So, I stumbled upon this website based out of Mexico that ships over to the United States. I've never actually ordered anything from a neighboring country before, but I just got an email back from them.

Dear Customer,

Yes, we do ship to the United States.

The procedure for you is slightly different; the notice on our site only applies to
the territory of Mexico. We will send you a pro forma invoice for payment,
and once the payment is confirmed, we will ship your items via post express. Your only
potential extra cost would be any customs duties, should the goods be subject to them (you can
look into that). There is always a certain threshold under which no customs fees are charged.

We invoice the goods to you at the price excluding sales tax (which varies between 8 or 18% depending on
what is being ordered).

I am also attaching the post express rate sheet so you can see what the estimated
shipping costs would be.

weight / kg price / USD.
up to 0.5 1,000.00 .....

Now I'm trying to wrap my head around the whole process—payment methods, logistics, all of it. I just want to be absolutely certain that I won't end up getting hit with a bill much higher than what I originally anticipated.

Are we talking about Albert Camus now?
I’ve taken a look at those, but honestly, it feels like a waste of cash to drop more than $117 on this right now, especially since I'm planning to just buy a whole new rig this summer anyway. So, fine, none of them then. Thanks for the help.
With Christmas right around the corner, I've been thinking about doing a little hardware modernization. I'm currently running a Sapphire x1550, but frankly, it just isn't cutting it for my needs as a gamer anymore. I find myself torn between a few different options here:

Powercolor Radeon X1650Pro AGP

Powercolor Radeon X1550 AGP

Powercolor Radeon HD 2400Pro

What I really want to know is what kind of actual leap in performance we're talking about. How much would the gaming experience actually improve if I picked up one of these? I'm planning on building an entirely new rig this summer, so I'm looking for something to tide me over and keep things playable until then.

The rest of my current setup consists of 1280 MB of RAM and a Pentium 4 2.4.

EDIT: The Motherboard is Micro-Star, model MS 6728.
