Hey, Henry, a little rain coming our way? 🍿

First Safety Car. 🍿
Sebastian Vettel is starting from the pit lane because of brake issues. 🍿

Is it just me, or is everyone actually pulling for a Sergio Perez win today? 😁 Let's go, Sergio! 👋👋
Christian Horner is betting that everyone will be rolling out on full wets.

The pit lane is slowly getting covered by those umbrellas—but according to Andy Seidl😍 if things stay this way, we might actually see a normal start...

Oops, looks like rain is hitting the track—Mick is reporting some aquaplaning on one section while the rest stays bone dry. Everyone's scrambling for those blue tires... 🍿
Here’s Kaij Ebel from CNN😍 trackside, giving us the lowdown on those light sprinkles... 🍿

Extra points for Max, though—I love how he chats with the German crew in their own language. He doesn't have to, it's just a nice gesture on his part... 👍

Yeah, and Esteban Ocon. ☕

Alright, alright, smart guys. 😳 On average, how much time does a driver actually need to adjust when they switch teams? 😳
Muahaha. Ha. Ha. 😈 It makes me so happy to see Perez outperforming Max... 😈
I’d say it’s more about the American audience than anything to do with Lewis Hamilton. 😁 It’s not like the guy has a better way to spend his pre-qualifying time than traveling from Italy to attend the Ficino funeral. 😁

e
and after qualifying, sorry... 😁 doesn't matter. 🙂
Lots of spins today...🙂
Call me crazy, but after Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas... I think seeing Pierre Gasly in a Mercedes-Benz would be pretty fun. 😍

With a veteran like him, they want results—and knowing how Red Bull Racing operates, those results need to happen immediately.

So, the Mexican driver is feeling the pressure. One way or another...

I just hope he can stay composed and start delivering.

:/

Watching Drive to Survive gave me the impression that Perez is actually pretty calm under pressure, so I find it hard to believe that’s why he’s struggling right now.
But then again, Christian Horner's third season has looked pretty rough in my opinion... If he's really that intense about demanding instant wins from the very first race—or even the second—and it's making Perez panic... then it's definitely the second driver curse. 🙂

I'm not sure how many seasons Perez signed for Red Bull Racing, but I'm hoping it was only for one, and that he can jump to another team next year. Christian Horner has completely ruined that seat.

And I honestly hope Pierre Gasly realizes how messed up that position is too, so he gives up on the idea of moving to Red Bull Racing.
fadedwalker18 said:I wouldn't call it the "other Red Bull driver's curse," but Sergio Perez basically sabotaged himself with that exit during FP1—looks like he just folded under the pressure...

And that’s just—F1.

Meanwhile, unlike Sergio Perez, Nikita Mazepin isn't necessarily stressed, he's just making rookie mistakes—like that bit right before entering the pit lane.

How did you jump to the conclusion that it was stress? Even the drivers aren't sure what actually went down...😬 People are guessing it was a slow lap meeting a fast lap and they clipped each other in the corner, but nobody knows for sure. Besides... why weren't the onboard cameras active during practice? 🤔 How could Horner say he only had info from the driver? Or maybe he just hadn't seen the footage yet...
Looks like the Red Bull second driver curse is already kicking in... 🍿

In Germany, yeah—the guy is German, after all. Every single bottle you buy goes right back into the recycling loop. In America, only the folks struggling financially are out there collecting bottles—mostly pulling them from bins—whereas in Germany, you barely see a plastic bottle in a recycling bin, let alone a trash can on the street. It's because their recycling system is much more integrated and widespread than, say, here in the States. Plus, it's the mindset... in America, returning a bottle for a deposit is seen as a bit beneath you, but over there, it's just a normal part of life.😒

Those one or two-pound ankle weights...
Wait, how long has it been since the OP posted?
Shouldn't you be doing physical therapy—like, group sessions where maybe ten of you are working through the same routine while a couple of PTs supervise?
That’s how we did it at the Mayo Clinic—I did those sessions for about 2 (maybe 3?🤔) months total (even though it was for my patella, not the meniscus)... We were a bit more cramped in our space. 😬 But hey, we had enough room to actually get the exercises done...😁

How’s your knee flexibility looking? Did you have to use that machine—you know, the one for knee flexion?
Honestly, I feel like hitting the gym might do more harm than good right now...:/

I was being jolted awake in the middle of the night—literally dying from the pain...🙂 All because my magnesium levels were bottomed out.
