Hey Dan!
Everything started when I noticed my hair thinning out and breaking out with acne—honestly, I didn't even deal with stuff like this back in my teens.
First, I need to get my thyroid and hormone levels checked. You know, those basic panels they always run.
Moving on...
My OB-GYN mentioned once that my ovaries look a little "unusual," but since my cycles have been perfectly regular, I never thought twice about it.
But then, I did a little digging online, saw that these symptoms could actually point to PCOS, and asked her for a referral for a full hormone panel.
So, that's happening now.
Next step is waiting for my period to start so I can get my AMH tested.
Just for context, I'm 33.
Anything else I should include? 🙂
Thanks in advance for any insight!
