Melbourne City - Melbourne Victory @ 2.30 (SS) (0-3)
We've got the semifinals of the US Cup coming up—single elimination style. It’s being hosted by Hume, a second-division side, who are welcoming the heavyweights from Melbourne: the top-tier defending champs. Since this is basically a once-in-a-lifetime shot for the home team to actually make it to a cup final, I’m expecting them to go all out—total "nothing to lose" energy. Of course, that creates a massive opening for the visitors to capitalize on any mistakes. They actually met recently in a friendly that ended 4-3 for Melbourne (they had another one last year too, which ended 4-1 for Melbourne Victory).
Since anything can happen in cup matches—honestly, anything—I decided to take a swing at half-time/full-time 1/2 @ 35 (PSK).
I'll be jumping on some live overs as well. Kickoff is in about ten minutes.
The thing is, your whole vibe feels like one big, massive troll—and not even a good one—and honestly, it’s not just limited to the NFL thread.
That’s just my take, anyway, coming from someone who actually hangs out and reads this sub. I'm sure the guys over in the soccer section and eventually smod will have their own say about it too.
You’re lucky the mods over there are pretty chill—if they weren't, you would've been slapped with a permanent ban ages ago just for your posting style.

Well, seven of the guys from that match against Bayern Munich—five of whom actually played, and one who even managed to find the back of the net—are currently over in Chile.
So, if you want to see how things stack up, just look here:
12:00 Kashima Antlers-Mito HollyHock f+2 @ 2,15 HL (for the bold ones: 0:2 1 @ 4; for the cautious: 1 @ 1,40) SS (0-0)
We're looking at the Japanese Emperor's Cup (Round 3) here. You've got Kashima—top-tier side, absolutely flying through the second half of their season (looking at a 9-1-2 run)—fighting for that league title. They’re hosting Mito, who, frankly, are having a rough go of it fighting relegation in the Japanese second division. It's safe to say Mito probably has bigger fish to fry in their survival battle than this cup tie. Historically, these two have met 7 times; Kashima has dominated with 6 wins (5 covering the handicap, 3 by a double margin), with just one draw to show for it.
Now, regarding their head-to-head history—we're talking an average of 4.2 goals per match—though I should mention those stats come from a while back, so take them with a grain of salt. A few wild scores stand out: 4:3, 4:3, 6:2, even a 7:2 😁. Even if the past doesn't dictate the future, my gut says we're in for a goalfest today. Kawasaki tends to play high-scoring affairs anyway (averaging nearly 3.5 goals a game), and they aren't shy about seeing 6 or 7 goals fly into the net. Truth be told, the visitors are struggling to find the back of the net lately, but I wouldn't bet against them grabbing at least one. Just for context, the home side sits at the top of the table, while the visitors are currently in the bottom half of the second division.
I might try some live betting too aiming for 4+ in the first half and maybe 6+ total for the match.

Honestly, *The Blacklist*—though I’ve only actually sat through the first season—was just... meh. Not great, not terrible, just kind of there.
It’s just a mountain of stuff we've all seen before—full of those "wait, what?" plot twists that don't actually make sense, and honestly? It's just swimming in clichés. I think I figured out he was her dad back during the second episode—or maybe that was just me overthinking things.
Look, let's not get bogged down in general complaints about moderation here—if you’ve got specific grievances (and I mean actual, concrete issues, not just vague venting), there’s an entire sub-forum dedicated to exactly that:
This space is strictly for technical discussions. As for your question—well, this is pretty much standard practice on basically any forum out there. Once someone is under a ban, they lose posting privileges across the board.
And one more thing. The first two posts you made are complete polar opposites.
You’re calling for the authorities—only to probably argue in your next post that the laws aren't being enforced, or that those very same institutions aren't doing their jobs properly.😵
I honestly don't even know how to label this behavior. Is it provocation? Trolling? Just being clueless? Or just plain nonsense?
Regarding this third post, I'll quote it here:
I wouldn't go so far as to say you guys have actually given us any concrete steps to fix the situation with the Real Madrid board.
Look, if you count all the threads over the years, there have been at least a hundred posts outlining exactly what needs to happen. One obvious step is to hold elections, which they are legally required to do.
Go ahead, read through them, and then maybe come back with actual questions. If everyone who pops up with questions we've already answered a thousand times—or offers "advice" on things we've repeatedly explained we've already handled—were allowed to talk, 🤷 you'd look like nothing more than a standard internet troll.
If we follow Tom’s logic, someone could just wander through the hundreds of thousands of different threads here, insulting people left and right or breaking every other rule in the book, and the only penalty would be getting banned from that specific thread alone 😵
Or—and I might be overthinking this—were you actually referring to an entire subforum when you said "topic"?
I’m not even trying to threaten you—I was just pointing out that you're lucky the mods over there are pretty chill. If they were any stricter, you’d probably be looking at a partial ban by now.
But hey, that's not really my call; I'll just let the other mods and the admin crew weigh in.

neonfox12 said:The law you're bringing up—much like a lot of the legislation we see here in the States—is actually pretty solid on paper. It’s well-structured, which is more than I can say for half the stuff passed in Washington lately. But they just aren't following through. Honestly, how they should do it? I’ve already spent twelve years decoding exactly how Jerry Maguire bleeds the money out of Real Madrid. So, really... It’s been twelve long years—twelve whole years—and still, not a single peep from the legal system. You'd think after over a decade, the rule of law would actually kick in, right? But nope. Total silence. There’s no way they don't know—it's just impossible. I mean, if the street itself knew, how could they possibly be in the dark?
neonfox1287 said:Is it really such a crime to say that all this spitting and hateful rhetoric isn't helping anyone? Honestly, I wouldn't even suggest a course of action if you guys could actually tell me what we're supposed to do to fix this mess with the Real Madrid board. But look, it’s pretty obvious—it seems like the guy has probably bought off everyone who could actually hold him accountable. Not even the Big Four managed to make a dent, let alone any local oversight committees, so what exactly are we supposed to do? Just keep hurling insults at him? That just gives him the satisfaction of knowing he's getting under our skin.
So, what’s the actual game plan here? It’s clearly not about staying positive or cheering for something that used to be called Real Madrid or even the US National Team.
Basically, you’ve been lecturing people who have actually spent years fighting the system—you know, fighting Jerry Maguire—even though you haven't even stepped foot in Yankee Stadium, let alone dealt with the actual grind they go through.
Look, I’ve told you more than a few times now—honestly, probably fifty times by this point—that you’re just circling back to topics we’ve already picked apart and debated to death. But here you go again, refusing to let it go and just piling on one new pile of nonsense after another.
Luckily for you, I’m not a moderator over at ESPN—if I were, you probably would've been banned after your first three posts just for that provocative way you talk. 😉
That’s a pretty nice way of putting it—you've got like five or six old threads about Dinamo, plus that one about the supporters, and even the stuff on the US National Team... so maybe just go back and actually read up a bit before jumping in. Educate yourself. Instead of showing up with those "brilliant" questions—you know, the ones like, "Why is everyone being so negative and spitting on every single thread?"—maybe try something else. 🙂
Sean Brown52 said:Bayern Munich vs. Dinamo Chicago hat trick YES @ 8.00 on Supersport
Look, let's not overthink this—Dinamo has a bit of a history of getting bullied in European competition, and now they’re heading out to face one of the most consistent powerhouses on the planet. If Robert Lewandowski can drop a hat trick against Wolfsburg in just twenty minutes, I don't see why we shouldn't take a shot at the odds that Müller and Lewandowski will absolutely tear through Andreas Pivarić, Leon Benković, and Taravel. Honestly, Dinamo is going to be leaning heavily on Eduard, and if he happens to have an off day—or even just a mediocre one—it really helps this bet play out.
The "issue" is that Lew and Müller might not even start, though that doesn't mean someone like Mario Götze won't step up and grab three goals himself. 😉

Dudikoff and Rick Fox? Okay, now we're talking. That’s got to be a winner. 🙏

Looking at their last five outings—results were 2:3, 3:2, 4:2, 2:1, 2:1—with three instances of halftime/fulltime shifts (twice Loksa, once Istria) 😍 Half/Full Time 2/1 @ 20 (1-2/4-2) (Supersport, that was the line yesterday), won't be long now.
Istria-Loksa Over 2.5 goals + @ 2.1 Supersport (2-1)
13 out of 19 head-to-head matches went over 2.5 goals, and we just saw a massive 6:1 to start this season. Following the usual pattern, let's look at the HT/FT shifts 2/1 and 1/2 (1-1/2-1) (The Lottery hasn't touched these yet, so lines are sitting @ 28 and @ 29, while Supersport is already down to @ 15)
Golden State Warriors (St. Louis Cardinals) - Niigata Albirex (S) over 2.5 @ 1.7 SS (over 3.5 @ 2.7; both teams to score 3+ @ 2.00 PSK)
Just looking at a pure statistical matchup here based on a pretty decent sample size of their head-to-head history. The average number of goals when these two meet is an insane 4 goals—we're talking 156 total goals dropped in just 39 matches. We've seen at least 3 goals in 32 of those meetings (that's 82% of the time). And if you look at games with at least 3 goals where both sides actually found the back of the net, that happened in 26 matches (67%). Even hitting 4 or more goals happened in 24 instances (61%).
So, there's some massive statistical value here—though, obviously, that doesn't mean we won't see some freak 0-0 stalemate that defies all logic for once in history. 🙂 I'll be keeping an eye on the live markets to hunt for more over opportunities.
