Look, I was just flipping through the channels when I caught it. There isn't any advertising or anything; it's just two teams that are ranked in the Top 5 globally playing.
Ex, you might as well delete that last post just so people can see it, since I didn't notice PBS even bother to promote this game. 🙄
Go Argentina 👋 😁
Anyway, I guess I’m always rooting against England. 😬
Now that I think about it, maybe they’re broadcasting this specifically so we can finally see Biloš in action; I haven't actually seen him play outside of a few clips, though I believe he was called up for this match.
Is this thread still active? quietcobra30, excuse my language, but give me a break. Duje isn't some desperate man starving for cash. He sold out his entire country for a single million, which I suppose is his right, but it’s also our right to call him a traitorous piece of trash who deserves to have his citizenship stripped away. 🙂
Duje is just someone who sold his soul for a paycheck. I suppose if you were starving, you might not say a word, but he’s got enough money now to ensure a comfortable—even luxurious—life for himself and his family. Still, he lacks any sense of honor. And I guess you can't buy that, even with billions at your disposal.
feralbison62 said:Where the hell is Duje? Why didn't he tell us himself? Maybe he went off to train or something. I suppose we really messed up by sending that check to Charles. He probably stopped somewhere along the way to grab a drink on our dime. Tell Duje not to sign anything just yet. We’re going to try sending a new check, though I guess we aren't quite sure who should handle it. Could Duje recommend someone reliable who isn't necessarily motivated by massive payouts?
Look, guys, we didn't have any trouble handling Brazil, so I guess some random matchup against the Netherlands shouldn't be an issue either. Honestly. 😁
Olympique Lyonnais is the favorite, though I suppose I'm hoping Paris Saint-Germain finally manages to win something; they had a decent start, beating Sochaux 1-0.
What are your expectations... or perhaps just your hopes?
Brazil secured the win from the penalty spot. Ronaldinho is playing like an absolute beast. Honestly, the whole Brazil squad looks incredible, though I guess Belletti isn't doing much—he can barely even find playing time at Barcelona as it is. And what's the deal with Cafu? Why isn't he on the pitch? You don't even miss Ronald; Robinho is playing brilliantly.
On Wednesday, we'll have the Argentina vs. Brazil match on our local networks.🙏
So, is that an Alien head hanging there in that shot? 😁 I suppose even back then they were teasing that showdown between the two leads, though we all know exactly how that turned out. 😁
