Yes, because when I stopped taking it for a while, my progress dropped significantly, even though my training intensity and nutrition didn't change one bit.
It feels like I've been throwing money away for over six months on something that isn't actually working, and now I'm just trying to convince myself otherwise. I don't see the point.

I haven't read it. I spend every day reading "proven" studies online, only to end up ignoring them because they contradict what I'm seeing.
It’s happened a hundred times before—like how they claim certain substances can help treat breast cancer, yet there are zero results to show for it.
At the end of the day, they can write whatever they want, but if my own body is showing me something else, I'm going to trust my own experience, regardless of how much it bothers people.
