Doctors in Health ·
Regarding the strike, I find myself in agreement, though I would venture to add professors to that list. Their walkouts feel less like a negotiation with the government and more like an act of extortion against parents, using their children’s education as leverage to deny them essential knowledge.
As for the doctors, surely we must acknowledge that every profession possesses its share of stellar and subpar employees, yet should we really judge an entire field by the failings of a few? We all stumble from time to time, do we not?
And as for this pervasive myth regarding the supposed perfection of physicians found only in major metropolitan hubs like New York City, I shall refrain from commenting entirely; such a fallacy applies just as readily to almost any other vocation.
Super Mario in Movies ·
Gary Patel said:Personally, I find Advent Children to be far superior to the Spirit Within; after all, the latter shares nothing more than a title with Final Fantasy.

I couldn't agree more.

Man on Fire in Movies ·
A truly magnificent piece of cinema
The Princess and the Frog in Movies ·
A profound disappointment
Hayao Miyazaki in Movies ·
I feel truly blessed to be alive in this very moment, simply so that I might have the privilege of watching his works.
Not Another Teen Movie in Movies ·
It remains one of those rare cinematic gems that consistently leaves me in stitches. Truly, hats off to the creators—between the Siamese twins, the albino with the guitar, and those unmistakable eyes of Mom's...
The Unborn in Movies ·
Honestly, it’s all pretty standard fare. Aside from that opening scene with the dog—which felt a bit off, if I'm being honest—it was all quite predictable.
The gods have truly descended upon us in Movies ·
Given the sheer absurdity currently masquerading as comedy on our streaming services, I find myself wondering if perhaps it’s time for me to revisit his work once more.
Clash of the Titans (2010) in Movies ·
The film was quite underwhelming, to be honest.
Forrest Gump (2003) in Movies ·
An absolutely stellar film.
Yet, I find myself grappling with a peculiar phenomenon that hasn't occurred with any other cinematic work I've encountered. During my initial viewing, I found it quite charming; upon a second viewing, it struck me as somewhat melancholy; but now, having revisited it twice more, I find it utterly tragic.
To be perfectly honest, I have no intention of ever watching it again, for if I attempt to endure that final sequence, I know I shall succumb to a fit of weeping.
Unforgettable movie torture scenes in Movies ·
James Bond Casino Royale. Hahaha, while the guys at the theater certainly weren't laughing, I personally found myself absolutely dying...
An unethical offer in Movies ·
It is a fine film. However, I cannot bring myself to agree with the notion that Demi fell in love with nothing more than a bank account. Redford’s portrayal isn't nearly as villainous as some suggest. Honestly, who wouldn't find themselves drawn to someone intelligent, handsome, mature, attentive, decisive, and—let's be real—extremely wealthy?
And then there is the poor husband, whom she simply tramples underfoot.
Transformers in Movies ·
The first one was somewhat passable, I suppose, but the sequel? It was quite possibly the most tedious cinematic experience of my entire life. Amen.
Movie theater pauses: Yay or nay? in Movies ·
Absolutely not, no, and still no. If my local AMC theater actually had the audacity to pause a screening mid-movie, I would be filing a lawsuit before they could even blink. And don't even get me started on those endless commercial breaks before the feature starts. In a cinema!!! Honestly, where am I even supposed to be? Am I watching a premium cinematic experience, or have I somehow wandered back into the living room to watch ABC news?
Law Abiding Citizen (2009) in Movies ·
I simply cannot wrap my head around this performance by Gerard Butler. He acts as if he’s constantly trying to avoid making a scene, doesn't he? Honestly, wouldn't it be far more beneficial if he just stuck to his roots in films like 300 or Dracula 2000?
It’s a movie. It’s whatever. They attempt to present some sort of profound moral dilemma, yet I find myself already knowing exactly how the whole thing will conclude.
Ice Age in Movies ·
The dandelion remains the ultimate victim; it always seems to bear the brunt of it all.
Dr. Kenzo Tenma
Spike Spiegel
I find myself quite indecisive
Love Actually (2010) in Movies ·
Please, don't come for me, but I found the movie to be quite underwhelming.
The only narrative thread that even remotely held my interest was the one involving Julia Roberts and that sidekick, though I must admit, I've never been particularly fond of Julia Roberts myself.
Sing me something romantic (2007) in Movies ·
After such a long stretch, I have finally encountered a film that truly kept me glued to my seat.
You know that feeling, don't you? That moment when you know you absolutely must head to bed, yet you find yourself telling yourself just five more minutes—just one more little bit—because you tell yourself work is waiting for you in the morning.
It was witty, it was genuinely entertaining, and most importantly, it was entirely devoid of war themes; quite frankly, it felt like a breath of fresh air.
