Sex and intimacy: Let's talk. in Health ·
Sandra Reyes said:I honestly don't think it's about being scared of getting pregnant; maybe you're just super sensitive... kind of like how I am. Plus, if you can't really relax, your muscles might tense up during sex, making it hard or even impossible for things to work, which obviously hurts like crazy. I truly believe it’s mostly mental... you just have to find a way to unwind. For me, it usually stings a bit at the start, but then it settles down.

Hey there. Everything seems fine regarding sex, except for the fact that I’ve dealt with some bleeding before, and sometimes I feel this stinging sensation after we're done. Maybe I just haven't figured out how to properly relax yet? We'll see if it happens again once I meet the right guy.

Laura Mendoza said:1. A close friend of mine dealt with some spotting a few times right at the start, and then it just cleared up on its own. Still, if it keeps happening, you should probably just go see a doctor to be safe.
2. Hmm... I'm not sure how much you actually cared about this guy or how badly you wanted this to happen, because honestly, why are you stressing out so much if he's the right one for you?
3. Well, you can't really know for sure, but... I guess someone with more experience might be able to tell...

So, looking back, I had two partners before and I definitely noticed bleeding during those times. Now? I have no clue since I haven't been with anyone in three years. And regarding the sex part, maybe it’s just some underlying fear of getting pregnant. That's pretty much what's on my mind. I don't know... next time things get intimate, I'll try my best not to overthink it. Maybe it'll actually work...

Hey ladies. I’ve got a question that’s been weighing on my mind big time. So, about two years ago, I had my last sexual encounter, and during that time, I was experiencing some bleeding—it happened a few times. But there's another issue too: I just can't seem to relax during sex. I end up tensing up constantly, I'm totally wound tight, and I honestly can't reach an orgasm at all. I used to lie to my boyfriend and tell him I’d finished, but does he actually have a way of knowing if I really did or not? It's been two years since I've been with anyone, and nothing has changed. Help... what do you think the deal is here?
I have a problem... in Health ·
I was actually thinking about bringing up the whole HPV and genital warts thing myself.
How do I send a text? in Health ·
Hey everyone, figured I’d jump into this thread since I’m dealing with some similar stuff myself. So, here's the deal: I've got about 50 extra pounds on me—I'm 5'8" and weighing in at around 260 lbs. Honestly, I'm feeling a bit stuck and just don't know what my next move should be. I actually have an appointment at the Mayo Clinic in two weeks to check in with their specialists, so maybe they can help me figure out a solid game plan.
Heavy discharge? in Health ·
So, here’s my update: I just finished my thyroid checkup and everything looks great! My results show euthyroid, which is such a relief. Blood sugar is totally normal, too. I’ve got an appointment with the endocrinologist over at Cedars-Sinai on April 13th, and I'm also seeing my weight management specialist there on the same day. Then, I'll be heading to the OBGYN on the 11th.

Hey there, just checking in. I don't have diabetes, but I did some testing back in November and my blood sugar was sitting at 5.7 at the clinic in Beverly Hills. On top of that, I've been dealing with some hormonal stuff—mostly issues with excess hair growth and PCOS. Looks like I really need to get things sorted out with my gynecologist soon.
Heavy discharge? in Health ·
Hey, figured I’d jump in here and ask for some advice too. For a while now, I’ve been dealing with this heavy, yellowish-smelly discharge, and honestly, it burns like crazy whenever I go to the bathroom. Plus, my lower abdomen just feels constantly achy. I’ve been taking Glucofirm for about three months now to help manage my PCOS and get my period back on track, but it still hasn't shown up. All I get is this weird brownish-red spotting that lasts for maybe a day. Before switching to Glucofirm, I was on Diane for three years straight. Every single time I see my gynecologist, they just give me a quick exam, hand me some Medazol suppositories, and call it a "yeast infection" without actually explaining anything. It's so frustrating—what am I even supposed to do? I’m already on my second round of cranberry supplements, but nothing seems to be working. On top of all that, my triglycerides, cortisol, testosterone, androgen, and DHEA-S levels are all through the roof. I just can't deal with this anymore. Just to be upfront, I'm carrying some extra weight, which I know plays into the whole PCOS situation. It feels like one problem after another...
Vuk Vrhovec in Health ·
Hey there, just wanted to jump into this thread. I’m actually heading out to see Vuk Vrhovac myself, though for some totally different reasons. I do have a great endocrinologist, Dr. Zmire—I’ve been seeing him for a while now and he’s honestly fantastic. But I was wondering if anyone could help me out with something else? Does anyone know a good doctor or specialist in the Vuk Vrhovac area who deals specifically with weight management? My current endocrinologist suggested I reach out to their department, but he didn't specify which provider to see. So, does anyone have a recommendation for someone reliable?
New Kids on the Block in Music ·
Hey there. I was just wondering if anyone here happens to have that New Kids on the Block group? It brings back so many memories from when I was younger, and I'd really love to get my hands on it. Thanks!
