I mean, seriously, if you're feeling grossed out by it, just let your boyfriend or your mom or whoever handle the squeezing for you... or just wait it out... maybe try some rubbing alcohol or something, or just take matters into your own hands... God, you guys would run to a doctor for every little thing. Since when did OBGYNs start checking out people's nether regions? (Maybe hit up a dermatologist for that... though they'll probably just tell you to get lost too)
So, if you're feeling your heart racing out of nowhere, it could be anything from just being super stressed or totally wiped out, to weather changes, thyroid stuff, or even some underlying heart issues👎
But hey, if that fluttering sensation sticks around for a while, you should definitely go see a doctor and get checked out
You can actually change the thread title yourself just by double-clicking on it in the topic list ☕ but honestly, you can only do that for a little while after you first post it. If the option doesn't show up for you, just reach out to the moderator for that specific subforum and ask them to swap it out for you.
I feel like such a total dummy, acting like I’ve never uploaded a photo before in my life 🤣
It’s driving me a little crazy because the exact same image shows up perfectly fine on one thread, but then totally vanishes on another one, you know what I mean?
You should definitely head over to get an ultrasound of your thyroid! Honestly, your hormone levels might look totally fine on paper even if you have a goiter or some kind of growth on your thyroid gland, and since your symptoms are pointing pretty strongly toward hyperthyroidism or a goiter, it's worth getting checked out just to be safe.

I feel like I’ve got a little bit of everything going on—one issue here, another one there, and then a third thing on top of it all... Does that make me some kind of hypochondriac? (Though, honestly, I'm not making any of this up... my doctors have confirmed everything is legit!) Or are we all just living in a world where we're basically destined to deal with every single ailment imaginable? I’d really love to hear what you guys think about this.
