It’s tough trying to play doctor over the internet, but joint pain usually points toward arthritis. You can often manage it better over time with the right exercises and meds. Are the prescriptions you were given actually helping at all? And what was the verdict from your doctor?
Great tips, thanks for sharing them with us.
Could be an autoimmune thing, maybe something like rheumatoid arthritis. Basically just some kind of internal inflammation. It’s treatable, though. Best bet is to hit up your primary care doctor first; they'll probably send you to see a rheumatologist. Good luck.
Man, those are some heavy words—acting like you’re gonna drop dead right after a cup of joe... honestly, that's just a standard reaction to caffeine. Like someone already suggested, maybe give decaf a shot instead.
You can't just walk in and grab Xanax or Valium without a prescription. Times have changed, though—even your regular family doctor can write you a script now, whereas before it was strictly a psychiatrist thing. You can pick up Valium over the counter at some places, but honestly, it’s pretty mild.
You can't tackle bipolar disorder on your own; you really need professional help. It's crucial to tell the difference between standard depression and bipolar disorder because they aren't the same thing. Your best bet is to go talk to a doctor. They'll figure it out from there—either refer you to a specialist if it's bipolar or a severe case of depression, or if they think it's nothing too crazy, they might just prescribe something themselves. Good luck!
I went through something pretty similar during my C-section. They paralyze your whole lower half—legs, stomach, everything—and it’s honestly terrifying. I think my anesthesiologist might have botched the dosage because my legs felt awful; they were tingling and cramping, but I couldn't move them at all. It wasn't like I was numb, either. I could hear the doctors talking and everything, but you just feel so helpless.
Tzv "spun milk." Grab two spoonfuls of sugar and toss them into a small saucepan. Keep stirring that sugar over the heat until it caramelizes and turns a nice golden brown. Once it hits that color, pour in about 3/4 cup of milk and keep stirring fast. Just keep going until all that sugar is completely dissolved back into the milk.
Drink this while it's as hot as you can handle. Lean right over the steaming mug and breathe in those vapors.
Honestly, this milk and sugar combo kills a cough. It turns a dry, hacking cough into something much more manageable so you can actually clear your chest.
You'll feel the difference by tomorrow morning.
Good luck!
