Here's the deal: admins don't just strip partial bans. It’s entirely up to the specific moderator handling that PDF, and most of them can't be bothered to remember some random user, let alone want them cluttering up their subforum. It's not like you can just get it lifted easily. Larry Walker24 (hey 🙂) actually asked to have his partial ban dropped for a few days just so he could post about the Eurovision Song Contest, but the guy wouldn't budge. 😵
rustydrifter10 doesn't get too involved in this stuff, though I bet she doesn't agree with some of those partial bans either.
