Man, I really wish I could just dust off that old TV tuner card along with the IR sensor and the remote... it’s just that my lack of motivation and general brain fog won't let me get it done right now... but you know, one of these days it'll happen, and maybe it'll just be a quiet little whisper 🤣

So, did you finally get everything sorted out? Is the monitor actually behaving itself now? There’s a chance that the cable just wiggled loose from the motherboard, kind of like what happened to me when I was cleaning my rig...

If you’re looking to dive into this kind of work, I’d suggest picking up a Stihl saw for hobbyist stuff—maybe look at the Husqvarna 260—but if you’re planning on going pro, you definitely want a Husqvarna 660... 😂 😂 😂

Come on man, don't be shy, tell us the full story... are you trying to salvage some parts, fix the thing up, or what? I’m guessing all you really need is a single Phillips head screwdriver and a basic set of Torx keys... 😁
