The X-Files: Fight the Future (1998) in Movies ·
Is that so? When do the new seasons premiere? The X-Files are back, yay!
It isn't quite as bad as I feared given all the comments, though it's definitely the weakest part so far. Hopefully, Part 2 will be significantly better.

Yes, I sorted it out. It turns out I just didn't have enough funds in my account, which is why it was declined. Everything is fine now. Finally, everything is running smoothly, and my Microsoft card from JPMorgan Chase is working for all my online transactions. It was about time, wasn't it? 🙂

I managed to register and verify my card on Neteller, but now PayPal is rejecting it... Does anyone know why that might be happening?

I called up a card processing service today to ask a few things. Specifically, I wanted to know if it’s possible to make deposits via Skrill or Neteller. I mentioned that my account is currently empty, so I can't really test it out using my Microsoft card from JPMorgan Chase—especially since they wouldn't accept their Visa cards in the past—so I was just asking for information. He told me that, as far as he knows, people deposit there without any issues. Now, I don't want to waste money just to test it out, so does anyone here have firsthand experience? Is depositing through them actually reliable? When I went to the branch, the teller told me that ever since they introduced IBAN, everything has been working fine enough for her knowledge.•

Quick question for anyone using an Intel card from Chase: can I actually use this card for online transactions now? A few years back, it wasn't possible, which is why I originally went out of my way to get a Chase foreign currency account. However, since I have a primary account at Wells Fargo—which is essential for my mortgage—I ended up getting this new Intel international card linked to my USD account. It looks like I can already use it for PayPal, but does anyone know if it works for Neteller, Skrill, or similar services too? Thanks so much!

It turns out the issue wasn't actually with the JPMorgan Chase app or their security token. It was me—I had installed this "Lux Brightness" app on my phone, and for some reason, it was blocking me from entering my PIN. It just happened to coincide with a software update. Everything is working perfectly fine with JPMorgan Chase now.

Haha, wonderful 😁

I just finished updating the software, but the update was so brief... does that mean it didn't actually work? What now, do I really have to head back down to the local JPMorgan Chase branch? Am I going to have to do that every single time?

Is anyone else using the Chase Mobile app along with their digital security token? It was working fine for me until today, but now it’s completely unresponsive. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I just finished setting up my m token, and I’ve finally realized that it's essentially just a digital version of a physical security key—basically, they won't issue you a hardware device if you already have a smartphone. So, while I still need the Chase Mobile app for daily tasks, this m token functions as my physical authenticator for online banking on my computer. I figured I'd share this in case anyone else was feeling as confused as I was about the difference between the two.

So, I headed down to JPMorgan Chase today to sort things out. I explained that I’ve been using my Visa Electron card for all my online shopping, but apparently, they won't allow transactions without 3D Secure authorization anymore. To fix this, I signed up for their online banking package and managed to snag the mobile security token app for free since today is the last day of the promotion. In total, it’s going to cost me $4.75 per month to cover both the account maintenance and the online banking service. Is there any point in keeping the Chase Mobile App if I'm already paying for these two services?

Really? I’m clearly a bit slow on the uptake here—she could have easily mentioned that when I called her... Does any branch happen to be open on Saturdays? I don't see an option for that in the Chase Mobile App.

So, I was told I need to set up a specific Chase Mobile App token, which apparently costs about $14-$$5.00 per month when bundled with my checking account fees, or just a one-time fee of $15. They claimed the current Chase Mobile App I have on my phone isn't sufficient for 3D Secure authentication. It feels pretty unnecessary; if I'm already using this app to pay bills and manage everything else, why should I have to install and pay for yet another one?

I’ve been using this Bank of America mobile app on my Android, and I also have an account over at Chase. As far as I can tell, I haven't signed up for any specific premium features, though I am paying $2.75 monthly for my checking account, plus a separate fee for foreign currency transactions. When I inquired about online banking and getting a token, they assured me that I could handle everything through the mobile app and wouldn't need a physical token at all. So, I'm honestly a bit confused by their setup—why can't I activate 3-D Secure when it prompts me for an email address? It makes no sense. At this point, I'll just have to give them a call... wish me luck 😁. Thanks for any insights.

P.S. Does anyone know if the Chase Visa Electron works for online transactions these days? A few years ago, I couldn't use mine for anything online... perhaps things have changed?

Well, there's nothing even in my spam folder; I've checked every single one. I am certain I entered the correct email address since I tried multiple times. I sent them an email and this was their response:
Dear Valued Customer,

Zions Bancorporation has implemented the 3-D Secure security standard for all purchases made with Mastercard and Visa cards at online retailers.

Online purchases at merchants displaying the Mastercard Identity Check and Verified by Visa logos via the 3-D Secure standard can only be completed by cardholders who have been assigned an authentication device (such as a token, card reader, or Bank of America token).

An authentication device is provided to every user of our online and/or telephone banking services. If a cardholder is not a user of these specific services and does not wish to enroll, they may request a Bank of America token or a card reader upon payment of a one-time fee.

For more detailed information regarding the use of the 3-D Secure security standard, please contact us by phone at our toll-free number 0800 365 365 or via email at napbz365@pbz.hr

Sincerely,

I still don't quite grasp whether what they are referring to as a "Bank of America token" is the mobile banking app I already have on my phone or not. If it is, how am I supposed to use it while browsing? When I try to use the app, it only asks me to activate it by entering my email; it doesn't ask for a PIN or a security question. But once I enter the email, absolutely nothing happens...

I’m feeling quite blindsided right now. I have been using my Bank of America Visa Electron debit card for foreign currency transactions in USD for two years without any issues, successfully transferring funds to PayPal and various other online payment sites. However, I am suddenly being prompted for some kind of 3-D Secure verification, which asks me to enter my email address to activate it. I have entered my email multiple times and clicked authorize, but I never receive anything in my inbox. Consequently, I can't complete a single transaction because it keeps asking me for the same thing. Why was I able to shop and transfer money freely until recently, but now I'm completely blocked? About a month ago, I opened a checking account with Bank of America, received my card, and got the link for the Bank of America mobile app on my phone, providing the same email address they have on file. I was told the mobile app functions as a token, but I don't understand how to use it to bypass this 3-D Secure prompt on the web. They are charging me $2.75 at the end of the month. I'm honestly lost on what steps to take next—any help would be appreciated. For context, I've had an account with Chase for years and use their token and mobile app, but since Chase doesn't offer a Visa Electron like Bank of America does for online shopping, I've stuck with Bank of America. Does anyone know if Chase has introduced a Visa card or something similar that works just like this one from Bank of America? Thank you very much.

This is easily one of my favorite films. 😍 It’s absolutely heartbreaking, yet incredibly beautiful and profound. I honestly had a lump in my throat thinking about Paul Walker—what a tragedy. 😢 Still, I will always look forward to revisiting this movie...
