Of course he's tidy... He's practically a saint. Just like Muhammad. Let's not start any diplomatic incidents here... 🙂

hollowseal33 said:why? she’s just too sappy and romantic 😍 personally, I live for all that sappy, romantic stuff 😳

She isn't sappy—she is absolutely stunning. And even if she is a tiny bit sentimental, she certainly isn't as heavy-handed as November Rain... now, when cowboys start weeping, that's a whole different level of intense. It feels almost like witnessing the Holocaust or a full-blown Civil War. That isn't "sappy." Though, I must admit... November Rain does possess perhaps the greatest guitar solo ever recorded. 😁

The only thing worth mentioning there is that butterfly—it’s absolute trash. That bamboo? It's probably like $2.00. :2up:

Zero really caught me by surprise in the best way possible—and honestly, the crew over at Death Inc. absolutely crushed it. I was loving every second of it... 🙂

hollowangler68 said:the ultimate emo moment lately: tonight

So, I headed out for a stroll through the neighborhood—decided to hike up the hill to that one spot where you get a killer view of this smelly yet somehow beloved city—and I had Waites' *In the Neighborhood* playing in my headphones... man, damn... and then, just like that... it all started... flashes of everything... pure sentimentality... images of every old situation that once meant the world to me began dancing before my eyes... the faces of people who used to be such a huge part of my life, but aren't anymore... and that creeping fear, that realization that all these things are slowly fading into nothing but pale memories... almost like a movie I watched a lifetime ago... and then it hit me... that tightness in the throat... it was inevitable... the tears just started flowing... honestly, it’s a good thing there weren't any typical dog walkers around, because they probably would have thought it was incredibly weird to see some shaved head sitting on a bench with headphones on, staring at the skyline and weeping...

ugh... currently sipping on something light...

I was browsing through some of those Swedish artists on their website, and honestly? It sounds like nothing more than pure emo garbage to me... I find myself completely agreeing with what 🙂

CDs or Vinyl? Who's actually crazy? in Music ·
I buy music in just about any format imaginable simply because I love it—it truly means something to me in this life. And, to echo what stormyviper11 was saying, I also do it to ensure these bands actually have a little something coming in to cover their strings, sticks, or whatever they need for a tour... I do own some vinyl, though, unfortunately, I don't have a turntable at the moment. I used to have one, but it ended up completely breaking down on me. Since I'm currently between jobs, there just isn't the extra cash to pick up a new one right now. For me, that would be a much larger investment than my current, rather infrequent purchases of original CDs.

I’ve fallen in love, oh boy
with a young Spock
is it wrong to say
that I’m the black sheep now?

The weather today
is just hitting us hard
his boyfriend is quite alright
but the Spock isn't...

(repeat a few times)

Gray Vulcan girl

I set out into the cosmos to explore the stars
and meet new humanoid species...
but some of them have decided to nest on my ship
and one of them really wants me to lick her fingers

I am a man with a massive heart
just a guy with a deep soul...
but she messes with my logic--completely dismantles it--
and all my syllogisms simply crumble away

(faster now)
while you sit there meditating for twenty-four hours straight
come to me, I’m the real deal... the big brother type
once I give you a fracture right on the head
you can forget all about needing acupuncture

(chorus - in the style of those old pop groups)
Gray Vulcan girl, oh so gray
I'll pull on both your ears, both your ears
Gray Vulcan girl, oh so gray
I'll pull on both your ears, both your ears
Shi-la-ta-aaaaaaaa

Good grief... honestly. These might be the best songs I’ve laid eyes—or ears—on in quite some time:

Number seven out of nine, you're my bedfellow

whenever I head over to the local dive
with my usual crew
surrounded by holograms everywhere
but every single one has its flaws

I'm scanning, searching for a real connection
watching them pass by with a little smirk
but a hologram is just a hologram
each one glitching out somehow

and what I really need is a girl
to be my wife, a real partner
made of flesh and blood
someone whose curves drive me absolutely wild

I’ve spotted you quite often
sitting there all by yourself
you're number seven out of nine
a true lady through and through

you broke away from the crowd
that collective hive mind
traveling through everything imaginable
across the galactic highway

so won't you be my woman?
because I'm a real smooth operator
when I hold you close, darling
there's simply no saving you from me

for our wedding day
just invite the first six sisters
but leave out the eighth and the ninth
since we can't all fit on the shuttle

CHORUS.
Number seven out of nine
for you, I'll make my bed
let the Enterprise be our home
oh, my heartache, you're dear to my soul...(a brief pause)...soooo much (for an eternity...)

I'll kick them both off this planet (T. Pickard)

I've been a man since the beginning
never tried to hide my Homo sapiens roots
I proudly lift my thumbs high
whenever I catch my reflection in the mirror

From here all the way to the outskirts of town
there isn't a creature that looks anything like me
I've got brains, guts, and a good dog
so listen to my plight for a moment:

CHORUS:
Every person carries their own karma
mine brought a Klingon daughter home for dinner
She left on a galactic vessel
only to return with a whole new lineage

I'll kick them both off this planet
I have no intention of feeding a Klingon child
Humans tend to mingle amongst themselves
it's been that way from Eva to Seva JEB'LE

DAMN THESE COMETS!

The cosmic hooligans have swept you away
all the way toward Orion and Cassiopeia
here in this modest house with its fences
some other sun is warming you instead.

Some black hole is pulling at you
chasing meteors with your buddies
Our local farmhand arrived yesterday
and now there's no one left to plow the fields

Chorus:

You left—and I was just a kid back then
but if you're still a true-blue American, Dad
come home, damn these comets
Mother wants to marry a Vulcan

Come home now, or don't bother coming back at all
it's no use crying over spilled milk
forget the cosmos—just play with the lasers
and let the galactic parties go wild

That nasty Alien will take Mother away
he doesn't realize she only belongs to one
A Vulcan isn't exactly monogamous, you know
she's already busy with three tentacles

Chorus 2x
😂

So, tell me—how much would you all actually be willing to pay for this blog? I can certainly see there’s quite a bit of interest here... 😬

I really shouldn't weigh in on the subject matter itself, though—after all, I'm just a simple guy from the Midwest and clearly don't grasp the nuances of your sophisticated urban lifestyle or all this modern pop culture stuff.
