Hey there,
I'm a huge fan of Cohen, but I'm pretty gutted I missed him when he played in Washington, D.C. (it was just one of those terrible times to be in the capital if you're coming from the coast 🙂). Anyway, I'm looking at what's left for the upcoming shows in San Francisco:
Do you think this spot is too far from the stage? Also, any idea how the acoustics usually are in an arena like this?
Yeah. If you actually stick to it and stay consistent, you'll have that perfect summer body by next 🙂
silentbear92: So you're saying there isn't actually a permanent fix? Like, the second I stop using this cream, the whole thing just makes a comeback?
🙂copperrider20: Yeah, I guess we call those... suggestions?
Hey there,
I’ve got these weird little bumps on my upper arms reaching up to my shoulders—they’re especially noticeable on the back of my arms—and also on my thighs and shins. They look like tiny reddish spots, sometimes with a little white "head" on them. I can't say for sure about my dad, but I know my mom deals with the exact same thing. Here are some photos:

It’s pretty annoying, and if I remember correctly, it's been following me around forever. (Not sure if it matters, but I have a pale complexion and I think I have low blood pressure).
I’m dealing with the exact same thing... My hands are constantly ice-cold during the day, while my feet feel like they’re burning up (well, except for when it hits 90 degrees in the summer 😁). Then, once I hit the sack, it flips—my hands feel like ovens and my feet go freezing cold.
My hands also tend to turn bright red or sometimes a deep shade of blue... and they get all cracked up whenever there's a harsh wind blowing outside. On top of that, they sweat quite a bit, even when they feel cold to the touch.
As far as I know—though I rarely bother checking—my blood pressure is a bit on the low side, but my heart rate seems perfect (hopefully I won't have any bad luck there 😁), so I'm honestly stumped as to what's going on. I don't really do much in the way of exercise, other than walking a fair amount.
(I actually heard one theory that hand redness might be linked to thyroid issues?)
It’s hard to believe that in the 21st century we still don't have practical solutions for a problem that seems this trivial... Honestly, more than the physical stuff, it's people's comments that get under my skin. You know, the "Look at how red and cold his hands are..." type of remarks. It’s pretty awkward being the only guy in the room with hands that look like they've been dipped in red paint.
If anyone has a sensible solution, I’m all ears...
By the way, Zachary Howard2, why aren't you recommending garlic? I eat it like it's my job.🙂
