For the first time in five years, I accidentally took two Cilest pills today... 🙄
I think it was one this morning (I can't quite remember) and another just now... I only realized my mistake when I saw the "PON" printed on tomorrow's pill 😁

What should I expect?

If you're home, the carrier will stop by, take the payment, and hand you the package.
If you aren't around, they'll just leave a notice... then you go to the local branch, pay, and pick it up there.🙂

I try to force myself to stay still, but then the pain sets in... It starts in my legs and just radiates through my entire body... A heavy sense of pain and total exhaustion...

But if I massage my legs... or even just keep them moving, I feel a bit better... 😍
