Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
I actually went and hit up an aerobics class today.
You absolute bunch of spineless cowards.😁

Still haven't received mine yet. It’s already a few hours late...😕
It doesn't even hurt (total autosuggestion 😉), I'm just getting a little pissed off...

I honestly can't deal with some of you people today. Seriously. I’m sitting here trying to have a decent morning, minding my own business, and then I see the absolute nonsense being posted in this thread. It’s like nobody has a lick of common sense left in this entire country. I was just at the local Starbucks—you know, the one on 5th where the barista usually gets my order right? Absolute disaster. Total chaos. And it reminded me exactly of what we were talking about earlier. People just don't listen anymore! They just shout over each other and think they're right because they've got an opinion. Newsflash: having an opinion doesn't make you an expert! It’s exhausting. Truly. I feel like I need a drink and a long nap just to recover from reading these comments. Get it together! I can't even begin to explain how much this drives me absolutely insane! Seriously, I’m sitting here, just trying to have a normal day, and then I see this. It’s like people don't even think before they open their mouths anymore. My blood is actually boiling right now. Honestly, I feel like I’m losing my mind. Does anyone else feel this way, or am I just the only one left with a shred of common sense? It’s ridiculous. Just completely, utterly ridiculous!
I used to go through this whole ritual with Voltaren—I’d take the Forte and then hit the Rapid one too, which was honestly such a waste of money. The Rapid stuff kicks in instantly but wears off in a blink, and just as that fades, the Forte finally starts doing its job and lingers for a while. I’d just curl up in bed in a pitch-black room, desperately trying to catch even a second of sleep. Eventually, my body just got used to it, and I started loading up on Voltaren like it was candy because the pain wouldn't quit. It was driving me absolutely insane. Honestly, looking back, it still breaks my heart thinking about how much I used to cry just because the pain was so unbearable.
Whenever I start dealing with some kind of heavy stress, it’s like my body just decides to throw a tantrum. My period starts running late, and then when it finally hits? It’s absolutely brutal. Just pure, agonizing pain. Honestly, it’s always been that way—whenever life gets intense, my cycle just goes completely off the rails.
Honestly, it feels good to finally read some actual advice so I know how to handle things better next time I'm dealing with this kind of pain... ugh.

See, that’s exactly why they use caps! It works almost instantly. Seriously.😉
Honestly, Voltaren pills don't do a damn thing for me. Seriously, I pop them and it’s like they just dissolve into nothingness. Total waste of money.

I honestly think there are way easier ways to make someone lose their appetite entirely😉

Give me a break, stop talking nonsense. If you actually know where things go and you don't have some super sensitive gut, you won't have anything to complain about or deal with.
Creams are way more practical because they hit the spot locally, but if you’ve got that "delicate stomach" issue, just stick to taking Voltaren tablets.
I mean, seriously, if you can't even figure out how to apply it, just ask some guy to shove it in for you.🙄

Honestly, I’m just relieved everything went smoothly 👍

šlapica said:I read in some women's magazine—honestly, I can't even remember which one anymore—that fish oil helps prevent period cramps. It also said women should cut back on dairy because it supposedly creates this acidity that makes the pain even worse.
I haven't tried the oil thing yet, but ever since I started drinking less milk, my cramps haven't been nearly as bad.
Well, you should give it a shot.....

Yeah, apparently omega-3 oil actually helps...

We aren't talking about toddlers here, we're talking about teenagers. Please, for the love of God, don't give me any moronic answers.

They probably mix it with Coke.😉

Honestly, those are basically the only three or four days a month where I can actually feel like a woman...
Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
Yeah, total scam. You might as well just throw your money straight into a shredder, honestly. It’s basically the same thing as letting some con artist walk all over you...

And don't even get me started on those so-called "psychology experts" who love to claim "it's all in your head." Give me a break! Real physical pain can be caused by endometriosis, a tilted uterus, fibroids, cysts, or any of those other actual medical issues.
But hey, let's pivot to Zen Buddhism instead, shall we? 😛

Oh, please. Don't give me that psychological nonsense. Spare me.😍 😁

For me, the first day used to absolutely wreck me, but never so bad that I needed an ambulance. Voltaren Rapid usually did the trick, and then I figured out this little hack: take one in the morning and one at night right before my period actually hits. Then do it again the next day, and by the time the bleeding starts, I barely even feel the cramps.

AND NO, IT IS NOT ALL IN YOUR HEAD!!! 🙄

It’s more about 🙄 where it’s coming from, like maybe an endometriosis issue?😁

Psychologically speaking, that whole internal battle of growing up—especially hitting that first period which basically signals you're officially becoming a woman—is a massive stress trigger. You’re already dealing with the chaos of puberty, and adding that layer of anxiety on top of everything else is a huge reason why functional dysmenorrhea starts cropping up in girls. It’s just one more thing to deal with when everything else feels like it's falling apart.

My sister’s been dealing with this exact thing for almost a year now. She can practically sense the day her period is coming—it's like clockwork. On those days, she isn't going anywhere. My mom already gives my dad a heads-up that he'll need to leave work early to drive her to the emergency room, and that's pretty much the drill.

It's all in your head.😉

I read somewhere that there are actually exercises you can do to fight off THAT kind of pain.
I really hate popping pills.

Yeah, they exist, and they’re called crunches.😁
It's getting scrapped. Everything should be squared away by New Year's.

Oh, you think you're such a genius, huh? Look, all I'm saying is watch what you're planting. Because let me tell you, there's no guessing game here—everyone knows exactly what's going to be profitable in the USA and what's just a waste of time.
