You aren't actually far from the truth on that one. 😉

Jesse Williams2 said:Honestly, Alonso has become even more obnoxious and insufferable to me after that press conference stunt—claiming he wasn't even embarrassed about being overtaken...😠 Meanwhile, Massa🙏 proved once again what a class act he is and a true team player by letting Alonso pass for the good of the whole squad... though I really feel for him, man; he was dominating the race only to be told to step aside... it's just nonsense. I can't stand those forced overtakes—if you're actually faster, you pass them, and if you aren't, then just deal with it and follow along...
MASSA 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
stormybadger8 said:I wouldn't know, I missed the start.🤷
But from what I've heard and realized since, he screwed up big time again.🤦
Honestly, I have no clue what his deal is lately.👎
hollowgull5 said:If he was faster during the race
then why didn't he just blast past Massa instead of letting that guy just hold him up...😕
Man, stop whining...😉
stormybadger8 said:And Massa has zero chance 🤣
God, the logic. How many points is Massa behind Hamilton that he supposedly has "no chance"? Before today's race, there were still 225 points left on the table—hardly more than what Hamilton has. Seriously, what kind of logic is that? Chandok still mathematically has a shot at the title.☕
Under the old scoring system, Massa was trailing less than Vettel was behind Button after the first 10 races last year.
Massa has a shot, just not against this slippery guy.
And you guys attack Red Bull because of some damn wing that Webber didn't even want, then whine about how the team favors Vettel, how Webber is a pathetic No. 2 driver, and how Vettel and the Red Bull leadership are cowards.🙄
Just go hide in a hole out of pure embarrassment.👎
Nicole Reyes97 said:I honestly can't say. I don't get the feeling that everything is quite right with him, though I suppose I'm holding out hope that things might turn around, even if I'm skeptical.. 🤔
Hamilton was slapped with a 25-second penalty right after the race 😉
Nicole Reyes97 said:Look, you're wrong again, honey. 🙂
It isn't even about bad karma anymore; the reality is that he has become completely unstable and unsure of himself, or whatever you want to call it, 🤷 unlike how Fernando Alonso would have handled a start a year ago—especially back in 2005 or 2006. I mean, what on earth happened to him? 🤣 He certainly wouldn't be gambling with his prestige like this, going all-in only to end up failing miserably. And honestly, I still don't grasp why they penalized them when both drivers were clearly fighting for the position, especially since Robert Kubica ended up dropping out later anyway. 🤷 You follow me? Something is fundamentally broken with him. Hot blood is the least of his worries; he's already drowning. 😉
Nicole Reyes97 said:I honestly think he knows exactly what happened 😬 but let’s be real, he’s mostly responsible for his own mess through those sheer, moronic mistakes he keeps making. 😳

where on earth did that guy go? 🤣🤣
Frank Collins85 said:And what are we supposed to say about the people who had to watch the race "live" via foreign networks, satellite feeds, or various streams, given that the delay on the local American network is a full hour, which is frankly just unbearable?
The race itself was a tedious piece of garbage, if I'm being honest, 👎
feraltrucker5 said:This entire championship season is basically just going to be a masterclass in pure stupidity. 🤦 You’ve got the utter incompetence over at Ferrari (and their drivers 😵), the sheer nonsense happening within Red Bull Racing, and then there’s the complete lack of common sense from the officials... honestly, the winner isn't going to be the most talented athlete out there, it’ll simply be whoever manages to be the least much of an idiot by the time the trophy is handed out. 😁
Henry Morris3 said:They weren't even all that fast, honestly. One thing people forget is qualifying pace; if they actually tried pushing it like that for an entire race, that Renault machine would probably fly off the track after twenty laps.
stormybadger8 said:It honestly doesn't matter who you point the finger at when it comes to who's actually to blame here, because whether you're talking about Vettel or Webber is completely beside the point, and frankly, it's a non-issue; the real culprit is Christian Horner, who is nothing more than an absolute idiot. ☕
When you see two drivers behaving like that right at the starting line—just shoving one another into the wall or forcing someone completely off the track—it’s nothing more than a glaring indictment of the absolute incompetence at the top of the organization. It is pure proof that the leadership has completely lost control of the garage.
If Fernando Alonso had just handled his start with a bit of actual dignity and class, he would have maintained his prestige, and then—and only then—would we have actually seen a proper fight on the track.
This whole situation regarding the race in Austin is just a complete disaster, and frankly, I’m convinced that Christian Horner and the top brass over at Red Bull Racing are entirely to blame for this mess. Now they have to deal with the fallout, which essentially means handing Lewis Hamilton an even larger advantage in the championship standings. It is absolutely infuriating because they possess a car that, on a track like this, should be tearing up the field and dropping a second per lap on everyone else, yet here we are watching everything fall apart. 🤦
They are absolute morons.👎
Nicole Reyes97 said:I really don't have much to say on the matter, I am simply noting how you seem to be acting as a loyal supporter for Arthur Doyle70🤷 🥳
Arthur Doyle70 said:From here on out, I’m lighting a candle every single time the Renault engine gives up the ghost. 😬
Nicole Reyes97 said:so, are you two just looking to get all lovey-dovey together? 😳 🤣
well, Arthur Doyle70, I would never say that about you 😬
though it’s pretty damn obvious when it comes to hollowhawk412 😁
Arthur Doyle70 said:What exactly do you have to offer a colleague if we're just going to sit here and act like clowns...🙏🙏
Let me know 👍
Arthur Doyle70 said:I just stumbled upon this... so Jenson Button basically said...
During the opening laps, my dashboard readout stopped working. The team was telling me over the radio to do things on the steering wheel but I couldn't see if I was doing the right things. And I couldn't see the rev lights either: most of the time I was pretty close with my gear-changes, but I was hitting the limiter quite a lot, which happens when you're getting a tow and you're shifting at different places...
Nicole Reyes97 said:Right at the lights, the order held steady just like qualifying until Grandpa came through. Felipe Massa managed to jump up two spots, while Jaime Alguersuari fought his way up six positions, though Robert Kubica ended up dropping back a bit. It was just laps upon laps of circling around until the leaders hit the pits. Once the pit stops were sorted, Lewis Hamilton managed to overtake Sebastian Vettel. Meanwhile, Button lost his spot to Grandpa coming out of the pits and spent the rest of the race stuck right behind him while Grandpa maintained a perfectly defensive line the whole time. Toward the end, Vettel went wide and had to pit for fresh rubber, which dropped him right behind Fernando Alonso. We actually heard over the team radio that he was having brake issues, yet he kept pushing that car like there was nothing wrong with it😬
but then, in the final lap, Hemić suffered a tire blowout. 😁
anyway... you've got the full lap-by-lap breakdown here🙂
