There are actually several different tests used to check for insulin resistance. In my opinion, the five-hour OGTT is the gold standard. You just have to be admitted to the outpatient clinic for it.

Chloe Garcia10, please don't take my word as gospel since I'm certainly no expert. From what I understand, it seems pretty common to run low on calcium when you're dealing with thyroid issues. My mom takes 125mcg daily and has to supplement with calcium to stay balanced. It might be a similar story for yours..
I honestly think this movie is incredible. That leap scene alone is such a rush that even if they did a remake or kept the original, it couldn't be bad. I get an adrenaline spike just watching it... oh man, you guys have to see this film!

It's possible. I don't have any experience with hemorrhoids, unfortunately, but I have dealt with Bartholin's. And yes, that can definitely cause pain when sitting or during a bowel movement..

I was actually reading through this thread because one of my clients is going through this. She feels completely helpless... she even went through surgery, and yet everything started all over again. Such a nightmare...
I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. I really hope I never have to go through it myself... I only had issues once after giving birth, but it cleared up pretty quickly, thank God.
You can just use a wipe for it. Though, honestly, applying a cream might be better. There’s one with propolis that comes with a really handy applicator called Preparation H.
