Oh, and you can also grab a receipt under the options menu—they'll send it via email or snail mail. Just a heads up though, they do charge a fee for that (I think it's the same for digital ones too)

I see, that clarifies things perfectly. Thank you. Regarding the fees, wouldn't those be waived for me since I have a flexible billing plan?

Does anyone know how I can save a receipt from my Chase mobile app to use as proof of payment?

I have a question regarding my Chase mobile app. I just paid my first bill through the app today, and I’m wondering how to save a copy of the paid receipt—essentially, how do I ensure I have proof of payment for those who might doubt me? What steps should I take to save a record of this transaction? I didn't see an option to do so during the checkout process.

I could use some help here... I installed both the standard mobile banking app and the secondary security version on my iPhone (by the way, what's the point of the second one?), and after downloading them from Apple Music, I logged into my online banking portal to set everything up. I grabbed the activation key, entered the code into the mobile app, set my PIN, and everything worked perfectly—I could see my balance and all my account details. But then, things went sideways. I tried opening that second security app, and it asked for the activation key again. Since I had already navigated away from the banking page, I didn't have the code anymore. I ended up requesting a new activation key through the website, which I entered into the security app. It finally opened the main menu, but there’s nothing there—just a blank white screen that says "Main Menu." To make matters worse, whenever I try to log back into the regular mobile app and enter my PIN, I get this:

Status: 7

Error Description: Your token is locked!

So, what should I do now? Has anyone else dealt with this? HELP me out please.

For calls within the US, dial the toll-free number 1-800-222-384,
for international inquiries: +1-212-555-0198.

Just give them your account number and they'll head your way.

Many thanks. 🙂

Sophia Chase64 said:It's true that they don't technically make it a requirement, but having a specific Zaba fan can actually get you a certain percentage discount on the loan processing fees. That can turn into a pretty decent chunk of change saved... and you're right, you can always cancel it afterward, or just swap it for something else. You just do that after the loan has already been approved. 😉

ahaaa, it’s entirely possible I picked it up just for that reason; who can really remember? 🙄

electricsailor33 said:Look, banks don't actually require you to take out specific bundles or credit cards just to qualify for a loan. It’s not in the contract, so let’s not be naive. Employees often use high-pressure tactics just to pad their sales numbers. Besides, you can always cancel any extra perks or cards later on.

That said, a Zaba fan bundle includes a lot of useful services, and I'd actually recommend one to anyone using a credit card. If you aren't sure if it's worth the cost, just look closely at the actual benefits. For instance, when my car broke down, they provided free towing 34 miles to the mechanic—all covered under my bundle. I also have a friend who was skiing in Austria and ended up breaking his ribs; his medical bills hit $2,500, but he didn't pay a cent because he used the travel insurance included in his package.

They really insisted that I had to get it. Honestly, if this one managed to outsmart me, it’s unbelievable what some officials will use to pressure you—claiming I absolutely needed life insurance and blah, blah, blah. But looking at it now, I actually feel okay about having it, so it wasn't a total waste. Could you clarify exactly how the process works? If your car breaks down, do you just call a standard towing service and pay out of pocket, only for the bank to reimburse you later? I'm not entirely sure since I haven't actually had to use it yet.

Michael Thomas6 said:So what’s the catch then? You've got a Mastercard sitting there gathering dust, you aren't even using it, yet you're still coughing up an annual fee? Feels a little bit like masochism to me.

Heh, true. As I mentioned before, I was essentially forced to get it to secure the loan I took out from Chase. Just because I haven't needed the Mastercard yet doesn't mean I won't down the road. I really need to do more research on what else they offer.

Aha, haha okay. I have one too, but I don't actually use it. :P

Michael Brooks732 said:The bank isn't involved in the initial call. If your damage is covered under the Zaba fan, you just call the toll-free number. They send a technician out, and then they handle the coordination with the bank from there.

Great, thanks for the info. 👍

Mastercard? What does that even mean? Anyway, of course, everything had to go wrong today—and naturally, on a Sunday, too. A pipe burst, and we had to call an emergency plumber immediately. Since banks are closed today, how does the process work? How am I supposed to file for a reimbursement on this repair? Has anyone here dealt with this before?

$20 This monthly Zaba flyer is quite dynamic. I ended up with it by necessity when I was securing my mortgage, but I have to admit, I’m actually happy with it. I handle all my bill payments through online banking for free, and honestly... I’ve completely overlooked most of the other perks. I really should start taking advantage of some of them; thanks for the reminder 👍

Quick question: how long does it typically take for a transfer in USD to actually clear and land on a Visa Intel card issued by Chase Bank?

I’ve seen all three movies already, so I definitely plan on catching this one too—plus, I’m doing it in 3D. You going? 😁

When is this new remake hitting theaters?
My Bloody Valentine 3D in Movies ·
It’s a shame they haven't managed to produce a decent 3D film yet. Honestly, I’m definitely skipping this one...

Has anyone caught this yet? What are the impressions, and is the 3D version actually worth seeing?
Mirror in Movies ·
I watched it last night and generally enjoyed the film... it was a decent horror, though I found the ending a bit confusing. 😕

It seems some people loved it while others absolutely hated it. 🙄 I’m planning on catching it later today. 😍

Charles Ramos7 said:I mean, what does having a job have to do with it? The name "prepaid" pretty much explains itself—you load up $100$5000 and spend it until it's gone, then just top it up again.

Can only people with an existing account at Hypo pick up the card, or is it open to everyone?
