Man, your situation is seriously messed up.
Stress and anxiety eventually just manifest physically right where you're most vulnerable.
Take me, for example—I've dealt with stomach issues since I was a kid, and over the last couple of years, a bunch of stuff piled up (nothing catastrophic, really) that had me stressed out and on edge, even if it was mostly subconscious. It just kept simmering until my stomach nerve finally blew and I ended up with gastritis. My stomach has always been my Achilles' heel; it's an easy target for my body to react to stress.
Get yourself to New York City or some other major metro area (depending on where you actually live) and try to talk to someone higher up than just a standard GP. What did your blood work look like?

There could be a million different things going on, but I’ve seen plenty of cases where constant freaking out and life bullshit causes the body to start breaking down at its weakest points.
Like, my cousin used to get these massive white patches in his throat when he was a kid, and his throat was always acting up.
His mom took him to see this herbalist with his blood results and blood type, and he cleared right up.
Maybe give something like that a shot; might actually help.

Good luck!
Thanks for the input, but like I said, I’m heading to my doctor—mostly because I don't want to be dealing with this much junk, even though I barely weigh 130 lbs (lol, "this much" is a stretch at my size)

Anyway, thanks regardless, but you guys honestly just freaked me out even more talking about parasites and all that other crap...
Honestly, I eat pretty much everything—I’m talking meat, fish, sweets, veggies, fruit, all of it.

But my stomach is constantly acting up and I'm way underweight, which leaves me with zero energy. I'm heading back to see my doctor soon, obviously, but I figured I'd start a thread here to see if anyone else has dealt with this kind of mess.
Anyone else dealt with something like this?

So here’s the deal—I’ve always had issues with my stomach. Back before I started
high school, I used to get motion sickness and throw up on the bus pretty regularly whenever I traveled a few times a year. On top of that, I’ve always had a crappy appetite.
Once high school kicked in, I fell into this strict routine where I ate, slept, and woke up at the exact same time every single day. It was like I was programmed like a robot, but honestly, it worked fine for me. I stayed steady between 140 and 150 lbs and couldn't gain an ounce no matter how hard I tried. During the summer or on weekends, I could totally ignore all that structure—eat whenever, sleep whenever—and be totally fine.
If I hadn't stuck to that rigid schedule during the school year, I definitely would’ve been puking on the bus again, which basically ruins my entire day; I just can't travel any other way.
Since starting high school, I haven't dealt with motion sickness or any random bugs, so everything seemed solid. But a few months after graduation, my whole
family caught some nasty virus at a hospital while we were visiting my grandma. That hit me harder than anything else in my life—I was throwing up constantly. After that, I caught a couple of mild bugs (maybe two or three times) that lasted a day or two, nothing major. But then twice, it hit me full force—meaning a whole week spent stuck on the couch with nothing but tea and toast. The last time was at the start of January this year (happy new year, right?).
After those passed, things went back to normal. I could wake up whenever, eat whenever, hit the gym...
But for the last month and a half, I’ve been completely wiped. If I try to do even two sprints, my energy just evaporates. I feel nauseous in the morning—not like I’m actually going to vomit, but just "off"
but by the time lunch rolls around (usually around 1 or 2 PM), I start feeling better. My doctor keeps telling me it’s just stress and wants me to get blood work done. The results came back fine—
kidneys, blood sugar, iron, everything is normal—just a minor respiratory allergy (pollen used to bother my eyes). She said Rinolan isn't helping, so I went back, and she finally gave me a referral for thyroid tests, but those were normal too. She insists it's just anxiety and tells me to take Rinolan again. But it doesn't work, and it makes me think about my STOMACH. I stepped on the scale and I'm down to 136 lbs, which is way too light for my 5'11" frame. I'm 21, and while 150 lbs would still be lean, I was functional then. For the last seven days, I’ve been eating as much as I can because I think this weight loss is killing me. I’m genuinely stressed out and I’ve barely been exercising because I simply don't have the fuel.

TL;DR:
When I wake up, I feel terrible—zero energy, just generally unwell (though I do go to the bathroom once or twice in the morning, and everything seems normal there).
I'll manage to eat something, but until I get lunch (basically several hours after waking up), I feel like garbage.
I'm eating more frequently now, and by the end of the day (I usually crash around midnight), I feel okay, but I still can't train.
(It’s not even that I feel tired; it’s like my energy just hits zero and I can barely stay on my feet. I feel weak.)
Back in high school, I could run 1100 meters in 6 minutes without breaking a sweat, even if my last meal was at 8 PM the night before. I was 150 lbs then. Now, I can't even finish 500 meters.
Bottom line: I have no energy.
I'm seeing the doctor again soon, and this time I'm going to push her about my stomach and the weight loss. I've been losing my mind for the last six weeks...😠

So, if anyone has gone through something similar, let me know what happened.☕

-My diet is 99% meat, fish, sweets, veggies, fruit...
-I don't have any actual pain.

At first, I was convinced my iron levels were trashed—that was always an issue back when I was a kid—and then I started spiraling, thinking maybe it was blood sugar crashes from stress or some other nonsense. I was losing my mind. But honestly, once my doctor went over my nasal panel results, I felt such a massive wave of relief. Everything looks fine on paper, except for this weird respiratory allergy thing. My doctor’s all like, "Yeah, you have some congestion and breathing issues, but it's no big deal," but man, she's wrong. It's a huge deal because I can barely step foot outside my house. Out of nowhere, I just start feeling terrible. If I sit still for 30 minutes, I feel like I'm buzzing with energy, but the second I walk even 500 yards? I'm completely wiped out, like I've burned ten times more fuel than I actually did.
How do I fix this? And how does this even happen in the first place???
If my blood sugar is supposed to be normal, why the hell do I feel like garbage whenever it dips???
I've got one more pill to take today at 2 PM, but I'm heading back to see my doctor on Monday...

The last time I actually bothered checking my blood pressure—like, 3 or 4 years ago—it was running a little high, but what's this about glucose levels?
How am I supposed to be "normal" again? For the last four months, I’ve been feeling absolutely trashed. Just zero energy, nothing has changed—my diet is the same, my activity level is the same—but out of nowhere, I’m just completely wiped out... back in high school, I used to eat dinner at 7 PM and then not touch a single thing until lunch the next day (so we're talking over 12 hours of fasting), and I could easily knock out a mile in 6 minutes without a hitch. Now? I can barely handle two sprints without feeling like death. It's basically an impossible mission.
So which one is it????

I’m 20 years old and I’ve been dealing with this exact same crap for almost a month now. Say I get up around 8:30, grab some breakfast, and head into town—everything feels fine at first, but after walking maybe a mile or two, I suddenly feel like I’m gonna puke. My energy just hits zero. It’s a disgusting feeling. Then, a few days later, I’ll go hit the park in the afternoon, sprint for a ball maybe twice, and boom—same thing. I’m totally wiped out and just feel completely drained. So, I go see my doctor and she basically tells me, "Oh, it's just because you're stressed." I mean, sure, I get stressed, but I've been dealing with stress for over two years and everything was fine until now. She gives me a referral for blood work, so I go in early in the morning, and the same thing happens again. I get up, drive into town, and I feel absolutely terrible. I hadn't eaten anything for over 12 hours because of the fasting for the labs, so I’m just incredibly weak—one second I feel okay, the next I’m crashing. I managed to get the blood drawn, crawled home, forced myself to eat something, and it took like 4 or 5 hours before I actually felt human again. A few days later, I go back to pick up the results—and yeah, the nausea hit me again even though I didn't do anything special, just drove my car and did a little walking, and I recovered pretty fast—but the doctor tells me everything is fine. Blood sugar is good, iron is good, blah blah blah. She says I have some minor issue with my lungs, like a breathing allergy or something, and prescribed me these Rinolan pills—one tablet a day, ten tablets total. I’ve got one left for tomorrow, but I went to the park today and after just two sprints, I was dead. What the hell is going on with me!!!
I practically can't leave the house because as soon as I walk too much or try to run, I feel like garbage.
Common stereotypes about marriage in America in Psychology ·
Honestly, people are just idiots—at least where I live. I know a few folks who rushed into marriage just because they "wanted kids." They haven't got a clue what they're getting into, much like me, except I’m flying solo and frankly, I couldn't care less about any of it...
Look, everyone’s got their own lifestyle. I don't go around interrogating people about why they do what they do; it's a personal choice. It’s basically like picking out a car or something, except people seem to obsess over marriages way more than they do over vehicles—and honestly, most used cars are probably better maintained than most marriages, lol. From what I can see, the vast majority of marriages are a total train wreck, and only a tiny fraction are actually okay. Just let people live. Like Carl Castillo69 said, "Those people aren't gonna be standing by my side when things get real anyway."
Dealing with depression in Health ·
I remember hanging out at my cousins' place during the summer breaks back in the day—we were always messing around, and his sister (my cousin) was constantly flirting with her neighborhood friends, but she had that exact same temperament as you, just always pissed off about something... look, I don't know your specific deal so I'm not trying to lecture you, but the reality is you're incredibly young. Fast forward about four or five years from then, and she’s finally in high school and totally chilled out—she actually looks happy, at least when I see her. Now that we've all grown up, we have actual problems to deal with and don't hang out nearly as much as we used to, even though we want to. And yeah, for anyone looking to make comments—she doesn't do drugs and she doesn't smoke... everyone has bad days. Honestly, I'm feeling exactly how you feel right now, actually for two years straight. I'm stuck in this tiny rural town with zero money and no job, and my parents are basically "rednecks"—meaning they're completely clueless—because if they actually had any sense, we would've moved to a major city by now. We aren't exactly broke, but they just don't get anything, so they have absolutely no clue what I'm going through...
