I honestly wouldn't be surprised if David Fincher went with black and white just because he ran out of actual ideas.

Premier League - Liverpool FC. It feels like Pep Guardiola has completely lost the plot here; he’ll probably be out the door by the end of the season.
La Liga - Real Madrid. I mean, FC Barcelona still has a shot, but let’s be honest, Real Madrid is just the better side right now.

As for the rest of the big five leagues, I think we already know who’s taking the trophy home.

UEFA Champions League - It’s going to be either Liverpool FC or Bayern Munich.

Soul is this upcoming 2020 animated fantasy comedy from Pixar, which is going to be put out by Walt Disney Pictures. It’s based on a concept from Pete Docter—who, if you think about it, is kind of a legend at this point—and he’s directing alongside Kemp Powers. They’ve got a massive cast too, with voices like Jamie Foxx, Tina Fey, Questlove, Phylicia Rashad, and Daveed Diggs.

The whole thing follows this musician who's basically hit a wall and lost his spark for music, then suddenly finds himself out of his own body. He has to figure out how to get back, and he ends up getting some help from this little newborn soul who's just trying to figure out who she is.

So, this is Pete Docter's new project, coming five years after that huge hit *Inside Out*. When you consider he also directed *Up* and *Monsters, Inc.*, and helped write *Toy Story* 1 and 2, plus *WALL-E*... I mean, what can you even say? What are the expectations here?

It makes sense that an average person would feel more connected to someone they’ve watched on screen for years, and that loss might hit them harder than something else. I'm not saying it's right, but it's completely understandable.

Honestly, these American awards ceremonies are just absurd. I’ve been sitting here reading through the winners for every single category, and it just keeps getting more and more ridiculous by the minute.

The acting was solid, and honestly, that’s about all you can say. Everything else felt pretty underwhelming. It wasn't quite as much of a disaster as his last Lanthimos film, but still, it just didn't land for me.

If this actually turns out to be watchable, we might just have a massive hit on our hands.

It looks like Blitz doesn't have the rights to this one, so you won't see it at AMC Theatres. It’s supposed to show up at Regal Cinemas on March 8th, if I recall correctly—maybe that's the same day it hits Europa Cinema too.

I'm pretty exhausted, but honestly, just watching movies isn't the same thing as true cinematography.

Those two, plus Finding Nemo. I mean, Finding Nemo doesn't quite hit that same level of intensity you get from those other two, or even with Coco, but man, it’s still such a heavy, powerful film.

Yeah, I mean, Coco is just really, really good. If I had to rank them, I’d honestly put it ahead of Up, Toy Story 1, and even WALL-E.
