Nancy Newman80 said:It’s absolute chaos over here in the neighborhood... we've got this rare cloudburst rolling through, a real heavy downpour like I haven't seen in ages. It’s just relentless... Does anyone have any intel on how things are looking over by Mount Rainier?... I heard things are actually pretty decent over there...

😂😂🙏🙏

Not quite... ☕

🙂

I’m just sitting here hoping that by the time an hour and a half passes, this rain might finally start to let up even just a little bit... 🙂
Does anyone happen to know if raincoats will be distributed or available for purchase, and if so, where exactly?
It’s starting to feel pretty critical, and it looks like we’re going to need 😠
Signs of anorexia? in Health ·
🤔 Just my two cents here—it doesn't strike me that you possess the typical mindset of someone struggling with anorexia, given that those individuals rarely feel thin enough regardless of their actual weight, but perhaps you are simply underweight... People generally perceive us quite differently than how we view ourselves 😉

Have you considered asking someone close to you—an adult with a bit of maturity, ideally—for an honest assessment of your physique?
Frankly, you might actually look better with a few more curves; there are plenty of women who carry a little extra weight much more gracefully 🤷
Has everyone already snapped up all the tickets, or is that just why I see people hunting for them on the forum? 😕
I certainly hope it isn't 🙂

Does anyone happen to know the specific set times for the artists yet? It seems a bit foolish to arrive far too early only to end up waiting for Caveman until dawn... 🤷

Since when have constitutional principles and various legal frameworks actually applied to a chimpanzee...?

Constitutions, statutes, and those various legal frameworks... they all pertain to... I suppose everything is simply... all there is to say, isn't it? One finds oneself staring at the blankness of it all, wondering if any further elaboration would even serve a purpose in this vast, empty expanse....

Looking at the latest reports coming out of USA Today, I can only find myself hoping that this whole thing is nothing more than an elaborate April Fools' Day prank, considering it was just published yesterday...
Quincy:
The organizers are claiming that Bush's public address is a "demonstration of particular significance for the USA," and... If the Government is the one pulling the strings on this, then I suppose that’s more than enough justification to bypass the standard rules...
🤮

And why exactly is there such a sudden outpouring of affection for Corey? The man merely carved out four little exceptions to the rules... I fail to see where the actual crisis lies in that... 🤷
And why wouldn't they just let Zuzic go, for instance... considering he absolutely leveled that girl, though I suppose he doesn't exactly go around doing that every single day... 🤷

Does anyone here have a lawyer on the line—I’m curious if there are actually any real consequences when the Government decides to ignore its own laws...

Casey Palmer5 said all that perfectly... 🙂 👍

Rather than starting an entirely new thread, I thought I’d pose this here: given that the administration seems intent on trampling over the Freedom of Assembly Act—is there actually any institution with the teeth to hold them accountable? Is there anything akin to that in Europe, if not right here at home?...
There’s already a thread on this— click 😉

My doctor actually warned me to be careful with heavy physical exertion, apparently because people dealing with Gilbert's tend to hit a wall of fatigue more easily than others. Now, I can usually maintain a standard weekly workout routine without completely draining my battery. (I know I went overboard when I mentioned 😬). For me, though, exhaustion seems to be triggered by other factors entirely. 🤷 If this helps at all... 🙂 🤔
Best blue light glasses for computer use? in Health ·
A bit of assistance, please 🙂 — I am considering picking up some non-prescription glasses equipped with an anti-reflective coating, so I find myself curious about current pricing, which local optical boutiques typically carry them in stock, and, of course, any personal experiences you might be willing to share...

Stardust in Movies ·
A truly wonderful fantasy piece, featuring some genuinely witty moments; while the plot follows a somewhat predictable path, it manages to avoid falling into those tired, overused clichés... 👍 😍
Hairspray (2007) in Movies ·
The film was truly 😍 🙂

I honestly can't imagine anyone fitting the role of Edna any better than Travolta 😁
Scalp issues in Health ·
I’ve been using Pantene, which I found to be quite effective, especially considering it only runs me about three dollars... The only slight drawback is that after a while, my hair starts to feel a bit straw-like, though applying a good conditioner seems to resolve that issue entirely 🙂
Tight-fitting shoes in Fashion ·
You can find leather softening sprays at any of those shoe retailers... they're actually quite effective 🙂
Miles Davis in Music ·
It isn't quite acid jazz or even the essence of Davis 😬 but rather pure Coltrane: Ole Coltrane is absolutely incredible 👍

Is there any way to quote multiple posts at once?

Right now, if I want to reply to several different people, my current workflow involves opening the forum in a separate window just so I can copy and paste everything back into my own thread... It feels incredibly tedious. Is there perhaps a more streamlined method for handling this?

edit: I don't mean using the multi-quote feature, but rather pulling from several distinct users simultaneously...
Blood work: Full hormone panel? in Health ·
ironsurfer8 thanks!

I'm honestly not even entirely certain if a full hormonal panel is strictly necessary for me, so I think I might just bypass 😬 because of the cost and the wait times... Good luck to everyone else 🙂
Blood work: Full hormone panel? in Health ·
Does anyone know for certain if there's a fee for this, and if so, how much?

A gynecologist mentioned to me that unless there are some significant underlying issues, a hormone panel usually runs about 😲 $133 per hormone, with a representative sample being around 8 or 9, if my memory serves me right. I'm just not sure if those prices apply if I decide to go in on my own initiative, or if it changes when I have a referral from my doctor?

Alex Hall4 said:Which Walmart are you talking about? Where exactly is it located, and what’s the damage to the wallet?
Man, I am being such a bore. 🙂

🙂

The Walmart in Downtown, $5.25 (if I recall correctly). I haven't actually gone out shopping myself, so I couldn't tell you its exact placement...

Now it’s heading to the testing phase 🙂 🙂

I finally picked up a sleep mask from Walmart—it’s actually quite substantial, provides excellent coverage around the eyes, blocks out all light, feels soft, and the headband isn't overly tight at all 🎉

Now, if only the sun would wake me up instead 😛
Earplugs in Health ·
That gel mask is supposedly for "relaxing" your eyes—you can pop it in the freezer for a few minutes to cool it down, or toss it in warm water to soothe them... either way, I’ve tried it myself and it’s absolute garbage 👎

I ended up buying this one by mistake instead of the other version, mostly because I fell for the hype thinking it was some revolutionary new wellness hack 😬 😳
