😂😂😂
That's a great pitch to sell to lazy guys. Like, "Honey, the manual says if I do the chores every day, I'll end up looking like Arnold in his prime..."
Go ahead, keep doing all that work... unless you're actually worried about me ending up with bigger muscles than yours?
The girl probably just lost her mind a little. You know how things are at that age...🤣 I mean, what else is there to do when you're feeling that hopeless? Life only really starts hitting you hard once you pass 30...😁

All jokes aside, if things have really sagged that much, you're looking at surgery... nothing else is going to fix it.
But she's only 17... there's no way they could have dropped that much already... I guess.
Just tell her to get a decent bra and hit the gym... what else can you even say?
- 1 lb ground meat - half a scoop of quinoa - half a scoop of millet - 1 egg - 1 onion, whatever spices you actually like, sesame seeds, and a handful of breadcrumbs
- Boil the quinoa and millet, mix everything together, then just let it sit for a bit... - Form them into little patties, dust them in flour, and fry them up in some oil. Simple enough...
- clean those slices - toss the heads into salted water with a splash of olive oil and a bay leaf to boil - let them cook until they're done—about 15 minutes or so
- while those are boiling, sauté some leeks in olive oil in a separate pot - once the heads are finished, strain the broth into that second pot, stir in some grated carrots, 2.5 tablespoons of rice, parsley, and pepper... add salt if it needs it, then simmer until the rice is soft (another ten minutes or so)
doing the exact same thing today, just using fillets instead of heads🙂
Boil the buckwheat and let it soak up all the water. Once that's done, just blitz it with an immersion blender and mix in everything else—breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, red chili flakes, and pepper.
Shape them into patties and fry them up. They cook pretty fast...
sauce
- 1 cup - 2 cloves of garlic - tomato sauce - water - spices—parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, red chili flakes
Honestly, they tasted way better than they look in the photos...😁
Made this last week and honestly... felt pretty good after eating it. I used green lentils—the box says they only need 25 minutes—but I soaked them overnight anyway just to be safe.
- Sauté some onion and carrots. Once they soften up, pour in about six cups of water and toss in half a veggie bouillon cube. Once it hits a boil, throw the lentils in. - After the lentils have been simmering for maybe 15 minutes, add the buckwheat, then quickly add the millet, and just let the whole thing cook down. - Keep adding water if you want it more like a soup or thicker. - Throw in a bit of canned tomato and some roasted red peppers... I like my stews to actually have some color. - Season however you want. I go heavy on the parsley because I love it, plus the green against the other colors is a nice little gimmick 😁...
I’m a sucker for spoon meals, so I’m always whipping stuff like this up. 🙂 Hope this helps if anyone's looking for ideas... 😁 Usually, I just follow the same basic formula and just throw in whatever happens to be in my pantry at the moment. 🙂
- sauté some cabbage and carrots - once they soften up, toss in the barley (make sure it's soaked and rinsed first) and let it all cook together for a few minutes - then just pour in some water and let it simmer - after about half an hour, stir in some tomato sauce, red pepper, and whatever other spices you're feeling - boil it all for a bit longer and you're done... 🙂
(we usually do it a different way, but honestly, this version is much better)
- soak the chickpeas overnight - drain them, cover with fresh water (about 3-4 cm above the beans), add salt, toss in some diced carrots and celery, then let it all boil - once the chickpeas soften up, throw in some cubed potatoes - mash everything together once the potatoes are tender - mix in a bit of canned cream, some red peppers, and whatever spices you feel like
Tried this for the first time today just to see if it was worth it. It actually turned out okay... Found one recipe online saying you could add some quinoa about 15 minutes before you finish cooking. (Don't have any on hand right now, so I just went with the potato)
Supposedly you're meant to top it with some crispy bacon, but I skipped it. Takes a little longer to cook this way, but honestly... it's fine without it.
1 Boil some buckwheat (takes about 10-15 mins, just use twice as much water as you have buckwheat) 2 Sauté some onion and carrots. Once they soften up, toss in some canned tomatoes and let it simmer for a bit 3 Stir in that cooked buckwheat and the lentils (I just used the canned kind, honestly... easier) 4 Let it all cook together for another minute or two. Season it however you want... if you even care

It gets too easy... so you need to add some resistance, like holding a weight on your chest while doing sit-ups to increase the difficulty. I mean, I get it—you won't see much change if your body fat is sitting north of 20%. But that's literally why Insanity exists... and all those core workouts... 🙂
She said she hates sweating... which means Insanity is out of the question... 😁
just another quick one for my fellow buckwheat fanatics 😁
- prepping the buckwheat -
- toss about 2 oz of buckwheat in a pan to toast it slightly, then add some warm water. throw in a third of a bouillon cube and let it simmer for 10-15 mins. (honestly, mine was soft enough by the 10-minute mark)
- sauté some onions and mushrooms. once the veggies are done, stir in the eggs (I usually go with 2 eggs per person) and dump that cooked buckwheat right in with them - I threw a little parmesan on top at the very end
- this would be killer with some sautéed beet greens... at least for me
