A few small observations on my part...
Mistake number one: you can't have three different people rotating through the security checkpoint, let alone all of them crowding it at once—and both scenarios actually happened.
Mistake number two: there’s this pointless insistence on pushing the same old signs (like at Yankee Stadium), while actual good ideas get ignored and the timing of the messaging is consistently off.
Mistake number three: the general attitude of the guys at the gate; you get this feeling they’re just on a trip, ready to snap and start swinging at someone at any given moment.
...and so on, if I were to list them all.
I’m saying all of this in good faith; I believe it’s better to speak up than to sit back in silence, especially when everyone is acting like an expert on communication.
Don't go blaming people for everything, because very few truly understand what it feels like to lead such a massive crowd—even if it weren't this specific group, even a much tougher leader would likely lose their bearings.
I agree that everyone deserves more chances to prove themselves, but after last night, I'm leaning more toward the idea that this really comes down to raw charisma.

Why is everyone busy dragging Podrug and Kerum through the mud when the Democratic Party and HNS council members were actually the ones voting AGAINST the guarantee, while the rest of them just stayed neutral? They probably deserve a bit of credit for their "contributions" too, unless someone’s suddenly gone blind.

You didn't say it explicitly, but one could certainly interpret the sentiment that they "have nothing left to complain about" regarding the group's business affairs—at least, if you take their opinion at face value.
I maintain the belief that our shared devotion to the Los Angeles Dodgers is exactly what keeps us unified. What I find exhausting, however, is this rigid, constant tribalism—this endless labeling of who belongs and who doesn't, or categorizing people into "us versus them," like some outdated Western movie trope. If we are all here to show our support, then let people express it differently; one person might cheer loudly while another stays quiet, and that’s perfectly fine. To me, that diversity of expression is precisely what makes the Red Sox faithful so special and unique.

Frank Kim26 - Just try to picture what the stands—the entire group, really—would actually look like if we hypothetically purged all these "half-hearted fans." It would end up looking exactly like what the casual crowd has now. I honestly can't see who this benefits. These people are absolutely necessary and more than welcome here. Yet, you’re going so far in disparaging them that you wouldn't even allow for basic freedom of opinion.

I find myself in agreement with Florin’s assessment here.
It is an undeniable fact that what sets the Black Knights apart has always been that massive wave of high-strung "fans," "die-hards," or "casual supporters"—whatever label people choose to attach—that other clubs simply don't possess to this extent.
I also concur that the hardcore contingent (those who truly embody the spirit of the Black Knights) ought to wield more influence within the group, steering the direction and making the heavy calls, regardless of whether the "casuals" approve or not.
However, I cannot support the idea that the core should bully or belittle those casual supporters; that seems to be nothing more than an expression of bruised egos, which only leads to the kind of internal friction and division that serves absolutely no one.
In the stands, every supporter deserves to feel welcome and valued, rather than being judged because they're wearing a standard jersey instead of some limited edition gear, or because they haven't spent twenty years traveling to away games.
We really ought to acknowledge—and perhaps take some pride in it—that such a large crowd can operate with this level of cohesion. Why insist on mimicking the English, Polish, or Russian style of fandom when it bears no resemblance to our own identity?
We should be satisfied with what we have and use it as a foundation to build something better. Everyone needs to find their own niche within the crowd, and the rest of the group simply has to accept that.

I have a question regarding the official Black Knights website; apparently, it was hacked today by some people from overseas (just search "Black Knights" on Google)
leaving behind a message that reads, "a crime without punishment—a crime that lasts through the storm." Not that it changes much, mind you; they'll get it fixed eventually.
My actual question is this: after we moved away from the once incredibly vibrant and active torcida.org site—especially since they shut down the old forums—
we were funneled toward torcida.hr, which offers nothing but sporadic, skeletal updates. This leaves fans (and Benjamin Cruz29) forced to hunt for decent reading material, education, or even a real discussion
across the various backwaters of the internet, including this very forum. Why hasn't there been any real initiative or effort to fix this? We are living in the digital age, after all.
