Does anyone happen to know if you need to make an appointment for blood work at the Vineyard Health Center (specifically the endocrinology lab) given how things are right now? Usually, I just show up super early and wait my turn, but since things aren't exactly "business as usual" lately, I figured it’s probably better to check ahead of time before making the trip...

Does anyone know where the best spot in NYC is to book a dermatologist for a mole checkup? Also, does anyone have a rough idea of how long the waitlist usually is...
Does anyone happen to know where in NYC I can go for an ophthalmology exam before the six-month mark?

Does the Private Medical Practice, which is part of the Community Health Center, have a contract with Medicare? I went by to book an appointment, but they weren't open, and there wasn't even a sign on the door saying anything...

Does anyone know where I can book an appointment with an ophthalmologist in NYC during the afternoon hours? Ideally looking for somewhere covered by Medicare...
To be more specific, it was 7-24 😁

So, what exactly does "value-based per-rate package" mean? I ended up paying about $2.00 + the regular shipping fee
... I'm still trying to wrap my head around all these weird terms!
Until what time are we talking?
Can I send Branimir's shipment as a package and have it go out on a Sunday? I know the "front" part of the facility operates 24/7, but I was really wondering about that specific side entrance where they handle all the pickups and outgoing packages

Depending on whether you're using an Android device or something else, that might be a physical button on your phone or just a little icon somewhere on the screen—I'm not entirely sure how they handle things on iPhones, to be honest—but once you tap it, a menu will pop up, and from there, you can simply select "Transaction History."

Thanks! I was honestly so confused because everything used to be perfectly organized on my old phone—my balance, all my transactions, everything... but I guess it's all good now!

The date is exclusively for when you're sending money to an individual; for everything else, you absolutely must include the correct model and reference number, otherwise, you're just asking for a massive headache because the payment won't be credited to the right account.

Well, I was trying to send money to an individual—actually, I was just transferring funds to myself between two different accounts—and it wouldn't let me enter a date at all! I haven't tried it again since, but it's so weird... I've never had any issues before...🤷

Quick question or two! 😬

1. What am I supposed to put in the "call number" field on my banking app? Up until now, I’ve just been typing in the date, but it keeps telling me I’m doing it wrong...

2. Is there a reason why I can't see my actual transaction history on my phone? All I can see is the total balance and some other random details that aren't really helpful... 😢
I can't tell if this is some new update or if it's just my new phone acting up, though I really don't think it should be the phone's fault, right?

Hey everyone! I’m on the hunt for some solid gynecologist recommendations (preferably a woman😁) here in Washington, D.C. If you know of any great doctors covered by Medicare who are actually taking new patients, please let me know! And honestly, if you have any amazing private practitioners, I'm all ears too... I'm really just looking for someone approachable and kind—someone where, if they're in private practice, their main goal isn't just to squeeze every last cent out of my wallet
.
Also, while I'm at it, does anyone have leads on a good dermatologist? Gender doesn't matter at all, but I'm sticking to those same criteria😬... just someone trustworthy and fair
. Feel free to drop names here or just shoot me a DM😉
So, I finally heard back from St. Jude, and they told me there’s no way to pre-order anything... they basically said I can just swing by any day whenever I want between 7 and 9 AM! 👍
Hey everyone! Does anyone know where I can get my thyroid levels checked without waiting forever? I have an appointment scheduled at the Vineyard hospital for August, but last time I went through them, I ended up stuck in the waiting room for two or three weeks... 😢
Quick question!

If I'm trying to book my very first appointment with a specialist, is it going to be an issue if my referral says "Follow-up visit" instead of something else, like "Specialist consultation"?

I can't seem to edit my previous post anymore, which is a bummer! Anyway, does anyone know if Dr. Bojanić is still seeing patients privately?

Does anyone have recommendations for a solid orthopedist in NYC?
I was thinking maybe someone who takes Medicare, but honestly, at this point, I don't even care if I have to go private... I just really need someone who actually knows their stuff and won't waste my time!
Does anyone have a rough idea of how long the waitlist is for a knee MRI around the Chicago area right now? And honestly, where can I find the fastest turnaround? I’m already bracing myself for the possibility of paying out of pocket for a private appointment, but I really want to exhaust all my options through insurance first...
Edward James71 said:I don't know exactly where you're located, but if you're hanging around Savannah, Des Moines, some small town, USA, or Madison, you're looking at a 4 to 8-month wait. Since those doctors are still basically on strike, they aren't taking new orders, or if they do, you won't be seen until the second half of next year...

Honestly, your best bet is just heading over to Quest Diagnostics. You can usually get an appointment within a few days! The only real catch is that you have to shell out about $183 because they won't accept your Medicare paperwork!!!

I'm from the city, I forgot to mention

it’s actually pretty terrible—waiting a whole year just for one single test😢
so it really shouldn't come as a surprise that all the private clinics, like Quest Diagnostics, Sun, and the rest, are always absolutely packed...
Does anyone happen to know what the typical wait time is for a color Doppler scan lately? Also, does anyone know which hospitals in the area actually perform them?
