As for Canada, you just drive right in and back out again—it's totally seamless. Nobody asks for anything anymore, and they don't have any restrictions left, not even masks.

The way that question was phrased above feels a bit off to me. I haven't exactly conducted a formal study to see if most women are into them or not—how would I know? ☕
I can only speak for myself, though. To get any real insight, wouldn't it be better to just ask women directly?

I caught that post by Mr. Brown, but the issue is that it just isn't true. There are plenty of people on this forum posting incredibly stupid nonsense, yet nobody calls them out because they fit the preferred narrative. As for me and that other user mentioned—we haven't even spoken, nor were we off-topic.

I haven't received any official notice or anything... it's just that I can't access or post in the COVID thread anymore.

Why does it seem like so many people are getting banned for posting in those COVID threads? I haven't received a single notification about it—anyone else? And why am I locked out of the ban appeals section too? Are they handing out penalties for everything these days? It feels like anyone who doesn't just parrot the official government line gets silenced, even when we're being perfectly civil in our discussions.

Since I didn't get an actual notice, does anyone know how long these bans usually last?

The sheer lack of organization and logic in this system is mind-blowing—just look at my situation. I’m currently in isolation, so I called my kid's preschool to see if someone else could handle the drop-offs. They told me the other person isn't allowed to bring the child in because they were just with me while I was isolating?! 😵 I tried explaining that I don't have anything—it's just a case of contact of a contact. Apparently, that doesn't matter. So, I call the school nurse, hoping for some actual clarity, and she tells me we just need to wait two or three days before someone else can step in. Wait, what am I waiting for? I haven't been near anyone sick for a week, and I've already been in isolation for four days. Once those two or three days are up, I follow up with her, and her response? "Well, start counting from today." 🤣🤣 So, basically, the clock starts ticking from the moment I made the phone call 🤦 🙏.

I’m honestly rooting for some consistency here, so that the kid doesn't have to keep showing up to class and racking up enough absences—regardless of whether they're excused or not—to fail his year-end exams.

Come on, guys... honestly, half the kids are just wearing their masks under their noses anyway—or just carrying them around—right? And I'm pretty sure some teachers are doing the same thing. People are pushing back against regulations everywhere; it’s just that most aren't making nearly as much noise as this one dad. As for those posts about taking kids away from parents just because they won't wear a mask? I'm not even going to go there. Didn't a mother recently beat her child to death? Did that family not trigger an immediate red flag with the CDC?

I feel like everything becomes pretty obvious once you see this kind of moderation being allowed.

Can we please be real here—don't you see she's doing this on purpose? She drops one totally unhinged post just to stir the pot, waits for everyone to lose their cool, and then starts frantically deleting critiques and handing out bans. Then, to top it all off, she threatens to lock the thread when she was the one who started the whole mess with that weird post in the first place. The discussion was going so smoothly, but now everything's just stalled and everyone's gone wild...🕺

Someone is clearly letting her get away with it, so just deal with it. Honestly, I’d suggest just ignoring those obvious attempts at trolling from now on.

15% getting myocarditis?! What is this nonsense... I know plenty of kids who had COVID and had zero issues—they were back on their feet in just a few days. Honestly, more of them got hit harder by the flu last year.

I know two couples who took this leap. One couple with two little kids ended up regretting it because their lives turned into nothing but grueling physical labor just to cover the basics. The other couple seems really happy and shows no signs of wanting to change their lifestyle—they clearly value nature above everything else. My only concern for them is how their child will socialize, since they're growing up a bit isolated, but I guess we'll just have to see how that plays out.
