using prepaid texts, it's all for nothing because there's zero paper trail connecting them to that number, like with
Whatever, lesson learned. I'll be smarter next time.
1. What do you mean "forgery"? 2. A private lawsuit doesn't involve official misconduct. 3. Fraud? Where? 4. If you don't have a notarized contract and all that paperwork, you're going to have a really hard time in court.
Morgan Ortiz6 said:So, I just finished installing this Microsoft partition tool, but I’m honestly a bit stumped on how to actually expand my D: drive I've got this nagging feeling that if I click the wrong thing, I might end up making a massive mess of everything.
Just hit resize and max out the space, but you've gotta delete that empty partition first.
In Windows Disk Management, you can't expand a partition if there’s another one sitting right to its left. It just won't let you do it. https://www.partitionwizard.com/free...n-manager.html
Yeah, I usually check these things out just to see what kind of nonsense they've come up with lately—I’m a bit of a geek like that—but in the end, it's always the same: zero actual explanations provided.😁
Honestly, I don't see this ever actually working. Just because some guys in India are posting nonsense on YouTube doesn't mean you should take it seriously.
I’m on the Insider program, so I basically never shut my computer down. That way, updates usually kick in around 3 AM, and everything is ready to go by morning.
