Seriously, Josh? Another thread? 🤣 🤣 I honestly don't know what to say 🙂

We finally got discharged from the hospital today, but Hans had to deal with the "Baby tax" first. Right before we were heading out, the little guy ate, Hans picked him up, and he just barfed all over his shirt 😁 then gave him this look like, "Okay, now we can go" 🙂

The earliest thing I can recall—I must have been about eighteen months old—is sitting there sipping from my bottle and suddenly thinking, "Wait, am I too old for this?" Not long after that thought crossed my mind, I heard my dad tell my mom, "She doesn't need the bottle anymore." 🤔

Thanks. 🙂 There’s so much stuff that happens during pregnancy and right after giving birth that people just don't talk about. We've still got a little ways to go while we wait for this treatment to wrap up. Between the antibiotics and the anti-fungals, things haven't exactly been smooth sailing, but the baby is doing great and making solid progress. 🙂 They need care, sure, but those little creatures are tougher than I give them credit for sometimes.

Josh 🙂 unfortunately I gotta head out because he clearly just blew out his diaper, so he's gonna need a new diaper 🙂

The doctors are finding better results for the Baby, so I'm really hoping we won't have to stay stuck here much longer. Hopefully, in just a few days, we'll all be back home together. 😍

When he comes to visit us, he's the one doing the diaper changes, the dressing, all that stuff... which finally gives me a chance to grab a shower and catch some sleep between feedings.

Thanks, everyone 🙂 everything started off on such a good note. The Baby latched on within minutes of being born. As long as he’s eating well and sleeping through the night, I’m happy. We have less than a week left before we finally get to head home from the hospital.

Hey everyone, thanks so much for all the well wishes.

My little guy was rushed over to the children's hospital this morning. He’s dealing with some inflammation, and the doctors think it happened because he swallowed too much amniotic fluid—apparently, it turned greenish when he had an emergency bowel movement during labor. I'm allowed to stay by his side at the hospital the whole time, though, since I'm breastfeeding and all.

Thanks 😍 we headed out to the hospital around 2 AM—what an absolute nightmare of a night. Dad is finally cuddling up with him now
