I've been diagnosed with PCOS, and my gynecologist put me on Belara pills
I couldn't find a specific thread about this particular brand of birth control, so does anyone have experience using them?
I'm new to all of this and could use some insight.🙂
I actually just got a prescription for those exact pills this morning myself 😁. It seems like they're a relatively new option on the market; I checked the price at the pharmacy and $33 wow, they aren't cheap.
From what I can gather, they're plant-based 🤷
I’ve been on Logest for four years now, and over the last few months, things have really started taking a toll on me—both mentally and physically. Most notably, I’ve lost my period.
I went to see my gynecologist, and he basically told me to take a break from them this month. He wants to schedule a follow-up exam so we can figure out what's actually going on. His theory? They’re probably just too weak for my system.
Interestingly, since I stopped taking them, I’ve noticed my libido has improved significantly 😁. Does that mean they were definitely the culprit behind that issue too? Should I bring this up during my next appointment? And honestly, how likely is it that switching to a different brand would cause these same exact issues?
Thanks
How long did you guys have to wait for your loan to get processed?
I turned in all my paperwork last Friday, and honestly, I have no clue why they're taking this long. 🤷 ☕
I’ve been on Logest for about three and a half years now, and up until recently, my cycle was always clockwork.
But over the last three months, things have gone completely off the rails. My period keeps showing up late, and when it finally does, it barely lasts three days. This time, it was three days late, and the whole thing lasted just one single day—and honestly, there was hardly any bleeding at all, just a tiny little spot about half an inch wide. I’m feeling a bit lost here. I’m supposed to start a new pack tomorrow, but I can't help wondering... is this kind of shift normal?

I took a month-long break, and now I'm running behind schedule.
Anyway, what I really want to know is: will there be any issues if I switch from Logest to a different brand of birth control pills? I’ve been on this specific one since the very beginning—three years now—but the thing is, they’re getting pretty pricey. Does anyone know how the prices look for other brands? It would honestly be a huge help if I could find something a bit more budget-friendly. 😬

Well, this definitely wasn't over a pound.
So, what's the plan then? Should I just go ask the clerk at the USPS counter to summon their supervisor for me?
For the third time this month, my mail carrier has failed to leave a delivery notice—you know, that little slip of paper that actually tells you something arrived. I’ve already gone down to the local USPS branch to complain, but clearly, that didn't accomplish much. Honestly, I'm reaching my breaking point with this. My mom actually swung by the post office today to see if there was anything waiting for me, only to find out the package has been sitting there for two days. Not a single notification was left at my house. Then, later this afternoon, I hear the mail truck pull up outside—I can literally hear the engine—and he just slides the notice into the mailbox without even ringing the bell. Does he really find walking a few extra feet to the door that exhausting?
Who can I actually complain to that might actually result in some kind of change?
Can I switch my handle from Till_tea to Joseph Bailey3 instead? Assuming nobody else has snagged it yet. Thanks.
Sure thing, just reach out to unknown.
