I once posted a shot of my feet on the scale, Gipsy posted her hands, shadowviper24 did one in a coat... there were tons of those, just everyone messing around, and we hit another thousand users in no time. I don't know if you reported Daniel Gomez10 for "harassment" or if you just stumbled upon it, but this whole thing blew up into something totally pointless out of nowhere.

So here’s where I’m at now. Honestly though? I’ve stopped believing I can actually pack on the muscle. Every single time I get close to my goal weight, life just happens—stress, work madness... and boom, everything I spent 4-6 months grinding for disappears in like two weeks.

For the last 3 months, I’ve been crushing 15 mins of abs (the ones I mentioned before) then hitting various dumbbell moves the next day.

Nathan Hernandez, even if we’re all hitting the same muscle groups, our bodies just don't react the same way. You gotta nail your form and really tailor things to yourself. You’ll always find some guy telling you to do this or that because it worked for him, but hey, just because he got shredded doesn't mean you will too.

After a few years of staying pretty consistent, these moves actually helped me get my abs to pop. Had to tweak a few of them to fit my own vibe, though. No shortcuts in this game.

Punishment only works if it’s actually fair. Both sides involved in the drama need to be handled appropriately.

So basically, an anonymous user gets penalized for insulting another anonymous user on a forum. But the real uproar is because some authority figure—whatever that means—told a student they were being stupid or acting stupid.

Honestly, I don't think any penalty is enough, especially since she didn't even wait to be prompted before insulting a kid in front of the whole class. She should've done the right thing on her own. Then again, I don't think she deserves to be fired over it either. There just needs to be some kind of system to track these mistakes. If this stuff keeps happening? Then yeah, she's out.

Hitting the gym 2x a week, doing home workouts 4x a week (abs—standard and obliques, pushups, lower back stuff)

45 years old, male

Just your average weekend warrior. Hitting the gym twice a week. Mostly doing abs, stretching, endurance stuff... plus I do about an hour at home three times a week, mostly just to keep my lower back from giving out, though it helps with other things too. 😁 Oh yeah, I live in a city by the Mississippi River, so once swimming season kicks off, I'm out there regularly. Honestly could do it in the winter, but I'm just not a pool guy.

Tennis on the side. Used to play more often, but now I'm trying to talk my buddies into hitting the courts at least once a week again.
