Moulin Rouge! by Baz Luhrmann in Movies ·
I’m honestly only checking this out for Hugh. When he’s involved, I don't even care if the movie is in German... 😳
Fashion for curvy girls in Fashion ·
Finally some good news—Marina Rinaldi, the Max Mara line made specifically for curvy, plus-size, and tall women 👍
is opening up in a few days over on Prague Street. 😉

I only decided to post this here because I am genuinely struggling to wrap my head around certain things. I wanted to ask if anyone knows if it’s actually possible for things to have deteriorated this much after all these years, or how it could be that she still has half an ovary left if she was dealing with such an aggressive form of cancer. And honestly, how can she possibly know when her period is coming if she only has half an ovary remaining?

Everyone on here is gonna give you their two cents, but honestly? Only a doctor can give you a real, sensible answer based on her actual medical history and what's happening right now.

The way you described the situation sounds pretty sketchy to me—kind of hard to swallow—but I'm not gonna sit here and judge someone's medical drama based on just a vibe...
Roger Palmer2 said:It feels like nobody here wants to deal with this, which honestly frustrates me because there is such intense tension between her and me right now. We haven't spoken since my last shift because she decided she wasn't going to work, and then she started taking it out on me, claiming it was my fault because I didn't log when she was going to be out—as if I’m supposed to just magically know that. When I told her straight up that it was her responsibility to report that, not mine, she claimed she felt hurt by my bluntness. She got offended, acting as if I could never say something like that to someone. Look, I certainly don't wish anyone ill, and God forbid I ever feel that way toward someone, but even if there were an issue, she shouldn't use that as an excuse to dodge her responsibilities; if you aren't fit to work, you should just stay home. Everything is moving at a snail's pace because of her; tasks that should take one click are taking forever. I genuinely feel bad that I might end up losing the trust of people who are actually decent just because I can't rely on her.

Man, someone's gotta step up and deal with this eventually. 😉
Set up some mandatory, deep-dive evaluations for everyone—let's see who actually knows their stuff and who's just faking it... ☕

I was blown away. She’s such an incredible diagnostician, super patient, and most importantly, she really knows her stuff. She used to work over at Mount Sinai and St. Jude’s. She actually saved my mom's life when it mattered most, and she cleared up all my own issues too.

🙂 I've had a great experience with her too. I actually met Dr. Matijević at her clinic—pretty sure it's located over on Hebrang Ave...

Dana Ramirez3 said:ps. just don't go pushing Dr. Konrad Nižetić—that guy can get seriously blunt (or "honest," if you want to be nice) when you hit him with the real questions!

Man, he has zero clue... didn't answer a single one of my questions, let alone actually fix anything. He basically compared recurrent infections to getting a sore throat from using a dirty spoon. So here I am—after all those amazing OB-GYNs—scouring forums hoping to find some actual gold...
Please, don't feel like you have to dump a ton of advice on me🙂
Honestly, I'm just looking for someone young and, more importantly, actually skilled... so I never have to go through this hunt again. At this rate, I'll find the Holy Grail before I find a decent OB-GYN—and finding a good one twice in one lifetime? Unlikely. 🙂
Some extra info would be great regarding Dr. Šebo, Egzet, Wahid, Shadid, and
gynecology at the Borovje health center.
Men aren't out of the question, but I think I've ruled out private clinics because they're just as bad—maybe worse—and they charge an absolute fortune for it!

Hey,

I've been through the wringer with gynecologists (surgery, two births, endless checkups, etc.), so I figure I know what I'm talking about: doctors are just people too—they have bad days and weird ways of talking to you.
Every single one of them will be "okay" to some, "amazing" to others, and a complete joke to someone else. It really just depends on what you're looking for. For me, I just want expertise and basic decency—and if the doctor happens to be a warm person where you don't have to fight to hear things about your own health? Well, that's a win! From my experience, Dr. Ratko Matijević over at St. Jude’s is exactly that kind of doctor. Though, I should mention Dr. Mario Ćurić at the University Clinic is perfectly fine too.🙂
