Honestly, I think you should just wait until you’ve officially moved out to deal with BB—mostly because if you stay under the same roof, the parents start breathing down your neck, worrying you're going to drop dead from eating too much protein.
It all sounds wonderful in theory, really—but if you don’t have that foundational support from your parents (which, let’s be honest, is the absolute bedrock of everything), then none of it matters much at all ☕
Anyway, let's toss a fresh update out there—I don't even know what to call this, really. I'm not exactly thrilled with how things look right now, but hey, give it a few years and maybe it’ll actually start looking like something respectable
Looking at the mirror now, I realize I definitely need to trim the neck area 🤣
So, here’s the deal I’ve been an avid hiker for about seven years now—really love hitting the trails—and I’m also a regular at the gym, where I tend to push some pretty heavy weight. Interestingly enough, the whole reason I actually started lifting was to deal with constant back pain. The thing is, whenever I lean over, my spine looks like it’s developed a massive hunch.
So, given all that, does anyone know if there’s a way to actually ease this back pain???

Honestly, I still find it much more satisfying to just pick up my supplies directly at the gym rather than hunting around Zant for a better deal on $40/kg Optimum 😁 —there’s just something about that convenience that hits different.
Listen I’ve been hitting a steady pace for about 10-7.5 miles miles at a time—really pushing through—and if I had to guess, I think I might have overdone it by roughly 622 miles miles today... just a bit too much enthusiasm, I suppose .
edit: honestly, my biggest setback was when I ended up drifting about 8.1 miles miles off course in a single day—don't even ask me how long it took to get back on track .
Look, please don't mess around here—your health is far too important to play games with. You really ought to go see an internist. I’ll have more information for you tomorrow; my old family doctor is actually quite an expert in these matters, so she has a much better handle on this kind of thing. I'm planning to pick her brain tomorrow once she finishes up her shift at the hospital.
