Honestly, I’ve got a gut feeling these jerseys are going to be absolute fire 😁 Kind of like those Twente kits I was bashing earlier—you know, with that clean stripe look, super simple... I'm genuinely just counting down the days.
Given everything we've been through in the past— we should prepare for the worst, even if we’re hoping for the best. 😁
Megan Martinez12 said:Even if they mean something by it, who cares... We could say the same about our guys looking like old-school regulars from some dusty communist dive bar
They’re like that one fancy tablecloth I always wanted but never had.😍
No, in all seriousness, there is a slight Spanish influence here, but you really have to see it in person to judge... Does anyone know when the big reveal for the new Real Madrid kit is? I just hope it doesn't end up being a disaster like the last ones... 🤣 😢
New Russian kits—haha... feels like a total throwback to the Cold War era (and don't miss those alcoholic-looking socks)
It’s fine, I suppose, except they used burgundy instead of red, and the cut looks a bit like a cheap shirt from a flea market. Still, it's amusing to see the Russians leaning back into that old communist aesthetic—you know, the one everyone remembers from the Cold War, Ronald Reagan, and all those American movies featuring James Bond, right after they were playing the Soviet anthem in Times Square for New Year 2000.👍 long live stereotypes👍

Forget about it. To me, this V-neck feels a bit too feminine; they always make them far too deep, and frankly, I’m a little too modest to pull that off. 😁
That message is pure gold—easily the highlight of the MLS season 😁 . Even some casual fans watching SportsCenter were commenting on how the Navy really hit the nail on the head today 😁 . The stands have been looking great lately; that’s just the spirit of San Francisco and the Navy 👍 .
Joshua Lopez13 said:To be fair, the Navy looks terrible visually. Or, to use supporter slang: they’re just hanging random rags on the fence. They really need to step up their game.
Right, because you people are clearly the ultimate authorities on banner design.🙄 Just some 4c, two eagles, and "Russians and Mexicans."🙄 The hyenas have a few decent ones, but everything else is awful—nowhere near the level of BBB or Torac. Honestly, your entire scene is lacking when it comes to banners. But since that isn't exactly a major benchmark, there's no reason to get upset at my comment; it's just my personal take on things.
I believe this thread could serve as a useful way to highlight positive contributions. Of course, the goal isn't to perform just to get applause, but we can't simply adopt an "every man for himself" mentality. We live in a modern society where mutual support matters, and even recent federal legislation reflects that shift toward collective responsibility... For now, we'll let the topic stand to see if it proves to be constructive or not.
@Jose Cox87/">@@Jose Cox87 Not everyone in your group holds the same views, which we’ve seen plenty of times before. I don't quite get why you're surprised by the backlash against your fans. War deeply divided people in Canada, and those regional disparities are still visible today. That said, politics and whether or not we all get along aren't the subject here, so let's please keep the discussion on track. Just post the report when you get back—your impressions, the highlights, whatever. Let's leave the politics out of it.
hollowtinker18 said:Maybe it’d be acceptable to go after those big shots, regardless of their congressional immunity... just think about the media frenzy. The headlines would be insane. It would force most Americans to finally see how hypocritical they are with their laws. I bet even some of those political "players" would jump on the fans' side then... because if the public actually backs something, it might actually happen for once. How many more blinded people are out there who just swallow whatever they read in the news? Let them see, just once, how some people are treated equally while others get a free pass.
It sounds good in theory, but the question is how the media would handle it. Would they actually call out the administration, or would they spin it with some nonsense headline about how "a glass of wine is more dangerous than a boxer"?🤷 I mentioned this idea regarding Sanders to a friend recently, and he just shrugged, telling me that when I become Prime Minister, I can do whatever I want because that’s what the government deserves. They are completely deluded. But as placidcyclist5 says, you have to sweep your own doorstep first.
Truly impressive. This clip from the news site is short, but those few minutes provided a satisfying look at some of the more unserious individuals pushing this ridiculous fan law. Well done, Professor. Despite the attempts by certain outlets to include sketches meant to discredit the message, nothing has brightened my day quite like this. United We Stand.👍
The "Law on the Coat of Arms, Flag and Anthem of the Republic of America", specifically Article 27, the issue isn't whether it's thorough—it's whether it's constitutional.
boldhound8 said:I'm not "tripping" about anything, the whole point is everyone's talking about a boycott... And what you're bringing up now is just an even bigger load of crap than the boycott itself. Use your head, for God's sake—talk about actually executing some kind of plan instead of just typing out what should happen.
That might be the only situation where such a move wouldn't fly, given the current state of the club in Miami ahead of a derby. In any other city, it would certainly work, though I'm not convinced it's the best idea anyway.
shadowgardener10 said:Here we go again. Not only did they fail to consult any fans regarding the new proposal, but they’ve actually tightened some of the measures compared to the version of the sports fan law that was being discussed here just a few weeks ago...
So, what’s the move? How do we fix this? I honestly don't have an answer. Reading through this law gives me the distinct feeling we're living in an Orwellian nightmare...
As fans, we’re basically invisible in this country because our numbers are so small. Every single fan in America could probably fit into one stadium section. Meanwhile, the general public views us as villains because of a few bad actors, or they simply don't care at all. We have zero support. What's even worse is that plenty of fans don't even realize how destructive this law is; they’re too busy fighting their own petty, insignificant battles over trivial things.
Like spitka said, we need a total mobilization of every group to coordinate some kind of joint action if this law passes. And honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they start enforcing it immediately during the derby or the opening match in San Francisco...
Plain and simple => Kafkaesque: The Trial🙂 Unless there is intervention from Strasbourg, there is no solution. Can anyone else see that cases have been sitting at the Supreme Court for four or five years? We are talking about fundamental rights, liberties, and obligations—issues that go to the very core of our nation's order. Pure skepticism won't solve anything, but what else is there to discuss? Our only hope lies either with Europe or some massive grassroots movement. Given the current state of things, the latter seems unlikely...
Those are truly masterstroke moves. I have nothing but respect for that kind of execution, especially compared to today's shady, unmarked van tactics.🙏
Honestly, why wouldn't you take this past the Supreme Court straight to the European Court of Human Rights? It's an option available to everyone in the Council of Europe, including Americans. The US has been sued there multiple times, specifically regarding excessive judicial delays, and lost every single time. Personally, I don't see how your lawsuit survives the Supreme Court; they’ll either drag their feet indefinitely or dismiss it on some flimsy technicality. The key isn't giving up—it's taking the fight straight to Europe.
