Boss, just strike my name from the minutes—there’s zero chance I’ll get anything written down in time. Even if there isn't a massive rush (though perhaps there will be) for the opening, someone else should probably take over my group and actually contribute more than just a basic table and a list of ingredients.

+1 We talk about violence against women—fine—but when actual violence occurs, we don't even have punishments for the perpetrators here. Does this Convention possess some sort of supernatural power to magically stop it from happening?
Everyone is up in arms, acting as if this is some monumental issue...
I see some countries haven't even signed on. They clearly have their own ways of doing things—they don't just jump like servants at every command from Europe. In our case, we let outsiders dictate and regulate our laws anyway; we've basically become the world's number one servants.
2001: A Space Odyssey(1968) - The Shawshank Redemption(1994) - both are overrated—though I suppose I prefer the latter.
The Godfather(1972) - One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest(1975) - there's no debate here; The Godfather is number one. ☕ One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is superior to the previous two.
The quarterfinals—finally. Is anyone actually prepared for this? The Big Lebowski (1998) vs. —? Is there even a contest here? The Godfather (1972). Is there any debate left to be had? — I think not. 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) vs. —? Schindler's List (1993). Is there any point in debating its impact? Not really. Goodfellas (1990) — a masterpiece of crime cinema? Or just another loud, fast-paced look at the mob life? Does Scorsese truly capture the essence of the lifestyle, or does he simply romanticize the chaos? One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) vs. the alternative—is there even a comparison to be made? Or are we simply wasting our breath? The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) versus... what? You can't just leave a comparison hanging like that—is this some kind of test? The Shawshank Redemption (1994). Is there anything left to say?
ROUND 3: 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) vs The Matrix (1999) The Deer Hunter (1978) vs The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) Schindler's List (1993) vs Unforgiven (1992) The Shawshank Redemption (1994) vs The Usual Suspects (1995)

It remains the gold standard—nothing else comes close. 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) vs. ...? The Empire Strikes Back (1980) — a masterpiece? Perhaps. But does it truly hold its own against the sheer spectacle of the original? One wonders. Apocalypse Now Is it even a contest? Forrest Gump vs. everything else—it’s hardly a fair fight. Trainspotting (1996) vs. ??? The Usual Suspects (1995)—is there any film that handles deception quite like this one? A masterclass in narrative misdirection—truly.
The Shawshank Redemption (1994) versus... what? Are we actually going to sit here and debate this—as if the answer isn't already obvious? Terminator 2: Judgment Day — an essential piece of cinema? Perhaps. It’s relentless—driven by a singular, brutal momentum. Does anyone actually believe action can be this polished without losing its soul? Léon: The Professional (1994) Vertigo (1958) vs. everything else? Is there even a contest? The Silence of the Lambs (1991). Is there anything more chilling? Perhaps not. Taxi Driver (1976) vs. [Target Film]—is there even a comparison to be made? Or are we simply wasting our breath? Goodfellas (1990)—a masterclass in crime cinema? Or just another flashy look at the mob life? One wonders if anyone truly appreciates the pacing. Se7en vs. Battle of the Blockbusters? Is there even a comparison to be made—really?
The Big Lebowski (1998) versus... what? Is there even a point in comparing them? Chinatown (1974) — a masterclass in noir? Perhaps. It remains a bleak, calculated study of corruption—one that refuses to offer easy answers. Is anyone actually capable of navigating its cynicism? Braveheart (1995) — an ambitious spectacle, perhaps? But does raw emotion always equate to historical accuracy? Not necessarily. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) vs. everything else—how can one even begin to measure such a thing? A showdown against Once Upon a Time in America—is there even a point in comparing them? It’s a different league entirely. Blade Runner (1982) vs... what? Is there even a point in comparing them—if one can even call it that? The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966). Is there truly anything more definitive? Perhaps not.
The Godfather: Part II (1974) — a masterpiece? Or just an exercise in excessive runtime? It remains one of those rare cinematic achievements that demands respect, regardless of how much one might chafe at its pacing. Is there anything more profound than watching a dynasty crumble under the weight of its own ambition? Perhaps not. Unforgiven vs. Battle of the Blockbusters? Is there even a contest—or am I just wasting my breath? The Dark Knight vs. ? — Is there even a debate to be had? Or are we just wasting time? Psycho (1960). A masterpiece of tension—or is it merely calculated suspense? One has to wonder if Hitchcock’s precision still holds weight today. Scarface (1983) A showdown against Schindler's List? Is anyone actually serious about this comparison—or are we just looking for an argument? The Matrix—is it truly just another sci-fi flick? Or does it actually hold up under scrutiny? Perhaps. The Shining vs. The Dark Knight? A ridiculous comparison—really. Is one even in the same league?
