Yeah, it’s a festival pass, so it covers both days of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Both full-time and part-time students can grab the discount, but you have to be an American student to qualify.
This is the fourth time I’ve dealt with Group B Strep. I’ve cycled through three different antibiotics and nothing works. 😢 The thing is, I don't even feel sick or have any symptoms. But I'm done with the pills. Since it's strep, I'm basically resistant to half the stuff out there anyway. That's all there is to it.
How much you smoke is pretty much irrelevant at this point, and honestly, I think all those rolling tobacco blends are way less harmful than any standard cigarette. They don't irritate your throat nearly as much, and at least you actually know what's in your smoke—you can filter out the junk myself.
I've been going in for urethral swabs lately, and every single time it comes back positive for Group B Strep. In the last year alone, I've downed more antibiotics than I have in my entire life (I'm 28 years old). I've cycled through Clavicin and most recently Amoxil. It’s gotten to the point where the strep is actually becoming resistant to certain antibiotics. The thing is, I don't even have symptoms or feel sick; this whole mess started because of some minor testicular pain that sent me to the doctor. Now, that same dull ache tends to flare up whenever I'm taking medication. Anyway, does anyone have any advice? I'm sick of swallowing pills when I feel perfectly fine!
Andrew Jackson83 said:I take my diet pretty seriously. Every single day, I make sure to get plenty of seeds 🙂 (flax, sunflower, soy, etc.), carob, coconut, cinnamon, and fruit—I never skip my morning glass of freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice. Bananas are a staple too, just for that serotonin boost. I also stay on top of my supplements with a B-Complex and a daily dose of Vitamin C. Generally speaking, my meals are diverse and high quality. As for fitness, I do about 40 minutes of Yoga every morning, plus I hit an outdoor class twice a week for an hour. It’s something I truly enjoy. To mix things up, I'll do some jump rope or play a game of squash now and then. I don't let myself slack off 👍 ! My one current vice... cigarettes 😎 . Old-school remedies? Absolutely. Various herbal teas, body scrubs, hair masks...
It’s like trying to drive a rally race in a Rolls-Royce!

Don't do it unless you want an infection. You've gotta heat the needle and hit it with some rubbing alcohol first. If you do it right, you’re good for a day, but if you wait around? You'll be dealing with it for days.
Heat up a lighter, poke holes through both sides, squeeze it out, and hit it with some rubbing alcohol. If you actually have to go somewhere after, stuff some dry gauze in there; otherwise, just let it air dry.

I don't get how much of a psycho you have to be to volunteer for an enema for no reason (unless it's before labor, I guess). Just chug a liter of coffee and there's your natural flush. 😬
😲 😲 😲 Don't drink a liter of coffee, YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY DIE!!!
If caring about your own health isn't enough reason for you, then sorry!
The big thing everyone misses about fasting is that you can't let your digestion just stall out, otherwise the whole thing is pointless. Basically, you have to put something in your system to keep things moving through your gut at a steady pace. A guy I work with tried this using an Aloe Vera supplement. It’s a 7 to 10-day program. You don't eat anything, just stick to those supplements and some herbal teas, and you'll be hitting the bathroom like clockwork. He even said his energy stayed totally normal—he kept up with his light workouts and functioned just fine.
The point is CLEANING OUT your system, not STARVING yourself.
