Thanks for the links...

As for those Catholic theologians, I honestly don't know...
I’m not so narrow-minded when it comes to faith that I feel obligated to hang on every word they spout.
Look, I am a Catholic, and I believe in God, but as for the Church itself? Not so much...
There is far too much greed and corruption baked into the system just to keep people sitting through their sermons...
Sure, I attend Mass, but I do it for my own spiritual sake, not because I'm following their script...

And what about conversations with Archangels?
They are part of our Catholic tradition too...

Benjamin Taylor6 said:All I can tell you is that even the advanced Transcendental Meditation techniques taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi involve working directly with the Akash. It’s just a much more intricate procedure, honestly. First, you have to master basic TM. Then, you spend maybe a year or two just meditating consistently before you even think about moving on to the advanced courses—there are four of them in total. The final stage is basically that famous "yoga leap" technique:

Thanks, Benjamin Taylor6, but what exactly is the Akash?
I've been reading about it online, though I'm actually Catholic, just with a bit of an expanded view on faith.
My real goal is to work through my own emotions and fears, to finally bring some sense of harmony to my chaotic life.
But there are just so many different techniques out there, and frankly, so many of them aren't even well-intentioned.
I truly believe we all stem from the same God, the Creator... it's all just one single energy that different world religions simply give different names to.
Which religion is the Akash tied to?
And is it possible to be a faithful believer while still practicing these techniques?

Maybe these questions sound a bit foolish.🙂
But I really want to understand.

Thanks.

I'm putting this out there...

Does anyone here actually dive deep into this stuff—someone who can take the time to break down the entire process for us mere mortals?

It feels like there's nowhere left for a "proper" woman to shop!🙂

(I'm planning to order a few things from Bonprix today, though I'm always a bit iffy on the sizing...)

Thanks, reddtrucker8, I'll take a look...
It is absolutely appalling, and don't even get me started on the cuts—they're a total disaster. You can't find any decent basics anywhere anymore; I finally found something at Takka, but the fit is so aggressive it practically carves itself into your skin.🙂

Does anyone actually know where I can pick up a t-shirt at Naked Ice, or maybe an XL tunic somewhere...
Sike would look great in them, though she’d probably just spend the whole time acting high and mighty instead of actually wearing them properly.😁

I don't really have anything else special up my sleeve—you'd have to go read some palmistry books

Life is actually pretty incredible—especially when you're fifteen and feel like the whole world is yours for the taking..." 😬

Yeah... sign that every single word...

Good grief, Orbital, you have no idea... I finally bit the bullet and picked up some swimwear from Calzedonia for $117... which, let’s be honest, is a massive amount of money to drop... and the design? It was absolutely lifeless 😢

Listen, everyone, I absolutely lost my mind yesterday; I was honestly on the verge of tears from pure frustration...
I headed down to the mall to pick up some new swimwear...
At Victoria's Secret, they were charging up to $200
. Then you look at Triumph, which starts at $167
. Calzedonia is sitting anywhere between 340 and 450 dollars.
It’s infuriating because stores like Takko, Charlotte Avenue, or H&M had all the larger sizes on sale last night—actually affordable prices...

For reference, I’m an 85C-D on top, and I wear a size 10-12 on the bottom.

I actually stumbled upon this gem at TAKKA—these waistbands with the built-in elastic (perfect for those of us dealing with a bit of a midsection).
Normally, I’m a size 12, but I squeezed into a 10 because they have that stretchy elastin, and honestly, they were still running a little loose; so, I grabbed the size 8 in white and I am absolutely thrilled with them.
I’m standing at about 5'7" and weighing in at 183 lbs... grrrr.

Brandon Ross4 said:Listen, everyone, pills aren't a magic fix for everything. You really need to look at your diet. Instead of grabbing sandwiches, processed deli meats, or fast food from McDonald's, try focusing on high-fiber foods. Drink plenty of water and make sure you're getting out for a walk instead of just sitting around.😉😍

Look, I couldn't agree more—if you want to see any actual results, you absolutely have to overhaul your entire diet! It’s like trying to run a high-performance engine on low-grade, sludge-filled fuel; you can buy all the fancy supplements and medications you want, but if the foundation is garbage, the whole system is going to stall out eventually. You simply cannot expect your body to function at its peak when you're constantly feeding it junk. Changing what's on your plate isn't just some optional suggestion; it's the fundamental starting point for everything else.
Look, what can you even say when the majority of us—myself included—are stuck grinding away at some desk job all day? You finally drag yourself through the front door after a grueling shift, only to find a baby waiting for you, and before you even have a second to breathe, you’re just shoving whatever food is within arm's reach into your mouth just to survive the moment. It's a constant cycle of rushing.

You're absolutely right.👍
Tyler Peterson5 said:Good evening, everyone
Her blood pressure is usually pretty on the low side.
And yeah, her neck has been hurting quite a bit lately.

She was at the Mayo Clinic today, and the neurologist told her she doesn't think it's actually a neurological issue.
The problem might just be coming from her cervical spine itself. Apparently, when the neurologist was feeling around, she felt some lumps near the vertebrae.
She has to go back for some more tests this coming Monday, so hopefully then we'll finally have a clear idea of what's going on.

Right... my advice to her is just to lie down and stop pushing herself, because this kind of thing can easily lead to passing out.

The doctor will probably prescribe physical therapy or some massage work—but listen, nothing intense, just relaxing sessions, because heavy-handed massage could actually make things worse. She’ll definitely need an EMG and imaging for the neck, too. I've been through this whole ordeal myself... and by the way, is she wearing glasses?

If she isn't, does anyone else in the family wear them? Poor vision can absolutely exacerbate the whole situation.

It'll pass... even when I was dealing with those debilitating dizzy spells and nausea (and I never even throw up), everything eventually stabilized for me.

Aloe vera tablets for digestion>

Here they are... honestly, they’re absolute game-changers, and you can probably find them sitting on the shelf of any local CVS or Walgreens right now.
Tyler Peterson5 said:I mean, honestly, anything could be going on here. I'm definitely no medical expert, so I can't say for sure what kind of stuff might be hitting him in the head right now.
But of course, I'll be keeping a close eye on how things develop...

Could there be an issue with the cervical spine?
I've dealt with these exact same symptoms myself, and a few times they nearly knocked me completely unconscious.

Roger Clark said:Hey everyone, I really need some advice because my digestion is a total mess right now..

I hadn't gone for about a week—which was awful—so I tried an Ex-Lax suppository... When I finally made it to the bathroom, there was hardly anything there, just some mucus with traces of blood. It was incredibly painful, probably from the suppository itself...

Since then, people have suggested all sorts of things... I've tried magnesium supplements, taking Gatorade morning and night, eating dried prunes, drinking super sweet coffee, and I've even cycled through Activia, Sensible, Bio-Active... but absolutely nothing is getting things moving...

My gut is constantly churning and I feel totally wiped out—just exhausted and miserable. Everything aches, probably because those toxins are just sitting there... I can eat normally, but as soon as I finish a meal, it feels like I’ve eaten a massive feast. My stomach feels heavy and I'm dealing with constant cramps... I am drinking plenty of water, though...

So, I'm looking for suggestions... does anyone know of any homemade remedies or specific over-the-counter stuff that actually works? 😢

I feel like I’ve been fighting this losing battle forever, just constantly struggling to find some semblance of relief. But finally, after all that searching, I stumbled upon these tablets that actually contain aloe vera. I looked up the brands we carry here in the States, and let me tell you—they are absolutely incredible. Seriously, they are a total game-changer.

Finally, my digestion is back to normal. As for that blood issue, it was just a ruptured capillary from straining way too hard—nothing more than a temporary glitch in the system. And let me tell you, those vaccines? They’re absolutely useless; they don't do nearly enough to actually protect you. Regarding the medication, while Ex-Lax does the job effectively, the smell is frankly revolting, at least in my opinion, because the tablets start dissolving almost immediately once they hit your mouth.

Look, here’s the drill: you take two tablets at night right before you hit the sack, then you repeat that the following evening, and by the third morning, you’ll have undergone a complete internal purge. As for those specific supplements meant to regulate your digestive rhythm, I'll get back to you once I've done some digging.🤣

Arthur Palmer7 said:I guess everything will turn out fine; I’ll just head over to a private ENT specialist for an ultrasound, because honestly, if I had a girlfriend by my side, everything would feel so much easier.

When you open your mouth, can you actually see any swelling in your tonsils?
Feel your neck yourself... lymph nodes don't typically hurt...
And frankly, dear friend, all of this—the throat irritation, that sensation of a lump in your throat, the difficulty swallowing—it might all just be pure stress manifesting physically.
Amy Cox76 said:My CRP came back at 30.4, while the standard range tops out at 5.0. This isn't just a minor hiccup or a slight deviation from the norm; we're talking about a massive spike that signals something is seriously agitated within my system. It’s like seeing a smoke detector screaming in a house that was supposed to be perfectly safe—there is clearly some kind of inflammatory fire burning somewhere under the hood, and it's far beyond the usual baseline.

My doctor sent me off to the labs first thing this morning, but now I’m stuck in this ridiculous limbo because he won't even look at the results until Monday afternoon to figure out my treatment plan. It’s like being caught in a holding pattern at JFK with no flight in sight—you know you need to move, you know the destination is set, but the bureaucracy just keeps you idling on the tarmac while the clock ticks away.
Should I head straight to the ER? All my other blood work came back within the normal range.

Symptoms:
Two weeks ago, I was dealing with a completely blocked nose and coughing up this nasty yellow-green gunk.
Right now, I’m dealing with this overwhelming, general weakness that just drains me, coupled with occasional chills that hit out of nowhere, and a dry cough that is absolutely relentless.

A cold? Please, that’s nothing. It’s hardly worth mentioning if everyone else is staying within the normal range.
Look, sometimes you just have to pull the plug. It’s simple math: when the flu hits you like a freight train, there is absolutely no point in trying to white-knuckle your way through the workday or pretending you're functional. You can't outrun a virus with sheer willpower. Honestly, the only logical move is to grab some tea, retreat to the couch, and lean entirely into rest. Anything else is just a fool's errand that prolongs the misery.
Donna Garcia52 said:I got my blood work back today, and my iron levels are significantly low at 6 (normal range is 8 to 30).
What’s really throwing me for a loop, though, is that my TIBC is 60 (normal 49-75) and my UIBC is 54 (normal 26-59).
My doctor is telling me she doesn't think I have a major deficiency because those TIBC and UIBC numbers are sitting right within the normal limits.
My erythrocytes are 4.49 and my hemoglobin is 137. So, everything else looks perfectly fine according to the lab report, except for that iron number. Can anyone weigh in on this low iron reading? Is this actually an alarming situation for my body, or is the doctor right to stay calm?

I don't think your drop isn't catastrophic; I personally hit 1.18 once, and let me tell you, I was basically a walking ghost—couldn't function at all.
They'll probably just put you on some supplements or suggest you take some vitamins.🙂
