Look at how much of a legend he was; just scroll through his last few posts if you don't believe me. Is that the only reason for the ban, or was there more to it? Only TJ knows for sure. But let’s be real, a model user doesn't write like that. This wasn't just one bad post; anyone who crossed him got served. 🤣

Didn't occur to you that maybe it's because after all these years, some of us actually care about each other?

The board has been dying naturally for years. New posters? Barely any. Moderation just cuts down anyone who steps out of line with the unwritten rules anyway. You can count the quality users on one hand—the ones you can actually joke around with or have a smart conversation with. So yeah, it's a freaking miracle we actually notice and care when one of those few people suddenly stops posting.

Even more important: why on earth do you think you deserve an explanation for why some other user got a permaban, Charles Roberts33? Are you their legal counsel now? Or did you just appoint yourself as some kind of self-styled internal auditor for the forum?

Moderation over here basically boils down to handing out cards, deleting posts, and banning people just because certain individuals decide they own the place. There has to be some baseline level of communication on this forum. Cinque got banned for being straight-up abusive to other users. Writing one decent post doesn't give him a free pass when he acts like that.
