I’m sticking to those Jacobs beans. They cost an arm and a leg, but they kept me from shaking like a leaf earlier.

It worked wonders for my depression, but for anxiety? Not a bit. :/
I just slept great, though. I think I’m going back on it this weekend because I’ve burned through all my Ambien, and frankly, my nerves are shot. I'm just chronically exhausted. Between the anxiety eating away at my brain and only getting maybe 4 or 5 hours of sleep with a few wake-ups here and there... it's a lot.
🙂
Are you taking any other antidepressants alongside it?
wiredskipper45 said:Now this is getting interesting. Ever since I GOT OFF Remeron, my muscles and bones have been aching every single night. I've been sitting here wondering if there’s actually a link to withdrawal syndrome... 😢
What are you taking Remeron for exactly, and how does it usually affect you?

I find it somewhat surprising that he was prescribed this specifically for insomnia; if he has never taken psychiatric medication before, it will likely make him quite drowsy. I am under the impression that his primary care physician wrote the prescription rather than a psychiatrist. Honestly, I am not entirely sure why they would prescribe Misar for sleep issues—I suppose the medical professionals handling that should have the answers.

It is much like staring into the fog of Silent Hill—one can never quite be sure if the shadows ahead are merely trickery of the mind or something far more substantial and unforgiving. We drift through these cycles, hoping for clarity, yet often finding ourselves only deeper in the haze.
Is it actually possible to take Faverin in the morning? I’ve been trying to dose it before bed because that was the intention—it was supposed to help me drift off—but instead, it absolutely wreaks havoc on my stomach, and rather than inducing sleep, it seems to do the exact opposite. It keeps me wide awake, only for me to crash hard around 10:00 AM with this crushing, heavy exhaustion.🤷
What exactly is working for you lately? Because if you’re dealing with stomach issues—especially if you’re already struggling with an ulcer while simultaneously trying to manage it with antacids—you might really need to reconsider that AD Valdoxan. I don't know if you ever gave Prozac a shot, but honestly, it’s quite effective, and since it belongs to the same class of medication, it might offer a much smoother ride for your system.

The anxiety symptoms haven't vanished—I'm still dealing with skin flushing, tingling sensations, heightened sensitivity to noise, and that constant fixation on the ringing in my ears when I lie down (which is actually what triggered the anxiety and panic reactions in the first place)—but I do feel like they are tapering off slightly. It’s not a massive shift, but there is a perceptible decrease.
Yesterday, I only took 0.50 mg of Xanax before bed and skipped my daytime doses entirely. I managed to crush my morning anxiety with a long walk, then took the Xanax last night just as a preventative measure, but wouldn't you know it—insomnia struck again.
I fell asleep without any trouble, but about an hour later, I woke up in a total panic. Those symptoms persisted through the entire night (I probably drifted off within minutes, but it wasn't deep sleep by any means).
Is anyone else experiencing this while adjusting to their medication? Does the anxiety peak during the night or right when you wake up? I wonder if it's because the body is at its most relaxed state, making it unable to maintain its usual "alertness," so every anxious signal feels overwhelming? Or could it be related to how the medication is metabolized, since I take mine in the morning?

Look, just be glad. You aren't going to wreck your lungs with smoking. Honestly, anyone dealing with life-threatening drug allergies or food sensitivities would trade places with you in a heartbeat. Screw tobacco; you aren't going to die if you don't smoke. In fact, you'll probably live longer.
