There might be a Hilfiger in CC; I believe their denim is currently marked down by 50%...

though I do think they could benefit from refining their Facebook presence—specifically by setting up an actual business page rather than relying on a personal profile. To make matters worse, the individual managing it lacks a certain level of professionalism; addressing customers with remarks like "I didn't make it in time" or "I don't know yet," as if they were posting a status update for themselves rather than representing a commercial establishment, is quite frankly 👎 distasteful. 👎

Personally, even when I’m just heading over to Canada for a few days, I make sure to pick up travel insurance; why wouldn't I for a trip this long? You never know if you'll take a tumble off a bike, slip while sightseeing, or something along those lines... and without coverage, I could easily end up broke.
A friend of mine went skiing in France a couple of years ago and opted out of insurance. She ended up breaking her leg on a slope, and once the helicopter arrived, they immediately demanded proof of insurance to cover the medical costs. She had to cough up $1,400 out of pocket for the flight, first aid, and hospital fees. So, please, don't skimp on that little $67 USD...
I honestly don't understand why everyone is acting so surprised; diagnostic tests at a hospital aren't cheap, the equipment is incredibly expensive, and inpatient care is a massive undertaking. Try going to a private clinic for those same tests and see how many loans you'd have to take out just to stay afloat... we really take Medicare for granted.
It’s possible; once they run your insurance card through the Medicare system, they'll be able to see exactly which provider you're currently registered with...
Apparently, those ones aren't even made from pure cotton... I honestly can't say if I've ever actually laid eyes on them, let alone figured out where one would even go to buy such jeans.🤷
They eventually stretch out, so there is really no need to worry... my sister used to buy their models year after year, and they always ended up losing their shape... which is precisely why she finally gave up on them altogether.
Honestly, I’m still mourning the fact that Miss Sixty used to make the absolute best jeans... though you can't find them anywhere in the city anymore. I haven't the slightest clue why P&C decided to drop them from their lineup. 😢
If you've already been registered through Medicare, then your records should be linked within their system as a patient, given how closely they coordinate with the federal databases... so honestly, it’s probably enough to just head over to the nurse's office and walk them through what happened.

I actually picked up some blueberry juice there a few times myself. A half-liter would run you about $35$13, depending on whether you were looking for the flower syrup or the berry version... I've tried both, and they really are quite excellent.
I even bought some at the farmers market back in September during those village festival days. It was about $10$8.25 a liter... I ended up grabbing five bottles right then and there.🙂
My boyfriend mentioned the same thing—that if I’m truly set on an iMac, I should probably opt for the larger screen. I have to admit, though, I’m a bit apprehensive about that; I worry a massive display might be overwhelming, and I'm not sure I'll ever get used to the idea of my vision not being able to take in the whole workspace at once when I'm sitting close. I plan to head over to the Apple Store later this week to get a better feel for them, so I'll circle back here once I've done some digging. 😁

So I guess even my processor isn't up to the task, then.😢 The only option is this one with the 27'' screen that actually has an i5. That one would run me about 15 $133$ . Don't you all find that screen a bit excessive? 🤷
edit: I'm honestly not sure if I could handle swapping everything out myself... I might check in with a local repair shop in downtown Chicago to see if it's doable. So far, I've reached out to a couple of shops near the mall, but they just pointed me back toward this forum. The guys at the local shop suggested that everything can be expanded or upgraded, among other things.

offtopic I’ve been hunting for a new desk that looks something like this, but I haven't tracked one down yet... if anyone happens to know where I can find one, please let me know. I haven't had a chance to scour all of Chicago or the surrounding suburbs since my schedule has been packed, but I've been searching pretty hard since the summer because my old standard desk just won't cut it anymore.
I suspect an iMac would look quite sharp on a setup like this 😁 if only it possessed a more capable graphics card.😢

Just out of curiosity—is it generally impossible to swap out a graphics card in laptops or desktops? Is it discouraged because of the warranty, or does it just risk breaking the system 🤷

I ended up wandering onto this forum specifically because of my graphics card issues 🙂 Is it actually possible to swap it out for a different one, maybe an NVIDIA 🤷 perhaps?
