I just got my bloodwork back to check for Candida, and here’s what I'm looking at: Candida IgG 36.94 Candida IgM 28.31 I'm a bit lost—does this mean I don't have it since it's within the normal range, or am I missing something?

I'm checking out the FBI and NBC—we'll see what happens. I have to enroll this year because they're bringing in those new state exams next year. 🤮
OnTopic: anyone tried running COD 4 on Windows 7?
Yeah, I play COD 4 on Windows 7. The SP works on all versions, and multiplayer works fine for me on the RC (build 7100) version. On any other version, PB glitches out and kicks you from the servers.
So this guy was out riding his bike over the weekend and slammed right into the handlebars—now he’s got cracked ribs and a massive 10cm bruise, plus this nagging pain underneath whenever he tries to move or even just lie down... I want to get him to a doctor, but since he isn't from around Washington, D.C., his regular physician isn't available. Should I be heading to an urgent care clinic or straight to the ER?
The X-ray shows some partial flattening of the natural curve in the neck. Vertebral bodies look okay height-wise—disc spaces seem fine for now. Early signs of spondyloarthritic changes in the lower third—basically just starting stages of unkarthosis.
I went in for a neck X-ray because my hands have been tingling... I'm only 22.

Based on this—I'm assuming some of you have actually sat in her exam room before. If you can remember, how much did that consultation run you?
Ugh, honestly, I have zero interest in going to Mayo Clinic—I can't deal with being stared at by a bunch of med students while I'm trying to get things done. Does anyone know a different hospital where I can actually get this taken care of? Somewhere with a doctor who’s actually competent too...
Look, a friend told me that if you just put a condom on that "fake thing"—that's her term for it—and let her do a vaginal exam, it’ll be fine. I can handle a checkup—honestly, I've seen way weirder stuff than that in my life.
Can anyone point me toward hospitals in NYC that do ovarian ultrasounds? Also looking for private OB-GYN clinics and a heads-up on what the costs look like
Look, I’m not really a big meat person—I’d much rather stick to dairy products than deal with all that. I’ve also cut out the sweets and I'm trying to scale back on the bread a bit too And before anyone asks, I'm not on some crazy diet. I just eat normally—just nothing after 7 PM—mostly because my stomach acts up if I do, so I try to keep things light
My bike's busted—so there goes my cycling plans. My dad says he won't get around to fixing it until spring, which feels like a lifetime away... I've just been jogging whenever I can muster the strength. I’m trying to bump up my mileage every week since my cardio is basically non-existent right now, so I have to take it slow. As for food, I stop eating after 7 PM—unless I'm starving, then maybe an apple. I'm not expecting any magic results yet since I'm barely running, but once I actually get into a rhythm, we'll see how it goes. Regarding the bike thing, I was thinking about hitting the gym, but I really wanted to stick to cycling. However, a friend told me while we were out riding that it just made her leg muscles look bulky—so she quit entirely. That's actually why I switched to running instead.
Man, I would give anything to finally get rid of this extra weight on my legs—it’s just sitting there. I actually tried wrapping them in plastic wrap to sweat it out, and let me tell me, I was sweating like crazy. I was wondering if that's even healthy, though, because everyone says more sweat equals more fat burned, right? I mean, who knows if it'll actually work—I've been jogging three times a week for about ten days now, but nothing intense since my cardio is basically nonexistent. Just doing these little 5 or 10-minute intervals to start.
So, I’ve got this kind of ridiculous question—some guy once told me he burned through belly and leg fat incredibly easily just by running, but there was a catch. He wrapped his midsection in plastic wrap—or even a trash bag, apparently—and claims he torched abdominal fat lightning fast. Of course, he was hitting the pavement and doing crunches too. His logic? The more you sweat, the more fat you're burning. Or at least, that’s what he preached. Now I'm wondering—is wrapping yourself in plastic actually healthy, or is it just some useless nonsense?
There's a solid dermatologist over in the Thorn area—specifically at the Kruge Health Center—if you can deal with the bureaucracy. You'll need a referral, obviously, unless you just head down there or give them a call to set something up. If you need the number for Susan Rice, just shoot me a DM.
My brother, my dad, and I all struggled with that rolling R sound growing up—me and my brother were seeing speech therapists since we were little kids just to get it sorted out... Dad still can't quite nail it today, but honestly, it's no big deal.😎 Now, when I meet someone who has that same struggle, I actually find it pretty charming—sometimes I almost wish I hadn't mastered it perfectly myself.😁
My mom bought all that expensive wellness juice and practically forced it down my throat—as if it’d actually change anything. Honestly? Total waste of money. I didn't feel a single damn thing, just the same old me.
It’s always the same story—everyone waits around for someone else to slip up just so they can rub it in their face. They never want to look in the mirror, though... it’s basically just a way to deal with their own insecurities. Pointing fingers at others makes them feel superior, I guess.
