Complaint about Uranium's moderation of Religion in Feedback & Suggestions ·
I am in complete agreement with Paul Wood. feralpilot0 is incredibly conscientious—perhaps even too much so—and would never allow anyone to come to harm. 🙂
rowdyhawk10 said:As long as you remain this impolite, you will continue—just as before—to be denied any dialogue with me. Regards.

Nothing said here was impolite; you simply presented arguments. You closed the thread without any justification or valid reason.

I have reviewed the history and found perhaps two or three posts (and none from Joshua Brown7) that could even remotely be characterized as blog posts. Even those weren't intended to be blogs, but rather seemed more like unreflective thoughts. Therefore, I fully support Radet's view that the topic was shut down unfairly.

Best, Nick!
rowdyhawk10 said:I provided a clear explanation here regarding why the thread was closed:

To reiterate once more: No one on this forum bothers me, nor does any specific ideology. I would have taken the exact same action regardless of which ideology was being discussed, which is precisely what I have done in the past by preventing blogging. To repeat my previous point: These insinuations about my faith and my alleged "frustrations" are nonsense. They do not affect me in the slightest. In fact, I find myself returning the accusation; it is actually those individuals who harbor hatred and intolerance—not me. My sole intention is to uphold the forum rules. As a moderator, I strive to be impartial and ensure that no one considers themselves above the law—that is, above the rules. Yet, the agitators here seem to want exactly that: special privileges, and naturally, they want those privileges for themselves.

The aggressive, disrespectful violation of forum rules, the attempt to stifle the spirit of the community through blogging, and the subsequent "group outcry" have never appealed to me. Therefore, nothing will change here. Simply put, there will be no blogging. Everyone should get used to that reality.

Regards to all.

You are truly ridiculous.

Words without substance are meaningless. And yours are nothing more than plain demagoguery.
Brenda Cook4 said:Hey, I wouldn't look at it that way—for Shady to make a call like this, the rest of the mods have to agree too. We just gained two new Christian mods, which was requested, and I believe they were all in agreement on that. Or am I mistaken?🤷

My own experience with rowdyhawk10 suggests quite the opposite. Pache, it’s actually Shady who will be the first among the moderators to react to insults, and he'll do it regardless of whether they are "his people" or others. I think you are gravely mistaken about rowdyhawk10. No, I don't think... I know.

Mods, please, open a thread and set things up properly, because this topic truly belongs here.

Did Radet deal with similar issues with rowdyhawk10 before, simply because he said something rowdyhawk10 didn't like? Was there an attempt to issue a permanent ban against him or not? And why were those two new Christian mods brought on (let's not even ask whose fault that was, we all know)? Do you remember that whole episode? Please, bluebird, don't.
Kenneth Ortiz97 said:Why are you complaining when you're back here anyway??
If it were up to me, I would have banned you permanently. That post above of yours just spreads nothing but hatred between nations.
It seems quite obvious to me.
But look, they are letting you stay. You should at least show a little gratitude.

Which specific post am I spreading hatred between nations with?

It appears you possess an incredible amount of knowledge regarding the moderators, despite having written only 23 posts on this entire forum, doesn't it? Bravo. You seem remarkably well-informed about the people here.
Steven Clark2 said:I believe you have a point there, however—that thread does not resemble the kind of "monologue" or one-sided conversation you describe. 🤷 I have reviewed it, and it truly does not. Particularly the final page:

An unruly individual discusses a prophecy from a certain Christian.

Solomon offers congratulations on the Transfiguration to all Christians.

Aruena poses a single question (regarding the legacy of Patriarch Paul).

Solomon provides a brief response.

You pose several questions.

Aries asks one question.

Radet responds to Aruena. Then, in the following post, he responds to you.

Solomon answers Aries.

Aries asks Solomon a question again.

Radet replies to Aries.

Aries makes an observation, noting a desire to hear from Solomon instead.

Radet mentions that Solomon will likely respond similarly to him, but he acknowledges Aries' observation.

Solomon affirmatively acknowledges Radet's remark and responds to Aries.

DervisMAsikan asks something that even I find unclear.

Radet provides an answer.

Solomon states that he also finds DervisMAsikan's question confusing.

Radet shares a link to the Bible in an older English dialect from the 16th or 17th century.

Radet briefly explains which holiday is being discussed "tomorrow" (though technically it is today, given his post was yesterday).

Eminem interjects with an "explanation."

I am genuinely curious about which long posts or blogs are being referred to, at least on this specific page, seeing as the moderator dropped in like a paratrooper, and such conduct feels quite unfair.

Well done, no Nick, you are truly a man of integrity! 👍👍 👍
I arrived at the same conclusion while reading, and the matter regarding the thread being closed is of a much simpler nature.
Furthermore, Eminem has been quite harsh toward Radet in the past, an issue for which he never saw fit to apologize. Now, he attacks him once again. It feels like a low blow, suggesting, ''if you want to read about certain beliefs, go to this or that website.'' Radet never told anyone, ''if you want to read about Islam, then go to that specific site.'' It is simply dishonest. Any regular forum member could feel threatened by this behavior.
Kenneth Ortiz97 said:It isn't just harsh; it’s extreme.
If everyone reacted this way, we wouldn't be facing the threat of renewed conflict in the North America—in fact, this kind of reaction is exactly what caused it.
As for the topic itself, it’s purely a blogger's niche and doesn't warrant any debate since there's nothing to argue about.
However, the banning happened quite suddenly, which is certainly up for discussion, and I don't understand the complaints.
On any other forum, he would have been permanently banned.

Oh, how I enjoy it when people with maybe twenty-three posts on this board show up to defend Eminem. What do you all make of such individuals? A question for Hercule Poirot or perhaps Sherlock Holmes.
Steven Clark2 said:Whatever.

Noah King2 - Uranija and Eminem warned about this, though I believe the conversation shifted elsewhere after that. A few consecutive posts—they aren't inherently problematic, since people do this in many other threads without issue, and no one has shut down topics like that before. However, what we have here is of a different nature. 🙂

I am speaking up regarding this and similar issues here for the second time now. There is a certain harshness being directed toward those who Eminem finds objectionable from a religious standpoint. I had previously thought he was a tolerant man; however, I have almost entirely lost that opinion of him.
Ethan Barrett88 said:You misunderstood. She suggested I didn't even know what a monologue was, so I provided an explanationa from the dictionary. A monologue is a much broader concept than just being boring. As for the subject matter being dull, I didn't personally say that; rather, Musk interpreted it that way. Personally, I find the topic quite interesting, but those blog-style posts don't belong there... they remind me of how users used to preach to one another on old forums within threads that were already closed.

Fair enough, my friend. 👍👍

Fine, I agree with your perspective. However, as Radet mentioned in the opening post, if certain entries—what you call "blog posts"—were indeed present, then the moderators should have deleted them promptly or signaled that such posts were no longer permitted. Instead of waiting until several pages had passed (this thread has been open for quite some time; I've been reading it periodically, and it's certainly been up for at least a month), the moderator suddenly appears to declare, "This topic is full of blog posts; it's a blog, so I'm locking it!" No. You, as a moderator, should have warned the users contributing there in real-time when inappropriate posts appeared. That would have prevented the thread from devolving into "blogging" in the first place (though, personally, I don't see any such posts here). That is what a moderator should have done, rather than simply shutting the whole thing down later. What kind of management is that, really? People put effort into their writing; they worked hard to maintain a high standard, only to have someone lock the thread out of nowhere. This could happen to anyone here. It is understandable why Radet suspects this might be intentional.

The topic isn't boring. It simply doesn't cater to the sensationalist style of the tabloids, nor does it deal with "scandalous" issues like some other threads here. Because of that, people who crave bombastic topics think it's dull, but it truly isn't.
Steven Clark2 said:I fail to see any objective reasoning for closing this thread. I truly do not understand the purpose behind this closure. 😕

Eminem, when you provide an explanation like this:

It is quite uncivilized and inconsiderate on your part, though I mean it sincerely. It would be akin to someone suggesting: If one wishes to learn more about Islam, they should simply visit www.islam.org or similar sites. 😕 You have truly overstepped here. The final page of this discussion includes seven different users in addition to yourself—and yet you claim this is merely a blog post?? 😕 Given how many similar threads remain open, why would anyone close this specific one?? 😕

Truly low. Attempting to disqualify arguments based on national identity (as if, for instance, certain religious traditions are synonymous with nationality—suggesting that interest in one implies interest in the other).

On the thread in question, for my part, I saw almost nothing regarding those specific nationalist ideologies. Low, indeed, and quite rude.

It appears I shall have to post here more frequently now.

Regards, Nick, my old friend. 😉
Ethan Barrett88 said:monologue n lit., theater, film. A long dramatic speech by a single character, delivered to themselves or an audience; a soliloquy.
2. colloquial, derogatory. A long-winded speech or a tedious presentation. ✧ mono- + -log

So, there is no need for concern. I understand what a monologue is. It occurs when posts are simply dropped without any conversational element.

I have just finished reviewing your comments along with those of others. I noticed your initial grievance was this: "This should be a place for conversation, not monologues."

Essentially, your first point—though you misstated it—was that there was no "conversation" taking place. Then, once Eric Cruz7 proved you wrong, you pivoted, claiming you used the word "monologue" to imply "tediousness." However, as I just pointed out, that wasn't actually what you were saying.

Keep going, Rade. You have my support.
Just checking in... let me know what you think! in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Radeta has been unfairly banned once again. This follows the removal of ten (10) posts from the thread regarding bad biblical quotes, which were labeled as trolling or spam—though they certainly were not. Even if one were to concede that point, there are thousands upon thousands of similar unflagged posts written by other members, and I believe even rowdyhawk10 himself hasn't flagged them. It seems quite clear, however, that the true objective here is simply to eliminate Radeta from the forum entirely...
Resurrection in Spirituality ·
Resurrection serves as the fundamental cornerstone—perhaps even the ultimate hope—shared by all three monotheistic faiths. In the Tanakh, God clearly describes the act of breathing spirit back into bodies once more; Jesus affirmed this truth, and the Quran also speaks of the resurrection of the dead on Judgment Day.

Through His own resurrection, Jesus triumphed over death, granting us the gift of eternal life. Do I believe in the resurrection? Yes, I do.🙂
