While we’re stuck waiting around for a response from The Administration, I say we take matters into our own hands. We should send "our" proposal over to be vetted by the heavy hitters—legal scholars at Yale or Harvard, the American Bar Association, HHO, and basically anyone else whose opinion actually carries some weight in this country.
