There is a massive difference between how you handle an assistant coach versus how you manage your two subs and the bench players.

Did your mom hire Mamić to run things for you?

Dammit, we just can't get it done, and honestly, we haven't been able to compete with those European teams lately either...

Come on, Lino, let's see if you can actually make it from the local high school track all the way to the Olympics...

Anyone heard anything new about Ivan Cupic?

Here's yet another excuse for Lini to stay on the sidelines for the next four years. God, this "indispensable" mentality we have is absolutely infuriating...

Honestly, part of me just wishes LeBron James wasn't even on the roster, if only so I wouldn't have to hear people constantly screaming, "Give it to LeBron! Give it to LeBron!" We have zero creativity coming from the wings. It feels like we only get one or two lucky breaks per half where the ball actually finds its way to the left or right side. Everything is being funneled through the middle via LeBron, Metličić, and Laco. I seriously don't get why Lino keeps forcing everything through him. It’s like his entire coaching playbook consists solely of swapping players or toggling between a 5-1, 6-0, or 3-2-1 defense. That’s about it. Aside from standing by the sideline looking stressed or throwing his hands up in frustration, that's his whole game. On offense? He's a total zero. I can't wrap my head around how we can have two wing players like ours and still only scrape together a handful of goals per game.

Amy Morgan34 said:The stuff about drinking water is the absolute truth!

I read this article a while back and started chugging a glass of water first thing every morning. I suffer from these brutal migraines, but since I started doing that, the pain isn't nearly as intense anymore!
And if you’re dealing with digestion issues, my advice is to eat an apple about half an hour before a meal. After a little while, the problem usually clears up—assuming your situation isn't some major medical emergency, obviously.🙂

Fruit, fruit, and more damn fruit.👍

Before this, I was struggling just to stay awake for an extra hour after getting up. I felt like a zombie. But after starting this routine? I’m like a lightning bolt in the morning. Man, what a wake-up call...

A relative of mine actually told me he cleared up his gastritis and high blood pressure using this exact method, so there’s definitely something to it.

Look, I don't know anything about gastritis, but I totally kicked my stomach acid problem to the curb. All I did was stop drinking—and by drinking, I mean water—for two hours after eating, and then make sure I knocked back at least 20 ounces of water first thing in the morning...
So, what, you're basically a traveling salesman for some massive corporation?

Got this in my inbox about a month ago. Since I started doing this, I honestly can't remember the last time I dealt with heartburn. Seriously,

DRINK WATER ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

In Japan, there’s a common habit of drinking water right after you wake up. Scientific studies have actually backed up the perks of this technique. Water therapy works for everything from "old school" chronic issues to "modern" ailments—it's recognized as 100% effective for treating things like:

headaches, body aches, heart issues, arthritis, rapid heartbeat, epilepsy, high cholesterol, bronchitis, asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urinary tract diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, uterine diseases, cancer and menstrual disorders, and ear, throat, or nasal issues.

THE TREATMENT METHOD

1. As soon as you roll out of bed, before you even brush your teeth, drink 4 x 160 ml (640ml) glasses of water.

2. Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth, then don't eat or drink anything else for the next 45 minutes.

3. After those 45 minutes are up, you can eat and drink normally.

4. Once you finish eating (depending on how long your breakfast, lunch, or dinner took), don't eat or drink anything else for the next 2 hours.

5. For seniors or people who are already sick and can't chug 4 glasses of water right away (until they get used to it), start by drinking as much as you can at once, then gradually increase the amount every day until you hit that 4-glass mark.

6. This method will heal the sick, and the healthy will just feel even better.

HOW MANY DAYS IT TAKES TO TREAT THESE CONDITIONS:

1. High blood pressure - 30 days

2. Gastritis - 10 days

3. Diabetes - 30 days

4. Constipation - 10 days

5. Cancer - 180 days

6. TB - 90 days

7. For those with arthritis, follow this method only 3 days during the first week, then switch to daily from the second week onward.

There are zero side effects to this, other than the fact that you'll be hitting the bathroom more often.

It would be smart to make this a lifelong habit rather than just something you do when you're sick. Drink your water and stay active.

It makes sense. Chinese people and Japanese people drink hot tea during meals instead of ice water. Maybe it’s time we picked up their habits and sipped small amounts of warm liquid while we eat.

This article is a must-read for anyone who habitually drinks cold water.

Sure, grabbing a cold drink after a meal feels good, but ice-cold water solidifies the fats you just ate—basically slowing down your digestion. When those solidified fats hit stomach acid, they break down and the intestines absorb them much faster than solid food. This wreaks havoc on your intestinal lining (damaging the villi) and quickly leads to obesity and eventually cancer. That's why sipping warm soup or warm water after a meal is the way to go.

A vital note regarding heart attacks: you need to realize that the symptoms aren't always just pain in the left arm. Watch out for intense jaw pain. Nausea and heavy sweating are also common red flags. About 60% of people who suffer a heart attack in their sleep never wake up. Jaw pain can actually jar you awake from a deep sleep. Pay attention and stay alert. The more we know, the better our chances of surviving.

GOOD LUCK👋 🙂

I wasn't a fan. I can't stand it when they take one decent movie and stretch it out into a seven or eight-part franchise just to milk it for cash.
Noah Torres8 said:Looking back at what happened at Camp Nou during that penultimate round of La Liga, I find it impossible not to feel a sense of justice regarding the missed opportunity. It was one of those freak occurrences—the kind of misfortune that rarely happens by pure chance—that swung the results of two different matches in the final minute, effectively snatching the title right out from under Barcelona's nose.

Now, the club in Catalonia has decided to resort to the desperate tactics of a cornered animal. Real Madrid is set to host Mallorca this Saturday, and for the Madrid side, a simple victory secures them the championship trophy.

Consequently, according to certain American news outlets reporting on the situation, officials in Barcelona have allegedly decided to "incentivize" the Mallorca players with a 600,000 dollar bonus if they pull off an upset. This initial sum is reportedly just the starting point, with the stakes expected to climb significantly by the time kickoff arrives this weekend.

The reports suggest that Barcelona employed this same shady strategy during the matchups involving Real Madrid against Zaragoza. Back then, every player on the Zaragoza roster supposedly received a 50,000 dollar incentive, yet Barcelona still managed to stumble against Espanyol.

They might as well just send Alojz Šupraha out there to referee the game and wave off a winning goal in the 90th minute!!!!!!!!!!
Is a major brand's sparkling water toxic?! in Health ·
I remember once opening a bottle of water I grabbed from the grocery store just to mix some formula for my son's nighttime feeding. He was still just a tiny infant back then, but get this—instead of water, the thing was filled with straight spirits, and it was even factory-sealed with the plastic wrap intact over the cap
REST IN PEACE!!!

How can I get Zithromax? in Health ·
George Fox3 said:Hi everyone.

My girlfriend has been stuck in bed for over five days now with a high fever of 100.4, feeling completely wiped out, and dealing with a nasty cough.

I went through the exact same thing just two weeks ago. I saw my primary care physician, he listened to my lungs, and handed me a prescription for Zithromax. Within two days, I was back on my feet.

But things are going differently for her. We went to see her doctor—who, if you can believe it, is incredibly rude and short-tempered—and she basically told us to head straight to the infectious disease clinic without even performing an exam. It drove me crazy! I really don't want to drag her to some specialized clinic when I know from experience that Zithromax would have cleared this right up.

So, my question is: how can I get some Zithromax since her doctor didn't actually write a prescription? She basically did nothing for us.

It’s hard watching my girl suffer like this. We’ve already tried lowering her fever with Advil, then Votarena, and now she's taking ibuprofen. Nothing seems to be working, and I just know that... Zithromax would solve everything in a couple of days.😠

Thanks in advance for any help.

Look, just take her by the hand and head straight to the local county health department or a clinic to get a throat swab. It shouldn't take more than a day or two to get results, and then you'll actually know if she needs antibiotics or not. If you ask me, the doctor did exactly what she was supposed to do...

Jeremy Phillips54 said:Yeah, if the Americans actually pull their weight, here’s how our side looks:

The reigning world runners-up and Olympic gold medalists (us) taking on the European champions (the French)

The current World Champions (the Spaniards) facing off against the Olympic runners-up (the Germans)

I don't even want to start listing the other second titles. Out of those four heavy hitters, three of them are going to be out before we even hit the finals.

On the flip side, you've got 😬 the Americans grabbing bronze at the Euros and some totally unrecognizable Russians. We could have easily sat back and enjoyed today's 😬
