Muhammad actually had all this incredible material lined up for a new album, but some shady record label completely screwed him over, and now he’s just working as an engineer at a Ford plant and none of that music ever saw the light of day...
The debut album is honestly top-tier, though you really have to hunt down the version where they re-recorded the drum machine tracks with a live drummer to get the full effect... that's the one worth finding, but man, Epitaph is in a league of its own. If you listen to anything, make it that one...

I heard about them, probably listened to a bit too, but it just didn't stick. I only see two albums listed here, which isn't exactly a massive discography to dive into... 👍

Bolt Thrower didn't really click for me at first, though I gave them another spin recently and they're sounding a little better. I can't quite remember which one I have loaded up in my car, I think it might be Realm of Chaos.

I honestly have no clue, I'm not quite that much of an insider. All I know is that the drummer is essentially the alpha and omega of CC, that Chuck S. is arguably the most talented ever to do it, and a few other things along those lines. I haven't even listened to everything that's considered essential...

Real metalheads can't stand Cradle of Filth because they were the first extreme band to sell out the second they signed with Sony. If you're looking for those kind of commercial symphonic vibes, just give Dimmu Borgir a shot instead. I actually stumbled into one of their shows back when I was young and naive in Vienna... it was my very first encounter with the whole Satanic scene in my life.
