Hey,
Can I get that from maja.3263 in northerncrane49?

You have to admit, they aren't even that similar. 🙂
No, go ahead if you want, just reach out to Nice, but keep your current avatar for a while. 🙂
Michael Reed4 said:Hey, I need some urgent advice on which band to book... Ivica Bago is asking for 2000 dollars, Viva wants 2500, dice 1500 euro is at 1500, and Volar band is charging 1600. I have to make a call in a day or two, so if anyone here has actually seen any of these guys perform at a party, please give me a recommendation or some honest feedback. I REALLY need this ASAP. Thanks 🙂

Volar band 👍

Maria Bailey4 said:Anyone been to Studio Papaya or Studio Bonačić lately? How are they? What’s the damage on price?

Papaya is great! 👍
I'm not sure if they've raised their rates lately, so I can't give you an exact number... they did our shoot and recording about a year and a half ago (around 11 $0.00... but honestly, the price really depends on what kind of package you pick...)
Some moms are really getting on my nerves lately. They act totally disgusted because I want to know the baby's gender. They always drop that same condescending line about how "it should only matter if the baby is healthy and growing, not whether it’s a boy or a girl." 🤮
It’s like they think I don't care if the baby is healthy just because I'm curious about the sex...
Look, dummy, the gender isn't even the point. It's pure curiosity. Whether it's a boy or a girl honestly doesn't matter to me. We'll be happy regardless of what it is!

And don't even get me started on my mother-in-law. She thinks since I'm pregnant, I'm basically stuck at home 24/7. She treats my house like it's her own, just barging in whenever she feels like it, walking into my rooms without knocking, and acting like there are zero boundaries. 🤮

The Volar Group... they play just about everything except country music.😉

The ceremony kicked off at 5:30 PM. We started getting everyone together around 2:00 PM. Hair was done from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, followed by makeup from 11:00 to 12:00. 😉

Thomas Cruz9 said:I attended a party where Vivian was performing, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed by how long their breaks were... even though they're otherwise great singers.
Does anyone here have any experience with the band Volar?
Also, has anyone worked with Mis Florists?
Thanks in advance

We had Volar play for us... they are a solid 10/10 crew.
They don't take long breaks at all. They just keep playing until you tell them to stop! They put on a total Stimung level show... I've been to several parties where they played. They are the only band I dance to from the very first song until the very last. 👍

feralsurfer3 I sent out 82 invitations for a group of 150 people, and I ended up getting 105 thank-you notes back. 😉

Douglas Reyes3, I was there... but that was years ago. I can't really say I spent much time on the dance floor, and honestly, I wouldn't call that band top-tier.

Paul King5 As stated by:
ambercrane18 We booked Jessie's band. They play just about everything based on the couple's requests, though they won't touch any cheesy pop hits. Their repertoire covers everything from local favorites to international classics—you name it, they play it. The price is currently $2,000, but expect an increase in 2024; I'm not sure exactly how much. We went to see them perform live, and let me tell you, those guys are incredible.

Check out the official website for Jessie: http://www.jessy-band.com/

Thanks, Paul King5... what’s the deal with the band? Are they going to send over a recording, or are we expected to head out to a studio in San Diego or something to actually hear them play?
As of right now, my top picks are Calypso and Brava Band—a close friend of mine is actually playing with them, and he mentioned they’re willing to play just about any genre you request. I’ve already listened to them on YouTube, and their quality is excellent. I am also interested in Kocka Band, though I need to listen to them more closely, and I plan to check out Jessie next. I attended a party where the Rockatansky Band performed, but they lack a female vocalist. Having both male and female vocals is a non-negotiable requirement for me.
Regarding photography and videography: I am aware that the final cost depends entirely on the specific package selected. My current budget for this is approximately $1,600.
I have been looking into several options: Studio In, Papaya Studios, Val Studios, and Megagrf Studios. I also considered hiring someone for Zumba, having Sinclair handle the photography, and letting Matthews take care of the video work—though I recall reading somewhere that they charge higher rates. Now, I am looking for your advice.

We used Studio 54. If you have any specific questions, just shoot me a DM.

Betty Hernandez4 said:Hey, does anyone know what wedding dress prices are looking like in San Francisco? I'm mainly looking at places like Sposa or Victoria's Secret... I stumbled upon some prices starting at $8 $0.00, which honestly left me a little "stunned" 🙂

I paid $3,500 for my sister-in-law's Victoria's Secret set.

Is anyone from the San Francisco area recently shopping for rings? I'm looking for some good deals and lower prices if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks!

We picked ours up at the Vagus jewelry store.
The price was $933...it's custom made...and honestly, I think they just rely on reputation alone....

Sophia Phillips3 said:Hey everyone, quick question—does anyone have any solid recommendations for a band out of the San Francisco area? I’m trying to book some live music for a party, and the crowd is going to be mostly young people. I need a group that can play pretty much anything and actually knows how to get a room hyped up. Any leads? Thanks in advance!

Volare-momac is top tier....
The only thing they won't play is country music....

Betty Hernandez4, what specifically do you want to know about Papaja? Send me a DM. They’re going to be doing the photography for me, so I can give you the inside scoop!

They don't actually need a storefront. You could just keep the food in a cellar or a storage room. If someone wants to buy something, they just give you a call, swing by to pick up their groceries, or if they're feeling generous, they can drop stuff off. They pay, and that’s the end of it.

Hey everyone,
A friend of mine is looking to start his own small business. He wants to get into the distribution and retail side of pet food. Here's the catch: he’s actually a veterinarian by trade, not a licensed trader. Does he really need specific commercial credentials to pull this off?

Did you get my message in your inbox?

I haven't seen anything yet....
Aha... okay, so if I can get it now, the Price of Papaya will be about 12 for me $0.00....🙂
California wasn't even on my radar, so I can't really speak to their situation... I was actually looking into Rank Pupic as a backup plan just in case Papaya isn't available. Simon didn't even have the decency to reply—zero professionalism on his part. 🙄
I'll send you the Price of Papaya via DM since I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post prices here....
