Casey Miller9 said:So here’s my whole routine for using the balm on my son; I apply it during the day because if I do it at night, it drives him crazy, and since he doesn't have a ton of patches right now, it’s actually pretty easy to manage, so I just let it sit there for about 5 or 6 hours, and then when I’m thinking about washing it off, I first slather him heavily in St. John's Wort oil—which I make myself using olive oil—and let that soak in for maybe 10 minutes or so, and then I take some soaked cotton pads (using either more St. John's Wort or just plain olive oil) and wipe away about 70% of the balm. After that, I let it sit for a little bit longer, then I use warm water and a liquid soap from the Dermatologist to wash off whatever is left, making sure to use plenty of water, and then I follow up by applying this cream loaded with omega 6, vitamin B, and borage oil—you can find it at any drugstore, it’s called A-Derma Exomega, and it really helps soothe and rebuild the skin. Honestly, today feels like his best skin in months, YES, I'll check back in later.

👍

And yeah, there’s one more thing—even after I do the whole routine with the olive oil before my shower, then the actual washing up, plus using the Nivea lotion, I can still catch this weird scent of slime lingering on me, so people at work are giving me these super strange looks😬

copperviper102 said:Alright, here we go—I’m checking in with my first impressions regarding this balm from Michael Ramos3 (well, specifically his dad's recipe).
I got my hands on it Friday morning and wasted no time applying it that same evening. Just like people warned me, the smell is absolutely intense—even before I opened the package, it smelled like some kind of dried meat. 😬 And let’s be real, the balm itself doesn't look any appetizing; to me, it looks like straight-up tar mixed with crude oil... just black and weird. Worst part? It’s a total nightmare to apply. Since I'm pretty hairy, it's a massive struggle to rub it in; you feel like you're literally pulling at your own hair because it’s so greasy and sticky. Honestly, my head isn't even the biggest issue since I keep my hair super short, and I'll probably buzz it all off soon anyway, but the real headache is down south on my genitals. (I had a "session" with my wife on Saturday night right after applying it... man, I wonder what the guys on my soccer team are gonna say when they see me in the shower...)
I live with my wife and kid in a tiny 36m2 apartment, and I can tell you right now, the whole place reeks (that was just after the first treatment!). My wife hasn't kicked me out yet, but I really hope this doesn't drag on for months like Michael Ramos3 and his old man suggested, because I'm not sure she has that kind of patience. 🙏 As for the bedsheets? Forget about it. After just one night, everything needs a wash, and I have no clue if the stains will actually come out (pro tip: use old rags—that's what I used, but honestly, I didn't realize it would be this messy). I'm washing the weekend laundry today, so we'll see if the stains vanish. And then there’s the absolute worst part: the morning shower to get this stuff off. It takes me like 45 minutes just to scrub myself clean (head, ears, chest, and junk). It is incredibly hard to wash off; you basically have to scrape it off your skin because regular scrubbing does nothing... I'm burning through shampoo like crazy. I went out to buy a heavy-duty sponge on Saturday, which helps a bit, but it hurts to scrub so hard, and the sponge already looks like it was swallowed by a swamp 🙂. I was warned that this stuff stings on sensitive skin, and yeah, they weren't kidding... it stings on my junk when I apply it near the top, and it hits my eyelids too... it’s not unbearable, but you definitely feel it. 👎 Basically, using this is a huge chore, but considering how brutal this disease is, I guess there's no such thing as an easy fix (or even an easy way to get Healed). So far, I haven't seen much change in the patches (which lines up with what I was told); if anything, it looks slightly worse because they're bright red now without the scaling. It just looks like parched earth—like a desert with dry, cracked plates—so you basically have to slather on tons of cream just to function. My skin is actually starting to crack a little (just around my ear because I have to scrub so hard to get the balm off), and without cream (Nivea), I wouldn't make it. Sometimes the cream feels like a godsend (not that it stings, don't get me wrong, but it helps that tight-skin feeling). They say it should start itching, which is supposed to be a sign that it's working, but I felt a little itchiness after the first use, and today it's actually a bit more intense. 👍 Everything is itching somewhere, but I'm not even sure if that's a good sign, especially since they said I need to use this for about 20 days. We'll just have to wait and see, according to those geniuses... 😲So, that’s pretty much the whole story and I don't really know what else to tell you guys, but feel free to fire away with questions and I’ll answer if I know the deal—if not, we can just go ask Michael Ramos3 together.
Hey everyone...

Oh yeah, speaking of wives and kids... honestly, my kids have been falling asleep way easier since I started using this stuff because they just drift right off... I'm actually thinking about borrowing some kind of crib and setting it up in the kitchen just so I can at least keep them covered up.

As for the bedding, I'm not even going to bother washing it or the down pillows I use for sleeping (I'll just toss the whole lot). If this psoriasis finally clears up, maybe I'll keep a few things as souvenirs.

It takes me about 45 minutes to apply everything, plus another hour just waiting for it to dry, like it does for everyone else. Mind you, I always shower before applying. Then in the morning, I need about an hour to wash it all off (I start by putting on some olive oil first because it makes the washing part way easier). I don't mind scrubbing a bit; it's not like it's some huge ordeal. I use that Nivea baby lotion with Omega 6—it's super greasy and hydrating, and I actually prefer it over those standard creams.

Also, the scaling is mostly gone now, or if it does pop up, it vanishes instantly (it peels off easily), but the lesions themselves are still bright red and tight. No itching! Though my skin definitely stings, I don't see any crazy reactions other than the fact that new lesions and spots have popped up in several places literally overnight.

By the way, I only apply it to my hands, legs, and butt because, let's be real, I physically can't reach my whole body... once this clears up, I'll move on to my back, stomach, chest, and head.

Regarding the stinging, itching, burning, and pain... I deal with all of that even without the ointment, so right now, I'm not seeing a massive difference there.

If this actually works (God willing 🙏), I'm treating myself to a brand new set of sheets... and I'll be rocking shorts and a T-shirt until basically the first snowfall hits 🤣. I'll even put the empty ointment box in a glass display case under spotlights 😉 and take a photo with Michael Ramos3 and his dad to hang up next to my wall of Icons.

silentheron25 said:So yesterday I finally got this stuff from Michael Ramos3's uncle, and the first application went fine. Man, that smell is intense and it’s super greasy—you definitely notice that right away—but honestly, as long as this actually works and helps out since things have moved past just being a nuisance to something way more serious, I don't care. I've already uploaded a photo of my eye somewhere over there, so you guys will see how the situation looks in a couple of days. Gregory Mendoza3, listen, you really ought to be posting photos specifically for the people who only have a tiny little spot here or there and don't realize just how nasty this can actually get. You know what I mean?

Man, I've already started slathering this stuff on... even though I was planning on waiting until Monday...😍

When it comes to the smell, "strong" is a massive understatement. 😬

Honestly, I don't care if it stinks up the whole house, as long as it actually does the job. 😉

And hey, once I'm fully Healed, I'm gonna sell my place and buy a totally different one... and anyone who wants to buy this old dump can just deal with it! 🤣

As for the photo session, I'll get that done tonight once I'm back from work...

And if Michael Ramos3 gives me the green light, I'll even snap some pics showing what it looks like once it's spread on...

Speaking of spreading it on, this stuff is a total nightmare to apply because it's so thick and gross to rub in, but hey, if it works, it works. 🙂

Robert Clark2 said:Look, you need to understand that Neotigason is an anti-psoriasis medication, and there's no way around it—you absolutely have to have a Dermatologist prescribe that stuff to you first. You can't just go out and grab it like some over-the-counter cream. And listen, once you're actually using it, you're looking at getting blood work done every ten days without fail, and before you even think about starting the treatment, you better make sure you get a full blood panel done to see where you stand. I'm pretty sure I've already laid this all out somewhere else here, but I'm saying it again because it's vital.🙂

Honestly, I’ve got this nagging feeling in my gut that we’re actually looking at some kind of cytostatic drug here...
Look, I was on methotrexate a long time ago, but honestly? I’m done. I have zero interest in touching any kind of cytostatic drugs ever again. In my opinion, playing around with that stuff is just way too dangerous to be messing with.😳

Robert Clark2 said:Gregory Mendoza3, my friend!
Since this crazy thing hit both you and me, what are you rubbing on it lately? Have you tried taking those Neotigason capsules? Or maybe using some St. John's Wort oil?

I’m asking because I might have to start taking them again myself.

Robert Clark2, buddy,

I've been slathering on some kind of St. John's Wort oil, but honestly, it’s doing absolutely nothing—the psoriasis is just running wild like it owns the place... and it really seems to love it this past month since I've been covered from head to toe 😳 and to top it all off, I've got this allergy breaking out all over my face... plus, the Dermatologist who tried to clear up the allergy actually made things way worse by using some cream based on Syndersol, so now I've got these massive broken capillaries popping up around my eyes... and on top of everything else, I've got psoriasis patches on my face too, so now I can't even tell what's what, so I'm gonna try to find something to kill the allergy... and the capillaries... just so I can actually figure out what part of this is the psoriasis... (seriously, you should see how I look right now 😛 )

It feels like it isn't just a coincidence, like the way the psoriasis is acting up is tied directly to this allergy (maybe it's an immune system crash or something else, but they definitely kicked off at the exact same time)

Starting Monday, I'm going to begin using that cream from Healed...

As for Neotigason, I've never even heard of it... what's that all about?
Psoriasis [PLEASE READ FIRST POST!] in Health ·
So, I ran into Michael Ramos3 and his old man today... and they actually hooked me up with some balm.

I'm kicking things off this Monday and starting to apply it...
Which means I’ll be dropping the links to the "before" photos right here on Monday so you guys can see exactly what we're dealing with at the start...

Man, what can I even say... God knows...

And don't worry, I'm gonna keep you all posted on the whole damn process... every single reaction...

Melissa Harris77 said:So I've been reading through this whole thread and I can't find anyone with my exact situation. My Dermatologist thinks it's psoriasis and is sending me over to Mayo Clinic for a biopsy... first question though: does that actually hurt?
For years, I dealt with a massive sun allergy, but then three years ago, that just vanished. Now, the second I step out into the sunlight, my elbows and hands break out in these red patches that look exactly like psoriasis—it's unmistakable. It gets progressively worse every single year until autumn hits, and then during the winter, I'm just left with these faint marks where the inflammation used to be. I see everyone here saying the sun helps them, but for me, the sun triggers the psoriasis, and tanning beds are just as bad. Has anyone ever heard of this specific thing happening? Please, if you have any advice or stories, let me know... cheers everyone

Look, I'm incredibly prone to allergies myself... I actually had pretty intense sun allergies way before my psoriasis even showed up... honestly, I don't know if there's a connection there, but weirdly enough, the sun actually helps my psoriasis even though it absolutely wrecks the rest of my skin....

And now, get this—I've got some heavy-duty allergy flare-ups hitting my face right now... and since I already deal with facial psoriasis, I can't even tell what's an allergic reaction and what's the actual psoriasis anymore... I have no clue what I should even be using to treat this mess...😳

Life is such a wild ride, isn't it? Even when everything feels bitter or totally absurd, it's still a beautiful thing... and honestly, all the chaos is worth it just for those few good moments that make it all worthwhile...👍

Robert Clark2 said:Look, that Cignol stuff is straight-up toxic, seriously. Like, if you actually bother to read the instructions, it tells you point-blank that you can't even wash your bedsheets or your laundry after using it, so just look at the facts. That doctor guy... honestly, you'd be way better off going with ELOKOM; it's much milder than that crazy concoction, though personally, I tried it and saw absolutely zero results.

Cignol was actually cooked up by this professor from New York City, M. M., who doesn't even recommend using Cignol for any extended period of time himself... (I happened to meet him once, by the way)

I honestly have no clue what George is even yapping about with that grease stuff... we're talking about gun oil for preserving weapons, right?

Robert Clark2 said:Look, I really appreciate you guys sticking by me and backing my fight to crush this disease once and for all, seriously, it means a lot, but honestly? I’d be perfectly fine just walking away with a draw if the ref decides to play favorites and tilt the scales in her favor—just using a little sports terminology there, if you catch my drift.
Look, things are getting seriously rough, I won't lie to you, but we aren't backing down—we’re going to push through this no matter what.
Look, I’m not here to start any fights or hold a grudge against anyone's posts, seriously—doesn't matter who they're aimed at, even if someone decides to come for me personally.
Michael Ramos3, Gregory Mendoza3, and I are basically camping out at your place waiting for that ointment once your old man finally ramps up production, because honestly, just the three of us are gonna burn through more supply than half the people on this entire forum combined!
Hey there, hope you're all doing awesome and everything's going great!👍

You’re spot on about the amounts, seriously—at this point, I don't even want to talk about "applying" cream anymore, I just want to drown myself in the stuff!😳

Ever since I joined this forum about a month ago, I feel like my symptoms have been flaring up three times as much as they used to...

Man, I woke up this morning and my face is absolutely trashed—it’s covering a huge chunk of my forehead, stretching behind my ears, creeping down the top of my neck, and there’s even a spot on my eyelid. It looks straight-up unreal, like something pulled right out of a horror flick or some nightmare scenario. To make matters worse, I just had bloodwork done a month ago and everything came back totally fine, so now I’m stuck having to go back in for more tests. I’m honestly spiraling a bit thinking this might be some massive, aggressive inflammatory thing going on inside me, especially since I don't feel any pain or anything at all. Just totally bizarre.
If those lab results come back totally clean and show absolutely nothing, then I’m honestly at a loss—I'll be staring at the wall wondering what the hell I'm even supposed to do next.

wearywalker9 said:just jumping back in here because I haven't been on the forum for a few days and I'm just now catching up on all this drama.... look, I'm also on that Doppel Herz Fish Oil 1000mg + Folic Acid + B6 + B12 + Omega 3 regimen. Like I’ve mentioned before, I take fish oil along with beta carotene, and I'm sipping on two or three cups of celandine tea every single day, just taking small sips, plus I pick fresh celandine every day and smear it on with calendula ointment, St. John's Wort, or Vaseline—honestly, my house is practically overflowing with different ointments and salves, so I just grab whatever is closest and slather it on🙂 and if I can squeeze in a tanning salon session once a week, I do, though I haven't made it in two weeks lately. This whole routine is basically something I cooked up myself🙂 and I've been sticking to it for about seven weeks now and let me tell you, it actually worked, my skin is clearing up big time; right now I just have some white patches and a little pinkness in a few spots. I did try dabbing some raw celandine juice directly on the spots a couple of times, but fair warning: it turns the area black where it hits the scales, so you definitely want to wear long sleeves🙂 I didn't snap any photos of how bad it looked before because I honestly didn't believe it would actually get better, but I can show you how it looks now. My skin still feels a bit rough in those areas, but I'm gonna keep at it and see what happens... I'll check back in later to let you guys know how things are going🙂 but I didn't really see any real progress until about the third week... for anyone who doesn't know—celandine is this plant that leaks this bright orange juice when you snap it, people even use it to get rid of warts and stuff, anyway, it grows like crazy near my place, just a wild weed, so I figured I'd give it a shot.... 😁 and that's just how it is.... 🙂
kisses🙂

I know celandine can help, it helped my mom, but you seriously need to be careful with that stuff. Especially with the tea, because celandine is a naturally POWERFUL CYTOSTATIC! It acts cytostatically on the skin when applied topically, so you shouldn't be rubbing it on for too long, let alone drinking it!

Please, watch yourself, you could end up damaging your bone marrow and a whole bunch of other things.

Seriously, please go talk to a professional.

Look, I’ve been thinking about this whole emergence thing lately and honestly, it just feels like everyone is missing the point entirely. You see people buzzing about it like it’s some groundbreaking revelation, but if you actually sit down and look at the patterns, it’s pretty obvious that we’re just witnessing the inevitable result of chaos finally finding its rhythm. It’s not some magical spark out of nowhere; it’s just what happens when enough small, messy pieces start bumping into each other until they suddenly form something that looks like it has a brain. It’s like watching a massive storm roll in over the Atlantic—you don't see the individual molecules of water deciding to become a hurricane, they just collide and suddenly everything is different. People love to get all philosophical and high-minded about it, but let’s be real: it’s just complexity hitting a breaking point. It’s blunt, it’s messy, and frankly, most people aren't ready for how much control they actually *don't* have once these systems start moving on their own. kaže:
Look, it’s just not like that, okay? I totally get that you’re a believer and that’s how you see the world, but seriously, give some respect to atheists and agnostics once in a while.🙄

Look, since you all clearly can't handle my perspective or how I see things, I'm done—I promise I won't write about this ever again.

Look, I totally get it and I actually respect that this forum is strictly for people dealing with psoriasis—which, let’s be real, is exactly what I'm going through too—so we should keep the focus right where it belongs on the main topic.

I honestly can’t just sit here and stay quiet when I’ve seen people get healed from things that doctors call "incurable" right before the eyes of a saint—and don't even get me started on psoriasis, because I haven't heard of a single case being cured that way!

That's it. I'm done. From here on out, I am officially refusing to write about anything other than psoriasis on this entire section of the forum. Period.

Robert Clark2 said:I was slapped with psoriasis when I was just 21—specifically, generalized plaque psoriasis—and now I’m 58, which means I’ve been stuck in this battle for exactly 37 years.
If there were actually a cure, I’d be cured by now, but unfortunately, for me and everyone else suffering through this, there isn't one.
In all this time, I’ve tried absolutely everything under the sun, from high-end pharmaceutical creams and ointments to every weird alternative remedy suggested by herbalists and "healers." None of it worked. Period. On my doctor's advice, I just stick to neutral moisturizers now just to make life slightly less miserable for myself and those around me.
Over 37 years of pure hell and misery, I’ve burned through a literal fortune—not that I regret spending it—if only I had seen even a shred of actual progress.
My skin has gotten so thin it’s basically the thickness of a sheet of cigarette paper.
I’ve handled this disease pretty damn well, if I do say so myself.
On top of the standard psoriasis, I’ve also dealt with erythrodermic psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis (who knows what else is coming for me?), but honestly, if God is listening, this is already more than enough.
As someone dealing with this, I’m a regular at the American Academy of Dermatology conferences, where the biggest names in the field show up from places like Athens, Sofia, Belgrade, Podgorica, Vienna, Ljubljana, Prague, and Munich. If these geniuses can't help me, then who on earth can???
To put it bluntly, psoriasis is a chronic, incurable disease.
I’m not giving up, though; I’m trying to make life easier, and I refuse to let this thing define my self-esteem because I always say, "Hope for the best for others, and hope for it for yourself too."
I’m asking the honest members here not to hold it against me if I get blunt in certain posts or react strongly when people start talking about "cures."
For now, I won't take it upon myself to keep posting about psoriasis unless someone specifically asks—which I doubt they will—but hey, you never know. I’ll just stick to lurking and following this forum.
If anyone is absolutely certain they can cure me, go ahead and announce it publicly, and I’ll write you into my will—I'll leave you my house on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea—but first, show me some proof that you've actually cured someone.
Warm regards.

Dear friend Nebojša,
You’re more than welcome to just follow the forum, but if you leave us without your posts and your takes, this community is going to lose its edge. Your experience is incredibly valuable to everyone fighting psoriasis, especially the poor souls who have just joined our ranks. Even if you can't find a way to help yourself, you can still help others, and you can do that better than any of us. Because of your insight and what you've lived through, this forum stays a place where people can get real advice and the kind of support they actually need.

If my previous post made you feel like you shouldn't write anymore... well, I apologize, but even so, I was just speaking my truth—what I know, what I think, and how I feel.

Because, listen, if over these last 15 years instead of slathering on every cream imaginable, jumping from doctor to doctor, scouring libraries and the internet for any scrap of news on a cure, or running from herbalist to herbalist hoping for a miracle... instead of all that, I had just humbly and sincerely prayed to God for my neighbors, for the sick, for the hungry, for the suffering, for the downtrodden, for all of humanity, and even for my own healing... I am certain that today I wouldn't have even a single spot. If I had spent that time praying instead of chasing cures, I'm sure I wouldn't have psoriasis at all.

Nebojša, I wish you nothing but the best from the Lord, and I pray God grants you healing
just like He does for everyone else...

Here, take my hand!

I really hope this wasn't aimed at me. 🙂

Look, I wasn't trying to point fingers at anyone, seriously, and again, I am genuinely sorry if people are feeling let down here.
Living with psoriasis is an absolute nightmare—my sister deals with it too, and honestly, I basically grew up watching her struggle through endless trials and errors just to find some relief. I get it, I totally get that when you're hurting, you'll try anything, even rubbing tar on your skin if you think it might actually work. But unfortunately, most of that stuff barely does anything, and you just have to face that reality.
[COLOR]

But whatever, it doesn't even matter what was said or who said it...

I have zero intention of accusing anyone, let alone acting like I'm some kind of judge over people's lives...

All I wanted was to steer the conversation in a different direction on this Reddit thread so everyone stops wasting their precious energy, nerves, and time trying to explain things that don't need explaining...

And yeah, I know most treatments don't do much... but as for "just accepting it"? No way in hell, absolutely not. 😠 I'm just built differently, I guess, because I'm the type of person who refuses to ever just throw in the towel when life gets hard.

At the end of the day, the only true healer is God... and if it's His will for you to be healed, you'd be Cured in a heartbeat. You'd go to sleep at night and wake up completely healthy the next morning.

Or, if it's His will, He'll lead you to a medicine, an ointment, or whatever else you stumble upon, all according to His plan and His timing. Whether you are healed or just find relief, it’s all part of His design.

The hardest part is simply earning His grace. But once you've found that connection and you feel close to Him, the sickness doesn't even matter anymore; it loses its grip on you entirely.

I realize this isn't really what this forum is about, but that's just how it is.

Nothing happens by accident here, it is all just intentional
If you want to find scammers looking to bleed sick people dry, they are there,
And if you look for those self-proclaimed "Healers" offering their services while using little helpers on this forum to push their junk, they’re right there too.
The proof of everything is staring us in the face.
Until recently, we had BREXY 24 hanging around, though I think GOGO has "inherited" his spot now—which is his right, and I won't get into that.
Here is the proof of your point. I was browsing Reddit, specifically the health section and the psoriasis sub-forum, and I found the very first post about psoriasis ever written by BREXY (Mario). The post was from May 5th and had almost the exact same content as the stuff he used to post here, where he even mentioned why he got kicked off this forum. He made his first post and immediately got a "yellow card" from the moderators. If anyone doesn't believe me, just go read it and see for yourselves.
This is the proof that nothing happens by chance, it is all intentional 👍 👍
Kind regards!

Hmm...

Generally speaking, I totally agree that places like this are like magnets for profit-seekers...
and that their only real interest isn't helping anyone, but rather hooking new customers so they can squeeze out even more cash (without any guarantee of a cure, since they aren't actually curing anything—they're just selling smoke and mirrors).

But look, if we start accusing every single person who mentions a product, a cream, a therapy, or just something that helped them as some lowlife coming in to lie to our faces and steal our money... then this whole "Psoriasis Corner"—which is a victim's corner, if you ask me, and I hate the title because it's so incredibly pessimistic—this whole part of the forum might as well be shut down.

Because if we only ever talk about how we're feeling... whether things are clearing up or staying active or (God forbid) having an eruption like I am... then what is the point of this whole PVP thing? From what I gather, this corner was meant to be a place to swap experiences to help people dealing with the exact same struggle.

Isn't it weird how if you actually find something that works, you tend to keep quiet about it? Or you make a post saying, "Hey, I found something great that cleared me up," and when everyone naturally asks you what it is—because wouldn't we all want to know?—you get offended and snap at them, saying, "Shame on you, I'm not an advertiser and I'm not here to profit off your misery."

Sure, I'm using a pretty extreme example, but if things keep working this way, we'll end up exactly there. If you really think about it, even talking about your diet or certain things you use could be seen as advertising, because you're still essentially funneling money into someone else's pocket.

Whatever... yeah, there are people on this forum hunting for your money—that's a fact. And no, you can't be certain who's being genuine and sharing helpful info versus who's trying to rip you off. It's up to you to judge for yourself, but please, don't go accusing every new member of being a "robber in waiting."

And here is my own example... look at all the stuff I've brought up since I've been here, asking people to look into things, even acting like a total amateur and dropping addresses or links in the public parts of the forum—from that German snake venom to whatever kind of spas... or even showing interest in Michael Ramos3's ointment. If I were actually an advertiser, I probably would have stuck
to just one story instead of "dancing around" like this, because there's no way I could simultaneously work for the Germans, some American spas, naphthalene, Michael Ramos3, and whatever else I've mentioned.

So, I’m asking you all to please, just think twice before you go throwing accusations around at anyone... because seriously, slandering people isn't some small thing.

As for that situation Robert Clark2 was bringing up, look, I don't know... maybe my buddy Robert Clark2 is right, maybe he isn't.

And did any of you even notice how Elizabeth Lee49 has just completely vanished since that whole similar mess went down? (Honestly, she's probably just pissed off and nursing a grudge)

Whatever the case, just stop being so paranoid, try to use some common sense, and watch your step.
